背景技术

祖国医学认为，骨折术后延迟愈合主要与损伤后气滞血瘀，气血亏虚，肝肾不足有关，伤后血脉受损，血不循常道而逸出脉外，瘀阻不行，经络不畅，气机受阻，气滞不通，日久伤处筋骨失于气血滋养则新骨不生，伤后耗伤气血，或素体气血虚弱，血虚则骨失濡养，气虚则不能输布精微于骨折，故可致伤折处新骨生长缓慢或不生，肝主筋，肾主骨；肝藏血，肾藏精；肝肾同源，精血互生，过肝肾不足，精血亏乏，筋骨失养而致新骨不生。

药物精选优质药材配伍相宜，诸药相合具有强身健骨、止血收敛、活血化瘀、止痛生肌、续筋接骨的功效，对于治疗骨折具有见效快、治愈率高、无毒副作用、安全方便的优点， 还可用于跌打损伤、扭伤、血瘀疼痛等症状的治疗，可广泛应用于骨折的临床治疗。

元胡(延胡索)，活血，行气，止痛。用于胸胁、脘腹疼痛，胸痹心痛，跌扑肿痛。本品药理作用镇痛、镇静、催眠、抗惊厥、扩张冠状动脉、增加冠脉血流量、抗心肌缺血、抗血栓、抗心律失常的作用；
川断，具有补肝肾；强筋骨；续折伤；用于腰背酸痛；肢节痿痹；风湿痹痛，跌扑创伤、损筋折骨；
赤芍，苦，微寒。归肝经。清热凉血，散瘀止痛。用于目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡；
牛膝，归肝、肾经。具有补肝肾，强筋骨，逐瘀通经，引血下行的功效。为治腰膝酸软、筋骨无力之要药；
土鳖虫，咸寒，有小毒。归肝经。具有破血逐瘀，续筋接骨的功效；用于跌打损伤，筋伤骨折。本品破血力强，故孕妇忌服；
鸡血藤，本品苦泄温通，微甘能站，入肝、肾经，行补并能，治血瘀血虚有寒诸证。具有活血补血，止痛，舒筋活络的功能。用于治疗肢体麻木、瘫痪、痹痛及跌打伤痛；
川芎，辛，温归肝、胆、心包经；本品辛温行散，入血走气，上行头颠，下走血海；善行血化气，祛风止痛。被前人誉为“血中之气药”，具有活血行气，祛风止痛的功效。用于跌扑肿痛，头痛，风湿痹痛；
当归，本品甘温补润，辛能行散，主入肝、心兼入脾经，善补血活血，消肿止痛，润肠能便，解毒散结，用于风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤，痹痛麻木；

三七，本品苦泄温通，甘能补虚，行止兼补。入肝、胃经。即能化瘀止血、又能活血止痛、强身健体，具有 “止血而不留瘀、化瘀而不伤正”之长，为治出血、瘀血症之良药；用于外伤出血，胸腹刺痛，跌扑肿痛；
枳壳，本品苦泄辛散，微寒不烈，善理气宽中，行滞消胀；
柴胡，和解表里，疏肝解郁，升举阳气。能疏散少阳半表半里之邪而和解退热，又条达肝气而疏肝解郁、止痛；
益母草，活血祛瘀，利尿消肿，清热解毒。用于水肿尿少，疮疡肿毒；
天花粉，清热泻火，生津止渴，消肿排脓。用于热病烦渴，疮疡肿毒；
甘草，本品味甘性平，主入脾肺经，兼入胃、心经。即益气补中，又缓急止痛，缓和药性，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。

胶囊剂制法：称取上述各药材，放入容器中，加水煮沸提取3次，首次加8-10倍量水浸泡半小时，加热煮沸提取1.5小时，过滤，得到滤液与药渣；第二次取药渣，加5-8倍量水加热煮沸提取1小时，过滤，得到滤液与药渣；第三次加取药渣，加3-5倍量水加热煮沸提取1小时；合并三次提取液，滤过，取滤液，浓缩成干浸膏, 粉碎，过筛，装入胶囊，即得本发明所述的胶囊剂；用法与用量：温水送服，一日二次，一次2g。
实施例2：
配方：红花20g、桃仁14g、元胡(延胡索)14g、川断16g、赤芍20g、牛膝20g、土鳖虫20g、鸡血藤16g、川芎15g、当归15g、木香12g、桂枝12g、三七12g、枳壳14g、柴胡14g、益母草14g、天花粉14g、炙甘草14g；
汤剂制法：称取上述各药材，用水浸泡（水漫过药材1~3厘米），15~30分钟后，煎煮两次；第一次先用武火煮沸，再用文火煎20~30分钟，冷却，过滤后得到滤液和药渣；第二次煎煮，是将第一次煎煮后得到的药渣加水没过1~3厘米，武火煮沸，文火煎煮15~20分钟，冷却，过滤后即得；合并两次滤液后即得本发明所述的中药汤剂。
实施例3：
配方：红花18g、桃仁16g、元胡(延胡索)12g、川断16g、赤芍15g、牛膝12g、土鳖虫12g、鸡血藤16g、川芎15g、当归15g、木香12g、桂枝12g、三七12g、枳壳10g、柴胡10g、益母草16g、天花粉14g、炙甘草14g；
丸剂制法：将上述各药材饮片，粉碎成100-120目，加入炼蜜，使药粉与蜜的重量比为1：1.0-1.5，制成9克的大蜜丸，每次一丸，一日两次；饭后温开水送服，15天为1个 疗程。
临床药效学：
1、病例选择：
作为治疗骨折的药物，选择我院或其他医院确认的骨折患者100例进行临床观察，病人随机分成两组，治疗组52例，其中男28例，女性24例，年龄6-70岁，平均年龄34.5岁，病程1-75天，平均29.7天；对照组48例，其中男性27例， 女性21例，年龄7-60岁，平均年龄33.2岁，病程1-75天，平均28.5天。两组患者病情基本一致，无显著差异，具有可比性，两组均按要求控制饮食。
2、治疗组患者服用本发明实施例1中药胶囊制剂的配方，口服，每日2次，每次4粒，胶囊剂每粒为0.5g，15天为一个疗程，连续服用二到四个疗程，病情严重者遵医嘱酌增用量；对照组服用跌打丸，严格按照说明书要求服用。
3、疗效判断：
（1）治愈：骨折肢体活动不受限制，恢复速度快，拍X光片查看后无明显痕迹；
（2）好转：疼痛减轻，骨折肢体可适量活动，恢复速度加快；
（3）无效：症状无变化。
4、结果：
治疗组：52例中，治愈38例，好转13例，无效1例，治愈率73.1%，总有效率98.1%；
对照组：48例中，治愈22例，好转14例，无效12例，治愈率45.8%，总有效率75.0%。
以上结果显示，治疗组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组。
典型病例举例：
1、王某，女，70岁，乌兰浩特人。因为不慎摔伤至7、8肋骨骨折，进行胸围固定，服用本药胶囊剂三个疗程，45天后痊愈。
2、许某，男，23岁，安徽人，脚崴伤至右外踝骨折，石膏固定后，服用接骨药三期45天后临床愈合。
3、陆某，男，38岁，兴安盟，扎来特旗人，脚崴伤至右双踝骨折，骨科手法复位石膏固定后，服用二期接骨药，30天后临床治愈。
4、马某，男，60岁，内蒙古乌兰浩特胜利小区，崴伤至右第五跖骨基底骨折，服用三期接骨药后，临床治愈。
5、朱某，女，67岁，兴安盟扎赉特旗人，冬天走路滑倒至第一腰椎压缩骨折，腰围固定后，服用三期45天接骨药后，临床治愈。
6、涂某，男，37岁，四川人，肩甲骨折，髌骨骨折，服用四期60天接骨药后，临床治愈。
7、李某，男，50岁，乌兰浩特人，右手挫伤至本奈氏骨折，疼痛难忍；对其进行相应的处理后，服用本发明中药胶囊剂，三个疗程后，骨折伤处痊愈。
8、张某，男，57岁，乌兰浩特人，高处摔伤至左右克雷氏骨折，手法复位后，服用三期接骨药，45天后临床愈合。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，由以下重量的中药为原料制备获得：
红花12-20份、桃仁12-20份、元胡12-20份、川断12-20份、赤芍12-20份、牛膝12-20份、土鳖虫12-20份、鸡血藤12-20份、川穹8-12份、当归8-12份、木香8-12份、桂枝8-12份、三七8-12份、枳壳12-20份、柴胡12-20份、益母草12-20份、天花粉12-20份、炙甘草12-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其中各原料药的组成与重量为：
红花15份、桃仁15份、元胡15份、川断15份、赤芍15份、牛膝15份、土鳖虫15份、鸡血藤15份、川穹12份、当归12份、木香10份、桂枝10份、三七15份、枳壳15份、柴胡15份、益母草15份、天花粉12份、炙甘草12份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于治疗骨折的中药组合物，其剂型为胶囊剂、散剂、汤剂、丸剂或膏剂。
