本发明公开了一种用于食品机械中的润滑剂,所述的润滑剂由基础油、添加剂和稠化剂调配而成,该润滑剂各组分的质量配比为:基础油90.3%、添加剂2.2%、稠化剂7.5%,所述的添加剂包括油性剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂。本发明揭示了一种用于食品机械中的润滑剂,该润滑剂配料合理,制备简便,安全卫生,不仅具有非常好的抗氧化性和抗乳化性,而且具有优异的耐温耐湿性和极压性,应用前景相当广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品机械,尤其涉及一种用于食品机械中的润滑剂,属于食品机械技术领域。
背景技术
食品机械行业是直接为食品工业服务的行业,而食品机械均以农副产品为原料,加工出可食用的产品。在食品、啤酒、乳制品、家禽屠宰及肉类加工等食品工业中都有相应的加工设备,其正常运转均离不开润滑。正确使用润滑剂,能够有效减少摩擦、磨损,延长机械的使用寿命。但润滑剂也是一个潜在的安全隐患,如遇高温使润滑剂蒸发或是发生渗漏等问题,都可能导致润滑剂与食品相接触。因此对于食品机械用润滑剂,不仅要满足工业级润滑的要求,还要符合食品卫生法规,为食品的安全提供重要保障。
由于食品机械用润滑剂是专门针对食品机械设计配方的,而在食品加工行业中,食品机械的工作环境又是复杂多样的,这样对机械的润滑和保障食品的安全就提出了更高要求。目前,食品机械用润滑剂仍在大量使用猪油、花生油和色拉油等动植物油脂,这些动植物油脂在使用过程中存在一些问题。首先是在有冲击负荷或大负荷的情况下很难达到润滑要求;其次,这些动植物油脂在高温、高湿环境下使用容易发霉变质,产生有毒有害物质而污染食品,低温下这些油脂会凝固,起不到良好的润滑效果。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种用于食品机械中的润滑剂,该润滑剂配料合理,制备简便,安全卫生,不仅具有非常好的抗氧化性和抗乳化性,而且具有优异的耐温耐湿性和极压性,应用前景相当广阔。
本发明是一种用于食品机械中的润滑剂,所述的润滑剂由基础油、添加剂和稠化剂调配而成,该润滑剂各组分的质量配比为:基础油90.3%、添加剂2.2%、稠化剂7.5%,所述的添加剂包括油性剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的基础油为混合基油,其由加氢裂解的精制白油和聚α—烯烃混合而成。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的基础油成分在润滑剂中的含量为:加氢裂解的精制白油48.8%、聚α—烯烃41.5%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的添加剂成分在润滑剂中的含量为:油性剂1%、极压剂0.6%、防锈剂0.2%、防腐剂0.1%、缓蚀剂0.3%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的油性剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂选料分别为:鲸鱼油、聚烷基乙二醇、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇、丙基对羟基苯甲酸酯和十二烷基三唑。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的稠化剂由复合铝基稠化剂和复合钙基稠化剂按质量比1:1混合配制。
本发明揭示了一种用于食品机械中的润滑剂,该润滑剂配料合理,制备简便,安全卫生,不仅具有非常好的抗氧化性和抗乳化性,而且具有优异的耐温耐湿性和极压性,应用前景相当广阔。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
图1是本发明实施例用于食品机械中的润滑剂的配方示意图;该润滑剂由基础油、添加剂和稠化剂调配而成,其各组分的质量配比为:基础油90.3%、添加剂2.2%、稠化剂7.5%,所述的添加剂包括油性剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂。
本发明提及的用于食品机械中的润滑剂包含的基础油为混合基油,其由加氢裂解的精制白油和聚α—烯烃混合而成,该基础油成分在润滑剂中的含量为:加氢裂解的精制白油48.8%、聚α—烯烃41.5%。其中,加氢裂解的精制白油组分比较纯净,其链状饱和碳氢化合物占99%以上,且不含芳香烃类,含硫量小于10μg/g,故不易被氧化和乳化,而普通溶剂萃取的矿物油,其链状碳氢化合物占65%~75%,芳香烃占25%~35%,含硫量为13~15000μg/g,故容易被氧化和乳化;聚α—烯烃是一种人工合成基础油,组分纯净单一,不含硫和芳香族成分,具有天然的疏水性能和耐温抗氧化性能。该润滑剂包含的基础油不仅具有非常好的抗氧化、耐高低温和抗乳化性能,而且能减少设备的磨损,延长设备的使用寿命,且不含有毒物质,不会对产品造成污染。
本发明中的用于食品机械中的润滑剂包含的添加剂成分在润滑剂中的含量为:油性剂1%、极压剂0.6%、防锈剂0.2%、防腐剂0.1%、缓蚀剂0.3%。其中,油性剂和极压剂分别选用鲸鱼油和聚烷基乙二醇,由于食品机械润滑主要采用深度精制的白油,而该油品对负荷大或冲击性负荷的润滑部位,其润滑性能并不能满足要求,故需要加入油性剂和极压剂;防锈剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂选料分别为:聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇、丙基对羟基苯甲酸酯和十二烷基三唑。该润滑剂包含的稠化剂由复合铝基稠化剂和复合钙基稠化剂按质量比1:1混合配制,这些稠化剂从外观上看多为白色或奶白色并且是无毒、无臭、无味的,稠化剂原料采用药典或药物学中规定的安全组分。
本发明揭示了一种用于食品机械中的润滑剂,该润滑剂配料合理,制备简便,安全卫生,不仅具有非常好的抗氧化性和抗乳化性,而且具有优异的耐温耐湿性和极压性,应用前景相当广阔。

1.一种用于食品机械中的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂由基础油、添加剂和稠化剂调配而成,该润滑剂各组分的质量配比为:基础油90.3%、添加剂2.2%、稠化剂7.5%,所述的添加剂包括油性剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于食品机械中的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的基础油为混合基油,其由加氢裂解的精制白油和聚α—烯烃混合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于食品机械中的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的基础油成分在润滑剂中的含量为:加氢裂解的精制白油48.8%、聚α—烯烃41.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于食品机械中的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的添加剂成分在润滑剂中的含量为:油性剂1%、极压剂0.6%、防锈剂0.2%、防腐剂0.1%、缓蚀剂0.3%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于食品机械中的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的油性剂、极压剂、防锈剂、防腐剂和缓蚀剂选料分别为:鲸鱼油、聚烷基乙二醇、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇、丙基对羟基苯甲酸酯和十二烷基三唑。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于食品机械中的润滑剂,其特征在于,所述的稠化剂由复合铝基稠化剂和复合钙基稠化剂按质量比1:1混合配制。
