Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una dispersión acuosa de formación de película que tiene utilidad como recubrimiento de sellado térmico para aplicaciones de envasado de burbujas, que comprende: una mezcla de 10%-90% en peso de una o más dispersiones de poliuretano; 90%-10% en peso de una o más dispersiones/emulsiones de copolímero etilénico compatibles, un aditivo antibloqueo a 0.1-12% en peso de solidos totales; y aditivos opcionales que incluyen humectantes, desespumantes, espesantes o antifúngicos. Las composiciones de recubrimiento de sellado térmico proporcionan propiedades mejoradas y balanceadas, tales como una reducción de solventes organicos, una superficie de recubrimiento libre de adherencia fuera de la prensa, buen capacidad de desempeño de la prensa, facilidad de limpieza, antibloqueo de la temperatura ambiente a 50º C, activación térmica sin vida útil a temperaturas elevadas, y capacidad de sellado térmico a varios sustratos de plástico que incluyen poli(tereftalato de etileno) virgen (PET), PET reciclado (RPET), PET amorfo (APET), PET-Glicol modificado (PETG) PETG/APET/PETG (GAG) y cloruro de polivinilo (PVC).
