技术领域
本发明涉及竹质板材生产领域,尤其是指一种边接W型竹质板材。
背景技术
桂竹(学名:Phyllostachys makinoi),又称台湾桂竹,分布于台湾省中北部海拔100~1500米地区的散生竹种,是台湾省特有种。杆高约12米,直径4~8厘米,节间长12~40厘米,节有两个明显的环,幼杆呈粉绿色,后变深绿,一旦年老则转变为棕绿色;地下茎多为实心,根茎横走繁生。
竹杆表皮坚硬,杆肉厚0.4~1厘米,在各类竹材中抗弯强度最大,最适劈成竹篾制作竹编器具,早年在台湾省被用来制成米篮、畚箕、鱼篓等生活必需品。而且桂竹用途甚广,还可以当作包管家具的材料,笋亦可食用。加上繁殖迅速,覆盖面积颇广,长年是台湾省的重要经济作物。
桂竹亦称斑竹、五月竹、麦黄竹、小麦竹,因在麦共同时成竹,故有此名。《宣统湖北通志》:桂竹作圭竹,谓之贵竹。《竹谱》作桂竹,谓高四五丈,大二尺围,状如甘竹而皮赤。《诸官故事》云:梁元帝竹林堂亭前有竹,名桂竹,来风防露,上下合流,每日出罗纨翠,望若花开。因杆箨上有褐色斑点,故又名斑竹。
桂竹本种竿粗大,竹材坚硬,篾性也好,为优良用材竹种;笋味略涩。
桂竹竹秆可供建筑、棚架用,或用撑篙、农具柄、扁担、旗杆。竹篾较水竹和淡竹硬脆,可编晒席、篓等。笋可食。也是优良的绿化树种。此竹成材早,产量高,轮伐周期短,坚硬而有弹性,适宜建筑和家用。
就目前而言,我国的竹林资源甚为丰富,且桂竹能在短短的三至五年中达到最大的净生长量。竹林可连续生长达数十年,若能可持续地经营竹类资源,并妥善加以开发应用,制造竹集成材,则对今日建筑材料之需求匮乏的窘境,应能获得舒解及改善。并且竹类资源的可持续发展与利用,对于目前地球温暖化及二氧化碳等温室气体减量问题应有正面的效益。
竹地板是 20 世纪 80 年代初期开发出的一种竹制品。由于竹地板外观色泽淡雅似象牙,竹节在板面上错落有致,形成自然的花纹,且材质坚硬、弹性好,竹地板结构对称合理、尺寸稳定性好,因此产品一经问世就受到中外消费者的喜爱。经过十几年的努力,竹地板的制造技术日臻完善。目前竹地板已经成为一种高档的地面装饰材料,流行于欧美、东南亚、中东等地区,我国是竹地板的主要生产国,产量大,产品销往世界各地。
中国发明专利(申请号201310748162.9)披露了一种竹基板材的制备工艺,该制备工艺将竹材按照下列工序进行处理:锯截→剖开→疏解、展平→定宽定厚→一次碳化干燥→养生→二次碳化干燥→施胶→三次干燥除湿→组坯、热压→脱模处理,得到的竹基板材。以上工艺虽然可减少了竹材的损耗,提高了竹材的利用率,但是在实际的使用过程中还存在有以下不足之处:1、竹材经过多道工序处理后其表面的天然绿色被严重破坏,制得的板材缺少绿色生机,不能够满足使用者日益增长的需求,不利于提高产品的价值;2、采用以上工艺制得的竹材不具备抗菌能力,长期使用容易出现发霉、虫蛀、褪色和变形。
发明内容
本发明提供一种边接W型竹质板材,其主要目的在于克服现有竹质板材存在的不带绿色、容易发霉和虫蛀的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种边接W型竹质板材,包括至少一对相互嵌接的桂竹腹材和桂竹翼材,所述桂竹腹材依次采用以下步骤制备而成:a1、选用新鲜桂竹并对该桂竹进行定长;a2、沿桂竹轴向纵剖;a3、削去竹青;a4、将桂竹在80℃~120℃的热水中浸泡80分钟;a5、取硝酸铜以异丙醇作为溶剂配置固色药水,将桂竹浸泡于该固色药水内,以水浴的方式于50℃下加热1小时以上进行处理;a6、取出桂竹晾干后进行人工蒸气干燥;a7、对桂竹进行高温低氧炭化处理;a8、对桂竹进行定厚定宽,然后在宽度方向上进行拼板;a9、对拼板后的桂竹进行刨平,并对其厚度方向集成,从而实现将竹集成桂竹腹材;a10、桂竹翼材与桂竹腹材直接采用边对边接合方式,胶合时布胶量为 270克/平方米,均匀涂布于胶合面,加压压力至硬化,加压8小时以上。
进一步的,所述桂竹翼材依次采用以下步骤制备而成:b1、选用新鲜桂竹并对该桂竹进行定长;b2、沿桂竹轴向纵剖;b3、削去竹青;b4、将桂竹在80℃~120℃的热水中浸泡80分钟;b5、取硝酸铜以异丙醇作为溶剂配置固色药水,将桂竹浸泡于该固色药水内,以水浴的方式于50℃下加热1小时以上进行处理;b6、取出桂竹晾干后进行人工蒸气干燥;b7、对桂竹进行高温低氧炭化处理;b8、对桂竹进行定厚定宽,然后在宽度方向上进行拼板;b9、对拼板后的桂竹进行刨平,并对其厚度方向集成,从而实现将竹集成桂竹翼材。
进一步的,在步骤a7中,所述高温低氧炭化处理包括:将经过步骤a6处理后的桂竹置于一含排气孔、风扇、高温可达250℃的密闭式烘箱内,先以40℃、排气孔全开,处理约20小时后关闭排气孔,再以每小时20℃升温速率调温至120℃后持续5~6小时,再以每小时10℃升温速率调温至150℃~180℃,持续24小时。

和现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果在于:
1、本发明工艺简单、实用性强,通过配置固色药水,用户只需将桂竹浸入该固色药水内进行处理,可以将不稳定的叶绿素形态转化成稳定的绿色无机盐色素结合有机色素而组成的络合物,就可使其得以保持亮丽绿色外观,而且该绿色外观保持极为稳定,后续高温处理的工序均不会破坏上述络合物的分子结构,因而可以使得最终制得的边接W型竹质板材呈现天然绿色形态,极大地提高对消费者的吸引力,有利于提高产品的附加价值,对于妥善利用竹林资源、推动竹材绿建筑有着积极的影响。
2、在本发明中,通过引入铜离子作为固色药水的主要成分,当孟宗竹浸入该固色药水内,会吸附上部分铜离子,并且最终铜离子也将滞留于边接W型竹质板材,因而在上述边接W型竹质板材长期使用过程中,其内的铜离子可以有效地抑制蛀虫和细菌在其上进行滋生,可以使得本发明的边接W型竹质板材具有较强的抗菌性能,有利于提高其对抗虫蛀和霉变的能力。
3、在本发明中,通过引入高温低氧炭化处理工序,不仅材料成本较为便宜,而且可以减少竹板开裂,使其表面色泽和质感呈现较佳状态,同时也能够进一步的防止霉变和虫蛀,提高产品质量。

1、本发明工艺简单、实用性强,通过配置固色药水,用户只需将桂竹浸入该固色药水内进行处理,可以将不稳定的叶绿素形态转化成稳定的绿色无机盐色素结合有机色素而组成的络合物,就可使其得以保持亮丽绿色外观,而且该绿色外观保持极为稳定,后续高温处理的工序均不会破坏上述络合物的分子结构,因而可以使得最终制得的边接W型竹质板材呈现天然绿色形态,极大地提高对消费者的吸引力,有利于提高产品的附加价值,对于妥善利用竹林资源、推动竹材绿建筑有着积极的影响。
2、在本发明中,通过引入铜离子作为固色药水的主要成分,当孟宗竹浸入该固色药水内,会吸附上部分铜离子,并且最终铜离子也将滞留于边接W型竹质板材,因而在上述边接W型竹质板材长期使用过程中,其内的铜离子可以有效地抑制蛀虫和细菌在其上进行滋生,可以使得本发明的边接W型竹质板材具有较强的抗菌性能,有利于提高其对抗虫蛀和霉变的能力。
3、在本发明中,通过引入高温低氧炭化处理工序,不仅材料成本较为便宜,而且可以减少竹板开裂,使其表面色泽和质感呈现较佳状态,同时也能够进一步的防止霉变和虫蛀,提高产品质量。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
Claims (5)
1.一种边接W型竹质板材,其特征在于,包括至少一对相互嵌接的桂竹腹材和桂竹翼材,所述桂竹腹材依次采用以下步骤制备而成:a1、选用新鲜桂竹并对该桂竹进行定长;a2、沿桂竹轴向纵剖;a3、削去竹青;a4、将桂竹在80℃~120℃的热水中浸泡80分钟;a5、取硝酸铜以异丙醇作为溶剂配置固色药水,将桂竹浸泡于该固色药水内,以水浴的方式于50℃下加热1小时以上进行处理;a6、取出桂竹晾干后进行人工蒸气干燥;a7、对桂竹进行高温低氧炭化处理;a8、对桂竹进行定厚定宽,然后在宽度方向上进行拼板;a9、对拼板后的桂竹进行刨平,并对其厚度方向集成,从而实现将竹集成桂竹腹材;a10、桂竹翼材与桂竹腹材直接采用边对边接合方式,胶合时布胶量为 270克/平方米,均匀涂布于胶合面,加压压力至硬化,加压8小时以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种边接W型竹质板材,其特征在于:所述桂竹翼材依次采用以下步骤制备而成:b1、选用新鲜桂竹并对该桂竹进行定长;b2、沿桂竹轴向纵剖;b3、削去竹青;b4、将桂竹在80℃~120℃的热水中浸泡80分钟;b5、取硝酸铜以异丙醇作为溶剂配置固色药水,将桂竹浸泡于该固色药水内,以水浴的方式于50℃下加热1小时以上进行处理;b6、取出桂竹晾干后进行人工蒸气干燥;b7、对桂竹进行高温低氧炭化处理;b8、对桂竹进行定厚定宽,然后在宽度方向上进行拼板;b9、对拼板后的桂竹进行刨平,并对其厚度方向集成,从而实现将竹集成桂竹翼材。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种边接W型竹质板材,其特征在于:在步骤a7中,所述高温低氧炭化处理包括:将经过步骤a6处理后的桂竹置于一含排气孔、风扇、高温可达250℃的密闭式烘箱内,先以40℃、排气孔全开,处理约20小时后关闭排气孔,再以每小时20℃升温速率调温至120℃后持续5~6小时,再以每小时10℃升温速率调温至150℃~180℃,持续24小时。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种边接W型竹质板材,其特征在于:在步骤b7中,所述高温低氧炭化处理包括:将经过步骤b6处理后的桂竹置于一含排气孔、风扇、高温可达250℃的密闭式烘箱内,先以40℃、排气孔全开,处理约20小时后关闭排气孔,再以每小时20℃升温速率调温至120℃后持续5~6小时,再以每小时10℃升温速率调温至150℃~180℃,持续24小时。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种边接W型竹质板材,其特征在于:该边接W型竹质板材的断面尺寸为4㎝×14㎝,所述桂竹腹材的厚度为4㎝,所述桂竹翼材的厚度为4㎝。
