作为优先方案，按照重量份，由以下组分组成：

所述膏药由以下方法制得：将各组分中药共研成粉剂，与远红外超细陶瓷粉混合均匀，制得药粉；取麻油2000重量份至加热的铁锅内，炼到滴水成珠后，边加热边搅拌，以防沉聚锅底；见锅内泡沫回落，油呈黑灰色时离火，待温度降至70°时以细流倾入装有较多凉水的水盆中去火毒，制得基质，最后将基质侵泡水中备用；以基质：药粉：月桂氮酮：羊毛脂的质量配比为300:100:3:5制成膏药贴。

冰片：微寒，味辛苦；归心、脾、肺经；具有开窍醒神,清热止痛等功效。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明选用20种具有活血化瘀、通经透骨、散瘀止痛等功效的中药以传统方法熬制，本配方中加入少许远红外陶瓷粉，除可增强药物的渗透性外，还可提高细胞生物膜活性，促进病变周围组织的血液循环和新陈代谢，提高了人体免疫能力；配以非极性透皮促进剂的月桂氮酮及附着力及穿透性强的羊毛脂，可明显促进药物吸收。该配方价格低廉，临床症状缓解快。

实施例1
威灵仙45g，血竭45g，透骨草45g，红花45g，杜仲45g，牛膝45g，络石藤45g，独活45g，土鳖虫30g，续断30g，地龙30g，防风30g，大贝30g，麻黄30g，白芨30g，肉桂30g，穿山甲30g，乳香30g，没药30g，黄芪30g，冰片30g。
另备远红外超细陶瓷粉40g；月桂氮酮30mL，5%羊毛脂50ml。

威灵仙42g，血竭48g，透骨草48g，红花42g，杜仲42g，牛膝48g，络石藤42g，独活48g，土鳖虫33g，续断33g，地龙27g，防风27g，大贝27g，麻黄33g，白芨33g，肉桂33g，穿山甲27g，乳香33g，没药27g，黄芪27g，冰片33g。
另备远红外超细陶瓷粉40g；月桂氮酮30mL，5%羊毛脂50ml。
膏药制备：上述组分的中药共研成粉剂，与远红外超细陶瓷粉混合均匀。取麻油2000g至加热的铁锅内，炼到滴水成珠后，边加热边搅拌，以防陈聚锅底。见锅内泡沫回落，油呈黑灰色时离火，待温度降至70°时以细流倾入装有较多凉水的水盆中去火毒，最后将基质侵泡水中备用。基质：药粉：月桂氮酮：羊毛脂的质量配比为300:100:3:5制成膏药贴，每贴40g，大小8cm×5cm。
使用方法：使用时将膏贴贴于颈后部，同时以特定电磁波理疗仪距离30cm左右照射45分钟，每次1贴，每贴3天，7贴1疗程，一般治疗2疗程。用药时禁食腥辣导尿管刺激性食物，严重肝肾功能异常者慎用，有过敏史者慎用，对本药物任一成分过敏者禁用，孕妇及哺乳妇女禁用。
对1年来80例颈椎病的临床应用，总有效率为 100%，有关临床治疗情况详述如下：
1.病人来源及概况：选择综合医院门诊颈椎病患者，入选标准符合中国中医药管理局关于《中医病证诊断疗效标准》，入选患者均无过敏体质，无严重肝肾功能异常，亦将孕产妇排除在外。
5.用药方法：使用时将膏贴贴于颈后部，同时以特定电磁波理疗仪距离30cm左右照射45分钟，每次1贴，每贴3天，7贴1疗程，一般治疗2疗程。用药时禁食腥辣导尿管刺激性食物，严重肝肾功能异常者慎用，有过敏史者慎用，对本药物任一成分过敏者禁用，孕妇及哺乳妇女禁用。
6.疗效标准按照中国中医药管理局关于《中医病证诊断疗效标准》，治疗后症状体征消失，颈椎活动正常，治疗后症状积分0－1分，疗效指数＞90％；显效：治疗后症状体征基本消失，颈椎活动正常，能参加正常活动和工作，疗效指数＞70％；无效：治疗后症状体征与治疗前无明显改善，疗效指数＜30％。具体疗效见下表1：

7.特定电磁波治疗仪属于长波红外线，其主要效能为磁热效应，通过电磁效应及热疗作用促进及改善血液循环，不仅能起到镇痛解热、消炎镇痛、活血化淤等作用；还可促进药物的吸收，起到明显增效作用
8.本药物与治疗方法之间具有协同作用，可达到通经活络、活血化瘀、祛风除湿、消肿止痛的功效。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，其特征在于：按照重量份，由以下组分组成：
威灵仙42-48份，血竭42-48份，透骨草42-48份，红花42-48份，杜仲42-48份，牛膝42-48份，络石藤42-48份，独活42-48份，土鳖虫27-33份，续断27-33份，地龙27-33份，防风27-33份，大贝27-33份，麻黄27-33份，白芨27-33份，肉桂27-33份，穿山甲27-33份，乳香27-33份，没药27-33份，黄芪27-33份，冰片27-33份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗颈椎病的中药组合物，其特征在于：按照重量份，由以下组分组成：
威灵仙45份，血竭45份，透骨草45份，红花45份，杜仲45份，牛膝45份，络石藤45份，独活45份，土鳖虫30份，续断30份，地龙30份，防风30份，大贝30份，麻黄30份，白芨30份，肉桂30份，穿山甲30份，乳香30份，没药30份，黄芪30份，冰片30份。
3.一种治疗颈椎病的膏药，其特征在于：由权利要求1所述的中药组合物制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的治疗颈椎病的膏药，其特征在于：所述膏药由以下方法制得：将各组分中药共研成粉剂，与远红外超细陶瓷粉混合均匀，制得药粉；取麻油2000重量份至加热的铁锅内，炼到滴水成珠后，边加热边搅拌，以防沉聚锅底；见锅内泡沫回落，油呈黑灰色时离火，待温度降至70°时以细流倾入装有较多凉水的水盆中去火毒，制得基质，最后将基质侵泡水中备用；以基质：药粉：月桂氮酮：羊毛脂的质量配比为300:100:3:5制成膏药贴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗颈椎病的膏药，其特征在于：所述的膏药贴的规格为：每贴40g，大小8cm×5cm。
