发明内容
针对上述技术问题，本发明提供一种清热解毒茶油及其制备工艺，制备工艺简单，将金银花、连翘、穿心莲、大青叶、板蓝根、蒲公英、菊花、败酱草份、射干等药材的清热解毒功能综合在一起，来达到本发明最佳清热解毒的效果。

(2)取金银花、连翘、穿心莲、大青叶、板蓝根、蒲公英、菊花、败酱草、射干等原料成分放入锅中，加热炒至出香，再放入榨油机中压榨，得到压榨油和压榨油渣；
(3)将步骤(1)得到的萃取油渣、步骤(2)得到的压榨油渣混合，加入40％量的水，加入食用碱和活性酶，调PH值为5-9，酶解温度45℃-60℃，酶解时间5-8小时；然后高温高压使活性酶灭活；经过过滤网过滤得到酶解液，向酶解液中加入食用酒精，经过纳滤得提取物；
(4)将步骤(1)得到的提炼油、步骤(2)得到的压榨油与步骤(3)得到的提取物混合，加入剩余的水，加热至80℃-100℃，保温在20-35分钟之后，冷却后经过搅拌分散、离心、过滤去渣，得到清热解毒茶油成品。
