Abstract

本案公开了一种耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其包括有PET基材层和耐高温压敏胶层;其中,所述耐高温压敏胶层包括有以下重量份的材料:水性聚氨酯树脂100份;聚丙烯酰胺10‑12份;邻磺酰胺苯甲酸甲酯5‑6份和丙烯‑丙烯酰胺共聚物5‑6份。本案通过对聚氨酯压敏胶的配方组分进行改进,使用非无机类耐高温填料来提高了压敏胶的耐高温性能和机械韧性,同时,又能保证保护膜具备优异的透光度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压敏胶保护膜,特别涉及一种耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜。
背景技术
保护膜是一种对其他材料具有保护功能的膜状材料,它广泛用于机械、仪表、电子、家电、船舶、建筑及汽车制造等领域。涂布于保护膜上的压敏胶的品质对保护膜质量起着关键作用,它要求具备适度的粘结力,良好的内聚力和初黏力,优异的抗老化性能,要确保贴膜后,能够经受在室外较长时间的暴晒、雨淋后压敏胶依然不转移。
由于环保和成本的要求,保护膜用聚氨酯压敏胶正逐步水性化,但人们现在要求压敏胶既能够满足耐热要求及其他物理机械性能方面的要求,又要求透明度很好,而往往使用的无机耐高温填料又会影响透明度和机械性能,因此,如何在保证透明度和物理机械性能的基础上提高聚氨酯压敏胶的耐高温性,成为了当下的研究重点和难点。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其包括有PET基材层和耐高温压敏胶层;
其中,所述耐高温压敏胶层包括有以下重量份的材料:
优选的是,所述的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述耐高温压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的苯基膦酸二乙酯。
优选的是,所述的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述耐高温压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的乙酸叔丁酯。
优选的是,所述的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述水性聚氨酯树脂的数均分子量为14000-15000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述聚丙烯酰胺的数均分子量为10000-11000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物的数均分子量为7000-8000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其中,所述丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物中,丙烯的占比为72-74wt%,其余为丙烯酰胺。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对聚氨酯压敏胶的配方组分进行改进,使用非无机类耐高温填料来提高了压敏胶的耐高温性能和机械韧性,同时,又能保证保护膜具备优异的透光度。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案列出一实施例的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其包括有PET基材层和耐高温压敏胶层;
其中,耐高温压敏胶层包括有以下重量份的材料:
本案的压敏胶以水性聚氨酯树脂为主体。聚丙烯酰胺用于增加压敏胶在高温下的粘结强度和内聚力。邻磺酰胺苯甲酸甲酯能够协同提高聚氨酯树脂的耐热和耐高湿性能,丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物用于协同聚丙烯酰胺改善聚氨酯树脂的耐高温性能,另外,丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物还可用于改善压敏胶的整体韧性,减小压敏胶在遇到较大温差时的自收缩应力。
其中,耐高温压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的苯基膦酸二乙酯。苯基膦酸二乙酯用于提高压敏胶在高温条件下的内聚力和初黏力,以防止压敏胶在高温环境下的剥离强度受到影响。
其中,耐高温压敏胶层中还包括有1-2重量份的乙酸叔丁酯。乙酸叔丁酯的引入可抑制压敏胶在高温条件下的残胶率,提高保护膜整体的结构韧性。但乙酸叔丁酯的添加量应被限制在优选的范围内。
其中,水性聚氨酯树脂的数均分子量优选为14000-15000g/mol。
其中,聚丙烯酰胺的数均分子量优选为10000-11000g/mol。
其中,丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物的数均分子量优选为7000-8000g/mol。
其中,丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物中,丙烯的占比优选为72-74wt%,其余为丙烯酰胺。研究发现,丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物中两种单体的占比存在一个优选的比例范围,在该范围内,可使丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物发挥最佳的改性功能。

5.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯酰胺的数均分子量为10000-11000g/mol。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温聚氨酯压敏胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述丙烯-丙烯酰胺共聚物的数均分子量为7000-8000g/mol。
