Abstract
本发明公开了一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,具体包括如下步骤:对琉璃表面进行预热处理,预热温度为180‑220℃;在预热处理后的琉璃表面用颜料彩绘上图案;将琉璃放入烧窑内进行烧制处理,所述烧制温度为675‑725℃,烧制时间为2‑3小时,随后随窑降温72小时以上后取出,通过上述方式,本发明能够提高所制得琉璃表面的彩绘层的牢固性,使用寿命更长久。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种琉璃,特别涉及一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺。
背景技术
琉璃是指用各种颜色的人造水晶为原料,采用古代青铜脱蜡铸造法高温脱蜡而成的水晶作品。其色彩流云漓彩、美轮美焕;其品质晶莹剔透、光彩夺目。这个过程需经过数十道手工精心操作方能完成,稍有疏忽即可造成失败或瑕疵,因此其价值较高,而对于彩绘琉璃,一旦制备失败,会大幅降低琉璃自身的价值,因此对于彩绘琉璃的制备方法需得到改进。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,能够提高所制得琉璃表面的彩绘层的牢固性,使用寿命更长久。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)、预热:对琉璃表面进行预热处理,预热温度为180-220℃;
(2)、彩绘:在预热处理后的琉璃表面用颜料彩绘上图案;
(3)、烧制:将琉璃放入烧窑内进行烧制处理,所述烧制温度为675-725℃,烧制时间为2-3小时,随后随窑降温72小时以上后取出。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述颜料采用耐高温颜料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述预热处理采用红外线发热装置。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺能够提高所制得琉璃表面的彩绘层的牢固性,使用寿命更长久。

实施例1:
一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)、预热:采用红外线发热装置对琉璃表面进行预热处理,预热温度为180℃;
(2)、彩绘:在预热处理后的琉璃表面用颜料彩绘上图案;
(3)、烧制:将琉璃放入烧窑内进行烧制处理,所述烧制温度为675℃,烧制时间为3小时,随后随窑降温72小时以上取出。
实施例2:
一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)、预热:采用红外线发热装置对琉璃表面进行预热处理,预热温度为220℃;
(2)、彩绘:在预热处理后的琉璃表面用颜料彩绘上图案;
(3)、烧制:将琉璃放入烧窑内进行烧制处理,所述烧制温度为725℃,烧制时间为2小时,随后随窑降温72小时以上取出。
实施例3:
一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)、预热:采用红外线发热装置对琉璃表面进行预热处理,预热温度为200℃;
(2)、彩绘:在预热处理后的琉璃表面用颜料彩绘上图案;
(3)、烧制:将琉璃放入烧窑内进行烧制处理,所述烧制温度为700℃,烧制时间为2.5小时,随后随窑降温72小时以上取出。
其中,所述颜料采用耐高温颜料。
区别于现有技术,本发明一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺通过先对琉璃进行适量的预热处理,随后再进行彩绘、烧制,能够提高所制得琉璃表面的彩绘层的牢固性,使用寿命更长久。

1.一种彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)、预热:对琉璃表面进行预热处理,预热温度为180-220℃;
(2)、彩绘:在预热处理后的琉璃表面用颜料彩绘上图案;
(3)、烧制:将琉璃放入烧窑内进行烧制处理,所述烧制温度为675-725℃,烧制时间为2-3小时,随后随窑降温72小时以上后取出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,其特征在于,所述颜料采用耐高温颜料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的彩绘琉璃的烧制工艺,其特征在于,所述预热处理采用红外线发热装置。
