Abstract
本发明属于机车检查门技术领域,涉及一种同步式滑道检查门,用于高速动车组或地铁。包括骨架、压簧、门支架和同步滑道,同步滑道位于骨架上,同步滑道包括上弯钩滑道和下拐角滑道;门支架上端设有上滚轴,门支架下端设有下滚轴,上滚轴和下滚轴分别呈可滑动的固定于上弯钩滑道和下拐角滑道内;压簧位于上弯钩滑道的上方,压簧的水平端固定于骨架上,压簧的施力端设有弯角,压簧的施力端与上滚轴面接触;门在运行过程中,滑道及压簧配合装置,使检查门具有自保护作用,能防止门在打开关闭过程中卡死或关闭不到位,增加在使用过程中的安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于机车检查门技术领域,具体涉及到一种带有同步式轨道和压簧等机构的同步式滑道检查门,用于高速动车组或地铁。
背景技术
随着铁路运行速度的不断提高,车辆外部检查门的稳定性及使用方便程度显得十分重要,车辆检查门是否能够正常使用决定车辆的运行性能,如果检查门不能正常使用,那么车辆就不能进行注水及检修等操作,严重影响高铁的运行品质及性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计一种防止在车辆运行过程中受震动及负压导致自动开启的同步式滑道检查门。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种同步式滑道检查门,包括骨架、压簧、门支架和同步滑道,所述同步滑道位于骨架上,同步滑道包括上弯钩滑道和下拐角滑道;所述门支架上端设有上滚轴,门支架下端设有下滚轴,上滚轴和下滚轴分别呈可滑动的固定于上弯钩滑道和下拐角滑道内;所述压簧位于上弯钩滑道的上方,所述压簧的水平端固定于骨架上,压簧的施力端设有弯角,压簧的施力端与上滚轴面接触。
优选的是,所述压簧的施力端弯角距离压簧轴心的距离小于等于上弯钩滑道拐点与压簧轴心的距离,压簧施力端端部与压簧轴心的距离大于上弯钩滑道内滑道端部与压簧轴心的距离;使压簧能够起到固定滚轴的作用,避免检查门受震动开启,同时开启检查门时能够使滚轴绕过上弯钩滑道拐点之后弹出检查门。
当门处于关闭状态时,压簧施力端压着滚轴,使得检查门不能被打开,能够有效的防止车辆在运行过程中,受振动影响,导致检查门自动打开。
检查门打开过程:沿滑道方向施加外力,门支架沿着滑道轨迹运动,上滚轴开始压缩压簧,到上弯钩滑道顶部极限位置过拐点,向外拉门到外滑道,门沿着滑道向下,同时压簧释放力,将门弹开。
门关闭过程:沿滑道轨迹,向上提,到上滚轴开始压缩压簧,然后到上弯钩滑道顶部拐点,向内推,使上滚轴到内滑道,压簧释放力,将检查门压到关闭状态,并保留一定的弹力压缩,使门不能随意跳动。
在上述门打开关闭的往复过程中,上下两个滚轴同步在滑道内运行,以确定检查门在运行过程中的位置。
本发明的有益效果为:
门在运行过程中,滑道及压簧配合装置,使检查门具有自保护作用,能防止门在打开关闭过程中卡死或关闭不到位,增加在使用过程中的安全性。
若检查门未关好,则弹簧会把检查门弹开,提醒操作者,检查门未安全关闭,若检查门关闭正常,则弹簧施加压力,使得检查门关闭到正确位置,并施加一定的预紧力,防止车辆在运行过程中,受振动及负压导致检查门自动打开。

下面通过具体实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1
本实施例的同步式滑道检查门,包括骨架9、压簧2、门支架8和同步滑道,同步滑道位于骨架9上,同步滑道包括上弯钩滑道5和下拐角滑道6;门支架8上端设有上滚轴4,门支架8下端设有下滚轴7,上滚轴4和下滚轴7分别呈可滑动的固定于上弯钩滑道5和下拐角滑道6内;压簧2位于上弯钩滑道5的上方,压簧2的水平端1固定于骨架9上,压簧2的施力端3设有弯角,压簧2的施力端3与上滚轴4面接触,压簧施力端3端部与压簧2轴心的距离大于上弯钩滑道5的内滑道端部与压簧2轴心的距离,压簧2的施力端弯角与压簧2轴心的距离小于上弯钩滑道5拐点与压簧2轴心的距离。
实施例2
本实施例的同步式滑道检查门,除以下区别外其它同实施例1:
压簧2的施力端弯角与压簧2轴心的距离等于上弯钩滑道5拐点与压簧2轴心的距离。

1.一种同步式滑道检查门,包括骨架(9)、压簧(2)、门支架(8)和同步滑道,所述同步滑道位于骨架(9)上,其特征在于:所述同步滑道包括上弯钩滑道(5)和下拐角滑道(6);所述门支架(8)上端设有上滚轴(4),门支架(8)下端设有下滚轴(7),上滚轴(4)和下滚轴(7)分别呈可滑动的固定于上弯钩滑道(5)和下拐角滑道(6)内;所述压簧(2)位于上弯钩滑道(5)的上方,所述压簧(2)的水平端(1)固定于骨架(9)上,压簧(2)的施力端(3)设有弯角,压簧(2)的施力端(3)与上滚轴(4)面接触,压簧施力端(3)端部与压簧(2)轴心的距离大于上弯钩滑道(5)的内滑道端部与压簧(2)轴心的距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同步式滑道检查门,其特征在于:所述压簧(2)的施力端弯角与压簧(2)轴心的距离小于等于上弯钩滑道(5)拐点与压簧(2)轴心的距离。
