Abstract
本案公开了一种耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其包括有PET基材层和耐酸型压敏胶层;其中,所述耐酸型压敏胶层包括有以下重量份的材料:聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯100份;有机硅改性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20‑30份;邻磺酰胺苯甲酸甲酯8‑10份和环氧树脂2‑3份。本案通过对丙烯酸酯压敏胶的配方组分进行改进,来提高压敏胶的耐酸性能和耐高温高湿性能,同时,通过对压敏胶配方的优化,使得压敏胶具备了更加优异的附着力,在将压敏胶涂布于保护膜前,无需对保护膜进行电晕处理,简化了工序,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压敏胶保护膜,特别涉及一种耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜是一种对其他材料具有保护功能的膜状材料,它广泛用于机械、仪表、电子、家电、船舶、建筑及汽车制造等领域。涂布于保护膜上的压敏胶的品质对保护膜质量起着关键作用,它要求具备适度的粘结力,良好的内聚力和初黏力,优异的抗老化性能,要确保贴膜后,能够经受在室外较长时间的暴晒、雨淋后压敏胶依然不转移。
由于环保和成本的要求,保护膜用丙烯酸酯压敏胶正逐步水性化,但丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶普遍存在耐酸性差和耐湿热性差的缺点,因此,如何提高丙烯酸酯乳液压敏胶的耐酸性和耐高温高湿性,成为了当下的研究重点和难点。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其包括有PET基材层和耐酸型压敏胶层;
其中,所述耐酸型压敏胶层包括有以下重量份的材料:
优选的是,所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述耐酸型压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的富马酸二甲酯。
优选的是,所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述耐酸型压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
优选的是,所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯的数均分子量为12000-13000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述有机硅改性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为10000-11000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为8000-9000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷的数均分子量为8000-9000g/mol。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对丙烯酸酯压敏胶的配方组分进行改进,来提高压敏胶的耐酸性能和耐高温高湿性能,同时,通过对压敏胶配方的优化,使得压敏胶具备了更加优异的附着力,在将压敏胶涂布于保护膜前,无需对保护膜进行电晕处理,简化了工序,降低了生产成本。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案列出一实施例的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其包括有PET基材层和耐酸型压敏胶层;
其中,耐酸型压敏胶层包括有以下重量份的材料:
本案的压敏胶以聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯为主体,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯比聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯具有更优秀的耐酸性能,若将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯替代聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯,则所形成配方的整体性能将受到影响。有机硅改性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯可以增加压敏胶的粘结强度和内聚力,它与聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯结合后不仅能保有出色的耐酸性能,还能使得在涂胶时可以免去电晕处理这一工序,极大地降低了生产成本。邻磺酰胺苯甲酸甲酯能够协同提高聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯的耐酸和耐高湿性能,环氧树脂用于改善聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯的耐高温性能,另外,少量的环氧树脂还可用于改善压敏胶的整体刚性,减小压敏胶的自收缩应力,以便于制备出的保护膜进行分条操作。
其中,耐酸型压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的富马酸二甲酯。富马酸二甲酯用于提高压敏胶在酸性条件下的内聚力和初黏力,以防止压敏胶发生转移或消溶。但富马酸二甲酯的添加量应受到限制。
其中,耐酸型压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷的引入可抑制压敏胶在酸性条件下的残胶率,提高保护膜整体的结构韧性。氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷的添加量应被限制在优选的范围内。
其中,聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯的数均分子量优选为12000-13000g/mol。
其中,有机硅改性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量优选为10000-11000g/mol。
其中,环氧树脂的数均分子量优选为8000-9000g/mol。
其中,氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷的数均分子量优选为8000-9000g/mol。

尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

3.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述耐酸型压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯的数均分子量为12000-13000g/mol。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述有机硅改性的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的数均分子量为10000-11000g/mol。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为8000-9000g/mol。
7.根据权利要求3所述的耐酸型丙烯酸酯压敏胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷的数均分子量为8000-9000g/mol。
