本发明公开一种旋转喷油工艺,包括以下步骤:待喷油转轴依次经过第一喷油室、第一烘干室、第二喷油室、第二烘干室、第三喷油室和第三烘干室,分别进行喷油处理。本工艺喷涂均匀,简单方便,避免出现喷涂死角,另外,进行三次喷涂可以使上油更充分,另外,旋转的喷油嘴在旋转喷油过程中,转轴喷涂完全。

本发明属于喷油工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种旋转喷油工艺。
背景技术
我们知道,转轴上都需要喷涂一层近似固态的油,而传统的喷涂方法为手工喷涂,即操作工人将油手工涂在转轴的外表面上,此种方法一方面自动化程度低,劳动强度大,耗时费力;另一方面,转轴的外表面上喷涂的油由于人工的操作因为喷涂的非常不均匀,喷涂的质量不好,影响产品的使用及寿命。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种旋转喷油工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种旋转喷油工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将需要喷油的转轴通过挂具运输单元悬挂好,依次传送至第一喷油室内;
(2)在第一喷油室内先喷一层底油,之后传送至第一烘干室进行烘干,之后进入第二喷油室;
(3)在第二喷油室内喷第一层面油,之后传送至第二烘干室进行烘干,之后进入第三喷油室;
(4)在第三喷油室内喷一层透明油,之后传送至第三烘干室进行烘干,烘干之后即为成品。
优选地,所述第一喷油室、第二喷油室和第三喷油室的顶部设有可120° -360°旋转的喷油嘴。
本发明有益效果是:本工艺喷涂均匀,简单方便,避免出现喷涂死角,另外,进行三次喷涂可以使上油更充分,另外,旋转的喷油嘴在旋转喷油过程中,转轴喷涂完全。

一种旋转喷油工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将需要喷油的转轴通过挂具运输单元悬挂好,依次传送至第一喷油室内;
(2)在第一喷油室内先喷一层底油,之后传送至第一烘干室进行烘干,之后进入第二喷油室;
(3)在第二喷油室内喷第一层面油,之后传送至第二烘干室进行烘干,之后进入第三喷油室;
(4)在第三喷油室内喷一层透明油,之后传送至第三烘干室进行烘干,烘干之后即为成品。
实施例1:一种旋转喷油工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将需要喷油的转轴通过挂具运输单元悬挂好,依次传送至第一喷油室内;
(2)在第一喷油室内利用喷油嘴120° -360°的旋转喷油先喷一层底油,之后传送至第一烘干室进行烘干,之后进入第二喷油室;
(3)在第二喷油室内利用喷油嘴120° -360°的旋转喷油喷第一层面油,之后传送至第二烘干室进行烘干,之后进入第三喷油室;
(4)在第三喷油室内利用喷油嘴120° -360°的旋转喷油喷一层透明油,之后传送至第三烘干室进行烘干,烘干之后即为成品。
本发明的喷油工艺喷涂均匀,简单方便,避免出现喷涂死角,另外,进行三次喷涂可以使上油更充分,另外,旋转的喷油嘴在旋转喷油过程中,转轴喷涂完全。

1.一种旋转喷油工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将需要喷油的转轴通过挂具运输单元悬挂好,依次传送至第一喷油室内;
(2)在第一喷油室内先喷一层底油,之后传送至第一烘干室进行烘干,之后进入第二喷油室;
(3)在第二喷油室内喷第一层面油,之后传送至第二烘干室进行烘干,之后进入第三喷油室;
(4)在第三喷油室内喷一层透明油,之后传送至第三烘干室进行烘干,烘干之后即为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转喷油工艺,其特征在于,所述第一喷油室、第二喷油室和第三喷油室的顶部设有可120° -360°旋转的喷油嘴。
