本发明涉及一种高温润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:基础油80‑90份、十二羟基硬脂酸4‑6份、癸二酸1‑2份、硼酸2‑4份、苯甲酸1‑2份、氢氧化锂4‑6份、水12‑15份、纳米硼化稀土1.5‑2份、二硫化钼0.8‑1.2份、防锈剂0.3‑0.5份、高温抗氧化剂A 0.2‑0.4份、高温抗氧化剂B 0.1‑0.3份、柠檬香精1‑3份。本发明提供的润滑脂制备简单,制备而成的润滑脂具有良好的高温性、抗氧性和极压性,使用寿命长,适用于高级轿车汽车润滑所用润滑脂的使用要求,通过加入柠檬香精,改善了润滑脂的气味。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油脂领域,具体涉及一种高温润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑脂是一种稠厚的油脂状半固体,用于机械的摩擦部分,起润滑和密封作用,也用于金属表面,起填充空隙和防锈作用。润滑脂的工作原理是稠化剂将油保持在需要润滑的位置上,有负载时,稠化剂将油释放出来,从而起到润滑作用。
近年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,带动了汽车工业的腾飞,高级轿车数量也与日俱增。其零部件的润滑,用一般润滑脂产品质量达不到高级轿车的润滑要求。因此加速了润滑脂产品更新换代的步伐,这就要求润滑脂生产商和供应商必须随着市场的需求,研制多性能多用途的润滑脂产品。高温润滑脂的研制开发是汽车润滑脂产品中的一个重要方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种高温润滑脂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高温润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
基础油80-90份、十二羟基硬脂酸4-6份、癸二酸1-2份、硼酸2-4份、苯甲酸1-2份、氢氧化锂4-6份、水12-15份、纳米硼化稀土1.5-2份、二硫化钼0.8-1.2份、防锈剂0.3-0.5份、高温抗氧化剂A 0.2-0.4份、高温抗氧化剂B 0.1-0.3份、柠檬香精1-3份。
优选地,所述的高温润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
基础油85份、十二羟基硬脂酸5份、癸二酸1.5份、硼酸3份、苯甲酸1.5份、氢氧化锂5份、水14份、纳米硼化稀土1.8份、二硫化钼1份、防锈剂0.4份、高温抗氧化剂A 0.3份、高温抗氧化剂B 0.2份、柠檬香精2份。
优选地,所述的高温抗氧剂A为烷基二苯胺,所述的高温抗氧剂B为酚酯类化合物。
优选地,所述的防锈剂为二壬基萘磺酸钡。
优选地,所述的基础油选用MVI600。
优选地,一种高温润滑脂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将全部基础油重量的1/3~1/2加入反应釜内,加入十二羟基硬脂酸、癸二酸、硼酸、苯甲酸与基础油充分混合;
(2)将氢氧化锂溶于水中,得到氢氧化锂水溶液,将反应釜升温至90-120℃后,加入柠檬香精后,再加入氢氧化锂水溶液进行皂化反应;
(3)将反应釜升温到150~170℃,加入全部基础油重量的1/5~1/4;
(4)将反应釜升温至210~230℃,加入剩余基础油作为急冷油,开始循环降温;
(5)降温至110~120℃时加入纳米硼化稀土、二硫化钼、防锈剂、高温抗氧化剂A、高温抗氧化剂B,均化研磨,得到高温润滑脂。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的润滑脂制备简单,制备而成的润滑脂具有良好的高温性、抗氧性和极压性,使用寿命长,适用于高级轿车汽车润滑所用润滑脂的使用要求,通过加入柠檬香精,改善了润滑脂的气味。

实施例1
一种高温润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
基础油MVI600 80份、十二羟基硬脂酸4份、癸二酸1份、硼酸2份、苯甲酸1份、氢氧化锂4份、水12份、纳米硼化稀土1.5份、二硫化钼0.8份、二壬基萘磺酸钡0.3份、烷基二苯胺0.2份、酚酯类化合物0.1份、柠檬香精1份。
一种高温润滑脂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将全部基础油重量的1/3~1/2加入反应釜内,加入十二羟基硬脂酸、癸二酸、硼酸、苯甲酸与基础油充分混合;
(2)将氢氧化锂溶于水中,得到氢氧化锂水溶液,将反应釜升温至90-120℃后,加入柠檬香精后,再加入氢氧化锂水溶液进行皂化反应;
(3)将反应釜升温到150~170℃,加入全部基础油重量的1/5~1/4;
(4)将反应釜升温至210~230℃,加入剩余基础油作为急冷油,开始循环降温;
(5)降温至110~120℃时加入纳米硼化稀土、二硫化钼二壬基萘磺酸钡、烷基二苯胺、酚酯类化合物,均化研磨,得到高温润滑脂。

基础油MVI600 85份、十二羟基硬脂酸5份、癸二酸1.5份、硼酸3份、苯甲酸1.5份、氢氧化锂5份、水14份、纳米硼化稀土1.8份、二硫化钼1份、二壬基萘磺酸钡0.4份、烷基二苯胺0.3份、酚酯类化合物0.2份、柠檬香精2份。
一种高温润滑脂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将全部基础油重量的1/3~1/2加入反应釜内,加入十二羟基硬脂酸、癸二酸、硼酸、苯甲酸与基础油充分混合;
(2)将氢氧化锂溶于水中,得到氢氧化锂水溶液,将反应釜升温至90-120℃后,加入柠檬香精后,再加入氢氧化锂水溶液进行皂化反应;
(3)将反应釜升温到150~170℃,加入全部基础油重量的1/5~1/4;
(4)将反应釜升温至210~230℃,加入剩余基础油作为急冷油,开始循环降温;
(5)降温至110~120℃时加入纳米硼化稀土、二硫化钼二壬基萘磺酸钡、烷基二苯胺、酚酯类化合物,均化研磨,得到高温润滑脂。
实施例3
一种高温润滑脂,包括以下重量份的原料:
基础油MVI600 90份、十二羟基硬脂酸6份、癸二酸2份、硼酸4份、苯甲酸2份、氢氧化锂6份、水15份、纳米硼化稀土2份、二硫化钼1.2份、二壬基萘磺酸钡0.5份、烷基二苯胺0.4份、酚酯类化合物0.3份、柠檬香精3份。
一种高温润滑脂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将全部基础油重量的1/3~1/2加入反应釜内,加入十二羟基硬脂酸、癸二酸、硼酸、苯甲酸与基础油充分混合;
(2)将氢氧化锂溶于水中,得到氢氧化锂水溶液,将反应釜升温至90-120℃后,加入柠檬香精后,再加入氢氧化锂水溶液进行皂化反应;
(3)将反应釜升温到150~170℃,加入全部基础油重量的1/5~1/4;
(4)将反应釜升温至210~230℃,加入剩余基础油作为急冷油,开始循环降温;
(5)降温至110~120℃时加入纳米硼化稀土、二硫化钼二壬基萘磺酸钡、烷基二苯胺、酚酯类化合物,均化研磨,得到高温润滑脂。

基础油80-90份、十二羟基硬脂酸4-6份、癸二酸1-2份、硼酸2-4份、苯甲酸1-2份、氢氧化锂4-6份、水12-15份、纳米硼化稀土1.5-2份、二硫化钼0.8-1.2份、防锈剂0.3-0.5份、高温抗氧化剂A0.2-0.4份、高温抗氧化剂B 0.1-0.3份、柠檬香精1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温润滑脂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
基础油85份、十二羟基硬脂酸5份、癸二酸1.5份、硼酸3份、苯甲酸1.5份、氢氧化锂5份、水14份、纳米硼化稀土1.8份、二硫化钼1份、防锈剂0.4份、高温抗氧化剂A 0.3份、高温抗氧化剂B 0.2份、柠檬香精2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的高温抗氧剂A为烷基二苯胺,所述的高温抗氧剂B为酚酯类化合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为二壬基萘磺酸钡。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的高温润滑脂,其特征在于:所述的基础油选用MVI600。
6.一种高温润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)将全部基础油重量的1/3~1/2加入反应釜内,加入十二羟基硬脂酸、癸二酸、硼酸、苯甲酸与基础油充分混合;
(2)将氢氧化锂溶于水中,得到氢氧化锂水溶液,将反应釜升温至90-120℃后,加入柠檬香精后,再加入氢氧化锂水溶液进行皂化反应;
(3)将反应釜升温到150~170℃,加入全部基础油重量的1/5~1/4;
(4)将反应釜升温至210~230℃,加入剩余基础油作为急冷油,开始循环降温;
(5)降温至110~120℃时加入纳米硼化稀土、二硫化钼、防锈剂、高温抗氧化剂A、高温抗氧化剂B,均化研磨,得到高温润滑脂。
