背景技术
骨质增生，是中老年的常见病、多发病，关于本症的命名，国内外尚未统一。多发生于45岁以上的中年人或老年人，男性多于女性，常用腰部活动的重体力劳动者及运动员非常容易患此病。一般最常见于膝、髋、腰椎、颈椎等关节。颈椎骨质增生导致椎间孔变窄，压迫神经、椎动脉、脊髓及交感神经，出现一系列问题。腰椎骨质增生导致椎管狭窄，坐骨神经受压，出现腿疼骻疼，下肢麻木等，强直性脊柱炎患者出现整个脊柱慢性骨质增生变形侧弯现象。现有治疗骨质增生的药物大部分为内服药，具有副作用，成本高且服用不方便，效果不理想。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种治疗骨病的热疗药液及热疗砖的制备方法，费用低，操作简单，所制备热疗砖应用方便，疗效高。
本发明所述的治疗骨病的热疗药液，包括以下重量份的原料：
羌活3-5份，独活3-5份，白芷3-5份，白芍3-5份，凤仙透骨草3-8份，酒炙威灵仙3-8份，当归3-5份，川芎3-5份，防风5-8份，红花3-5份，木瓜5-10份，山楂5-10份，酒炙怀牛膝5-8份，桂枝3-8份。
优选的，所述药液的制备方法如下：将按比例称取的药液原料水煎2小时后去掉药渣，中药液二次浓缩后得到药液。

试验组经60例临床观察，并选择病史2年、病情相当、年龄相当、性别及原治疗方法相当的骨质增生患者60例为对照组。
试验组：在原治疗基础上，停用原药物，使用本发明热疗砖；
对照组：内服所述的热疗药液。
观察期为60天。
试验组和对照组同时进行10天后，热疗砖明显比内服中药效果好，经过60天试验组组临床症状解除。
本发明使用方法：每3天一次，一次1-2h。
本发明所述热疗药液，用羌活、独活，木瓜、防风、威灵仙、白芷、凤仙透骨草祛风除湿散寒，阵痛，舒筋活络。木瓜、山楂、威灵仙化瘀止痛效好，威灵仙配合木瓜、山楂软化骨刺、骨质增生。
当归、红花活血通经，化瘀止痛，红花油含有水杨酸，桂皮醛等成分，其中水杨酸甲酯可起到局部刺激的作用，在患处涂抹能够帮助皮肤血管扩张，通过该成分的作用起到消肿止痛，舒筋活血的作用。
川芎药理作用活血行气，散瘀止痛，祛风燥湿功效，含川芎油，川芎嗪，能升能散能通，使增生刺激周围的软组织引起的无菌性炎症迅速消退，修复软骨关节面，终止或缩小骨质增生，桂枝温经通脉，发汗解肌，驱寒，镇痛消炎，配合白芍调和营卫，缓急止痛，通顺血脉，白芍酸甘敛阴，软化骨刺，对骨骼肌有抗痉挛作用，对平滑肌有镇静作用，据药理师研究报导内含芍药甙有抗痉挛作用。
凤仙透骨草可抗炎镇痛，除湿散寒，预防筋骨僵化，活血止痛功效。
怀牛膝补肝肾，强筋骨，散瘀血，消痈肿。药理作用：牛膝可提高全血SOD的活性，降低血清LPO的含量，具有延缓衰老的功效，还有抗炎镇痛的作用，其中酒炙怀牛膝镇痛作用强而持久。
内因肝肾亏虚，气滞血瘀，外因则主要为风寒湿邪入侵，以及外伤劳损，致使骨质产生负载性的炎性病理变化，使气血偏损，瘀血凝滞，经络不和而发病。气血遇热则行，遇寒则凝，所以通过热疗温通经脉，热疗后使毛孔扩张，使中药液渗透到皮肤肌肉筋骨，达到祛风除湿散寒，活血化瘀，舒筋活络，松解黏连，强筋壮骨，终止骨质增生的效果。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：

热疗砖的制备方法如下：

病例3号，性别：男，年龄：42岁，腰部疼痛，弯腰活动受限，放射至下肢坐骨神经痛，下肢麻木，行走困难，磁共振检查为腰4、5和腰5骶1椎间盘突出，骨质增生，椎管狭窄，采用上述热疗药液及热疗砖热疗30天基本痊愈，腰疼减轻，下肢麻木、疼痛也减轻，热疗60天痊愈。

Claims (7)

1.一种治疗骨病的热疗药液，其特征在于：包括以下重量份的原料：
羌活3-5份，独活3-5份，白芷3-5份，白芍3-5份，凤仙透骨草3-8份，酒炙威灵仙3-8份，当归3-5份，川芎3-5份，防风5-8份，红花3-5份，木瓜5-10份，山楂5-10份，酒炙怀牛膝5-8份，桂枝3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗骨病的热疗药液，其特征在于：所述药液的制备方法如下：将按比例称取的药液原料水煎2小时后去掉药渣，中药液二次浓缩后得到药液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗骨病的热疗药液，其特征在于：使用时，将所述药液倒在普通棉布上，然后将棉布放在热疗仪器上使用。
4.一种利用权利要求1-3任一所述的热疗药液制备治疗骨病的热疗砖的方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)将红砖用清水浸泡，然后单面加热15至20分钟；
(2)烧热的一面倒上150mL药液，用布包好。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗骨病的热疗砖的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(1)清水浸泡时间为30min-60min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的治疗骨病的热疗砖的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(1)加热温度为60℃-100℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的治疗骨病的热疗砖的制备方法，其特征在于：所述骨病热疗砖在使用时通过包覆棉布控制温度为40℃-60℃。
