本发明涉及润滑液领域,具体涉及一种食品封口机用润滑液,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷1‑2份、儿茶酚3‑6份、珠光脂酸2‑3份、硫酸月桂酯钠1‑2份、氯化脂肪酸6‑10份、磷酸锌0.5‑2份、癸二酸三乙醇胺2‑3份、乙氧化季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯0.5‑1份、二甲基硅油30‑35份、赤藓糖4‑磷酸8‑12份、脂肪酸甘油酯4‑8份、穿心莲内酯1‑2份。本发明润滑液分散均匀,无沉淀,对紫外线吸收强,抗老化性能非常强,润滑易受污染后可过滤继续使用,润滑液在100℃高温下性质无变化,在‑5℃低温下不结晶,工作性能非常稳定,无毒无异味,不对食品产生影响。

本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种食品封口机用润滑液,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2份、儿茶酚3-6份、珠光脂酸2-3份、硫酸月桂酯钠1-2份、氯化脂肪酸6-10份、磷酸锌0.5-2份、癸二酸三乙醇胺2-3份、乙氧化季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯0.5-1份、二甲基硅油30-35份、赤藓糖4-磷酸8-12份、脂肪酸甘油酯4-8份、穿心莲内酯1-2份。
一种食品封口机用润滑液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份秤取各原料;
(2)将二甲基硅油加热至90℃,然后向其中加入珠光脂酸、氯化脂肪酸,搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)所得液料冷却至5℃,然后向其中加入原料,然后按每分钟升温5℃的升温速率升温至45℃,升温过程不断搅拌混合液体,然后待冷却至室温即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明润滑液分散均匀,无沉淀,对紫外线吸收强,抗老化性能非常强,润滑易受污染后可过滤继续使用,润滑液在100℃高温下性质无变化,在-5℃低温下不结晶,工作性能非常稳定,无毒无异味,不对食品产生影响。

一种食品封口机用润滑液,由以下重量份的原料制成:聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5份、儿茶酚4份、珠光脂酸2.5份、硫酸月桂酯钠1.5份、氯化脂肪酸8份、磷酸锌1.5份、癸二酸三乙醇胺2.5份、乙氧化季戊四醇四(甲基)丙烯酸酯0.8份、二甲基硅油32份、赤藓糖4-磷酸10份、脂肪酸甘油酯6份、穿心莲内酯1.5份。
一种食品封口机用润滑液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份秤取各原料;
(2)将二甲基硅油加热至90℃,然后向其中加入珠光脂酸、氯化脂肪酸,搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)所得液料冷却至5℃,然后向其中加入原料,然后按每分钟升温5℃的升温速率升温至45℃,升温过程不断搅拌混合液体,然后待冷却至室温即可。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的食品封口机用润滑液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份秤取各原料;
(2)将二甲基硅油加热至90℃,然后向其中加入珠光脂酸、氯化脂肪酸,搅拌混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)所得液料冷却至5℃,然后向其中加入原料,然后按每分钟升温5℃的升温速率升温至45℃,升温过程不断搅拌混合液体,然后待冷却至室温即可。
