技术领域
本发明属于纺织品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种海藻天丝棉织物及其生产方法。
背景技术
海藻纤维是以海洋中的一些棕色藻类植物中提取得到的海藻酸为原料制得的纤维。在纺织加工过程中,这种纤维可以与天然棉或其它纤维混纺,产品富有光泽、手感柔滑、吸湿透气、舒适性较好。海藻纤维作为一种新型的绿色环保型纤维素纤维具有以下优良特点:一是海藻纤维与皮肤的接触发挥吸湿性能,积极释放海藻的维生素和矿物质等成分,具有抑菌益肤、美容保健的作用。二是海藻纤维有防辐射效果。尤其是对于低频电磁波效果非常好。三是海藻纤维在空气中不会起明火,具有良好的阻燃性。四是海藻纤维中含有大量的钙离子,可以和血液中的钠离子交换,具有良好的止血和促进伤口愈合的效果。
天丝纤维织物不仅具有柔软、飘逸、真丝般光泽和质感,还具有透气透湿、防螨抗静电、耐用性强、不易起皱、便于洗涤打理等特点,能给人以亲近自然、高雅大气的感觉,使其在国内外纺织品市场上得到充分肯定,倍受青睐。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种海藻天丝棉织物及其生产方法。
一种海藻天丝棉织物,为由经纱JC/TEN和纬纱HZ/JC×2的并线构成的缎纹织物。其中,JC指代精梳棉,TEN指代天丝,HZ指代海藻纱。
具体的,经密为670~675根/10cm,纬密为295~296根/10cm。优选的,经密为673根/10cm,纬密为295.5根/10cm。
具体的,经纱号数为9.6~10.0tex,纬纱的两条纱线的号数分别为9.6~10.0tex。优选的,经纱号数为9.8tex,纬纱的两条纱线的号数分别为9.8tex。
进一步的,经纱及纬纱的各条纱线的号数均相等。
具体的,经纱中,JC与TEN的混纺比为45~55:55~45;纬纱的各条纱线中,HZ与JC的混纺比为45~55:55~45。优选的,JC与TEN的混纺比为50:50。
具体的,幅宽为315~320cm。优选的,幅宽为317.5cm。
具体的,组织花纹如附图1所示,其中,X为经组织点,空白为纬组织点。
本发明还提供了一种海藻天丝棉织物的生产方法,,包括以下步骤:
1)整经工序
对经纱JC/TEN进行整经,整经车速控制在350~400米/分钟,边部张力盘为地经张力盘重量的1.2~2倍。
2)浆纱工序
对经纱JC/TEN进行浆纱,浆纱速度为40~45米/min。
优选的,浆料包括以下重量份的各原料:4.5~5.5份的超级浆料,35.0~ 40.0份的磷酸酯 淀粉,22.5~27.5份的聚酯 胶粉,22.5~27.5份的复合淀粉, 14~16份的液体丙烯,浆料含固量为12.6±2%。
更优选的,浆料包括以下重量份的各原料:5份的超级浆料,37.5份的磷酸酯 淀粉,25份的聚酯 胶粉,25份的复合淀粉,15份的液体丙烯。
其中,超级浆料来自现有技术,其英文名为SUPERSIZE(S.S),为乌拉圭进口浆料,其主要成分是从当地的植物油中提取得到,该产品可通过购买的方式得到,例如:卡西斯(乌拉圭)公司生产的SUPERSIZE系列产品;
磷酸酯 淀粉来自现有技术,可通过购买的方式得到,例如:武汉东美公司生产的JF-962系列产品。
聚酯 胶粉来自现有技术,可通过购买的方式得到,例如:武汉东美公司生产的JF-968系列产品
复合淀粉来自现有技术,可通过购买的方式得到,例如:苏州天华企业发展有限公司的TH-100系列产品;
液体丙烯来自现有技术,可通过购买的方式得到,例如:武汉东美公司生产的DH-930系列产品。
3)织造工序
经纱JC/TEN、纬纱HZ/JC×2的并线进行织造。
优选的,车间相对湿度78~82%,织机速度550r/min,采用全刺环边撑,织机上机张力2000N,综平时间310°进行织造。
优选的,1~7页综框高度分别为110mm、110mm、110mm、105mm、 105mm、113mm和113mm,基准为114mm,1~7页综框开口量大刀片a 值分别为90mm、85mm、80mm、65mm、115mm、90mm和80mm,松经装置位置310度下位。
织机可选择ZAX9100-340型。
本发明所提供的海藻天丝棉织物为由海藻纤维、天丝、棉这三种纤维合理搭配生产出的织物,其既有真丝般的质感,棉的耐用,更有海藻纤维的保健作用,可广泛使用到保健、医疗、儿童玩具、幼儿装、孕妇装等各个方面。

以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
在一个具体实施方式中,本发明所提供的海藻天丝棉织物的规格为 JC/TEN9.8tex/JC/HZ9.8tex×2 673/295.5缎纹307.5,其花纹如图1所示,图中X为经组织点,空白为纬组织点。
实施例1
1)整经工序
对经纱JC/TEN进行整经,整经车速控制在375米/分钟,边部张力盘为地经张力盘重量的1.6倍。
2)浆纱工序
对经纱JC/TEN进行浆纱,浆纱速度为42.5米/min。浆料包括以下重量份的各原料:5份的S.S,37.5份的磷酸酯 淀粉,25份的聚酯 胶粉,25份的 TH-100,15份的DH-930,浆料含固量为12.6±2%。
3)织造工序
经纱JC/TEN、纬纱HZ/JC×2的并线进行织造,车间相对湿度80%,织机速度550r/min,采用全刺环边撑,织机上机张力2000N,综平时间310°进行织造。1~7页综框高度分别为110mm、110mm、110mm、105mm、 105mm、113mm和113mm,基准为114mm,1~7页综框开口量大刀片a 值分别为90mm、85mm、80mm、65mm、115mm、90mm和80mm,松经装置位置310度下位。
实施例2
1)整经工序

3)织造工序
经纱JC/TEN、纬纱HZ/JC×2的并线进行织造,车间相对湿度78%,织机速度550r/min,采用全刺环边撑,织机上机张力2000N,综平时间310°进行织造。1~7页综框高度分别为110mm、110mm、110mm、105mm、 105mm、113mm和113mm,基准为114mm,1~7页综框开口量大刀片a 值分别为90mm、85mm、80mm、65mm、115mm、90mm和80mm,松经装置位置310度下位。
实施例3
1)整经工序
对经纱JC/TEN进行整经,整经车速控制在400米/分钟,边部张力盘为地经张力盘重量的1.2倍。
2)浆纱工序
对经纱JC/TEN进行浆纱,浆纱速度为45米/min。浆料包括以下重量份的各原料:4.5份的S.S,40.0份的磷酸酯 淀粉,22.5份的聚酯 胶粉,27.5 份的TH-100,14份的DH-930,浆料含固量为12.6±2%。
3)织造工序
经纱JC/TEN、纬纱HZ/JC×2的并线进行织造,车间相对湿度82%,织机速度550r/min,采用全刺环边撑,织机上机张力2000N,综平时间310°进行织造。1~7页综框高度分别为110mm、110mm、110mm、105mm、 105mm、113mm和113mm,基准为114mm,1~7页综框开口量大刀片a 值分别为90mm、85mm、80mm、65mm、115mm、90mm和80mm,松经装置位置310度下位。

1.一种海藻天丝棉织物的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)整经工序
对经纱JC/TEN进行整经,整经车速控制在350~400米/分钟,边部张力盘为地经张力盘重量的1.2~2倍;
2)浆纱工序
对经纱JC/TEN进行浆纱,浆纱速度为40~45米/min,使用的浆料包括以下重量份的各原料:4.5~5.5份的超级浆料,35.0~40.0份的磷酸酯 淀粉,22.5~27.5份的聚酯 胶粉,22.5~27.5份的复合淀粉,14~16份的液体丙烯,浆料含固量为12.6±2%;
3)织造工序
经纱JC/TEN、纬纱HZ/JC×2的并线进行织造,车间相对湿度78~82%,织机速度550r/min,采用全刺环边撑,织机上机张力2000N,综平时间310°进行织造;1~7页综框高度分别为110mm、110mm、110mm、105mm、105mm、113mm和113mm,基准为114mm,1~7页综框开口量大刀片a值分别为90mm、85mm、80mm、65mm、115mm、90mm和80mm,松经装置位置310度下位,得到海藻天丝棉织物;其中:
