Abstract
本发明公开以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法按威灵仙12份、透骨草15份、川芎10份、巴戟天9份、怀牛膝12份、肉桂8份、桂枝8份、乳香5份、没药5份、细辛3份、丁香3份，远红外陶瓷粉10份做为原料配以甘油、凡士林、蜂蜜、氮酮、冬青油制成膏料，做成方形或圆形贴，选用医胶带或透气性PU膜胶带制成膏药贴。本发对风寒湿邪引起肩、颈、腰、腿、关节及肌肉的疼痛疗效确切，对腰肌劳损、扭伤、跌打损伤的肿胀疼痛疗效明显。
Description
技术领域：
本发明属于医疗保健膏药技术领域，具体涉及以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法。
背景技术：
膏药是中药外用的一种，古称薄贴，在我的发展已有几千年历史，中医临床常用的外治方法之一。它遵循中医辨证论治及中药的功效、主治与归经的原则，充分调动药物互相协调为用的效能，由多味药物组成复方，再加入辛香走窜的引经药物以发挥药物的良好效果，其药物通过渗透入皮肤，内传经络、起到调气血、通经络、散寒湿，消肿祛痛等作用。由于膏药直接敷贴于体表，而制做膏剂的药物大多气味较浓，早在久远的年代，我国医学家就有言：“膏药能治病，无殊汤药，用之得法，其响立应”。现代人的生活水平不断提高，养生保养的意识越发强烈，现实生活中膏药被更广泛的应用于医疗保健养生领域。
在日常生活中，因人们喜凉喜露，夏天肌肤外露、吹空调、吃冷饮、喝凉茶易受风寒湿邪侵袭造成风湿性关节炎疼痛、类风湿性关节炎疼痛、骨质增生性疼痛；因工作、生活习惯，长期低头伏案、久坐，长时间弯腰及睡眠姿势不当造成肌肉劳损的疼痛，又因跌打损伤造成的肿胀疼痛。对于此类非疾病因素引起的疼痛，人们普遍采用膏药贴敷以达到止痛效果，从而提高生活质量。
传统中医药理论认为，风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎及骨质增生等症，属于中医的“痹症”中“寒痹”范畴。中医认为与外伤，劳损，瘀血阻络，感受风寒湿邪、痰湿内阻、肝肾亏虚等有关。它是一种本虚标实之症，本虚即为肝肾亏损，筋骨失养；表实是指风、寒、湿外邪趁虚而入，内外合邪，阳气不化，寒邪内蕴，着于筋骨，影响筋骨的营养，闭阻经络，气血不畅，故见骨关节疼痛，呈隐痛或钝痛；骨关节僵硬，严重时出现肿胀，积水，活动不便等。其主要病机为风、寒、湿、邪的侵袭，导致气血运行不畅，引起肢体肌肉疼痛、酸楚、麻木、屈伸不利或关节肿胀等病症，即所谓“通则不痛，不通则痛”的道理。当以祛风除湿，活血通络，消肿止痛为治则。
发明内容：
本发明在经过大量研究与实践后，提供以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法能有效祛风除湿、活血化瘀、舒适筋通络、消肿止痛的作用。
本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，所述药物包括：威灵仙、透骨草、川芎、巴戟天、怀牛膝、肉桂、桂枝、乳香、没药、细辛、丁香、远红外陶瓷粉。
本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，所述药物包括按组份记分别为：威灵仙6-12份、透骨草6-15份、川芎3-15份、巴戟天3-10份、怀牛膝5-12份、肉桂1-8份、桂枝3-10份、乳香3-5份、没药 3-5份、细辛1-3份、丁香1-3份、远红外陶瓷粉5-10份。
本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法进一步方案，所述药物包括按组份记分别为：威灵仙12份、透骨草15份、川芎10份、巴戟天9份、怀牛膝12份、肉桂8份、桂枝8份、乳香5份、没药5份、细辛 3份、丁香3份，远红外陶瓷粉10份。
本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，所述的药物为贴膏剂，将所述药物制成贴膏，便于使用，使用中不影响生活、学习和工作。
本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，所述的药物各药材药理药效：
【威灵仙】辛、咸，温。归膀胱经。祛风湿，通经络。用于风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，筋脉拘挛，屈伸不利。
【透骨草】辛、温。归经、肝经。祛风除湿，舒筋活血，散瘀消肿，解毒止痛。用于风湿痹痛，筋骨挛缩，寒湿脚气，腰部扭伤，瘫痪，闭经，阴囊湿疹，疮疖肿毒。
【川芎】辛，温。归肝、胆、心包经。活血行气，祛风止痛。用于胸痹心痛，胸胁刺痛，跌扑肿痛，月经不调，经闭痛经，癥瘕腹痛，头痛，风湿痹痛。
【巴戟天】甘、辛，微温。归肾、肝经。补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿。用于阳痿遗精，宫冷不孕，月经不调，少腹冷痛，风湿痹痛，筋骨痿软。
【怀牛膝】苦、甘、酸，平。归肝、肾经。逐瘀通经，补肝肾，强筋骨，利尿通淋，引血下行。用于经闭，痛经，腰膝酸痛，筋骨无力，淋证，水肿，头痛，眩晕，牙痛，口疮，吐血，衄血。
【肉桂】辛、甘，大热。归肾、脾、心、肝经。补火助阳，引火归元，散寒止痛，温通经脉。用于阳痿宫冷，腰膝冷痛，肾虚作喘，虚阳上浮，眩晕目赤，心腹冷痛，虚寒吐泻，寒疝腹痛，痛经经闭。
【桂枝】辛、甘，温。归心、肺、膀胱经。发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气，平冲降气。用于风寒感冒，脘腹冷痛，血寒经闭，关节痹痛，痰饮，水肿，心悸，奔豚。
【细辛】辛，温。归心、肺、肾经。解表散寒，祛风止痛，通窍，温肺化饮。用于风寒感冒，头痛，牙痛，鼻塞流涕，鼻鼽，鼻渊，风湿痹痛，痰饮喘咳。
【丁香】辛，温。归脾、胃、肺、肾经。温中降逆，补肾助阳。用于脾胃虚寒，呃逆呕吐，食少吐泻，心腹冷痛，肾虚阳痿。
【乳香】辛、苦，温。归心、肝、脾经。活血定痛，消肿生肌。用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。
【没药】辛、苦，平。归心、肝、脾经。散瘀定痛，消肿生肌。用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，癥疲腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。
本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，所述的药物包含远红外陶瓷粉。远红外陶瓷粉有吸热与放热双重性能，当远红外陶瓷粉作用于皮肤吸热后，能释放出4-14微米的远红外线，远红外线释放的能量被皮肤吸收后转化为热能从而加速血液循环，增强新陈代谢，激活免疫细胞功能，达到消炎抑菌、消肿功能。同时远红外线对皮肤的作用能加强药物渗透皮肤直达肌里，使用药物达到有效止痛功能。
本发所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，制成膏剂后可直接贴敷于患处，对风寒湿邪引起肩、颈、腰、腿、关节及肌肉的疼痛疗效确切，对腰肌劳损、扭伤、跌打损伤的肿胀疼痛疗效明显。
具体实施方式：
通过以下实施例对发明的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法的步骤和功效做以说明：
实施步骤：
1、将本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，按：威灵仙12份、透骨草15份、川芎10份、巴戟天9份、怀牛膝12份、肉桂8份、桂枝8份、乳香5份、没药5份、细辛3份、丁香3份，远红外陶瓷粉10份的比例进行备料。
2、将步骤1中除远红外陶瓷粉以外的11味中药材进行混合粉碎，粉碎细度≥100目。
3、将步骤1中陶瓷粉和2中药材细粉进行充分混合使其达到均匀的混合粉。
4、按步骤3混合粉数量分别称取其32％甘油、32％凡士林、32％蜂蜜、2％食用胶、1％氮酮、1％冬青油混合制膏料。
5、将步骤4中的膏料压制成片材，切成规则的方形或圆形贴。
6、选取医用胶带或透气PU膜胶带作为固定物，胶带内应含有比胶带小3-4cm 防渗层和同胶带同尺寸大小的保护层离型纸或离型膜，另外应随胶带配备有比胶带小3-4cm护扶无纺布。
7、将步骤5中膏贴贴于步骤6中医用胶还防渗层中央，并在膏贴上加盖护肤层无纺布后盖上保护层。
8、用法用量，将患处洗净擦干，撕去膏贴保护层离型纸直接贴于患处，每贴贴敷12小时内揭下，间隔10小时左右再进行下次贴敷，5天为一个贴敷疗程。
疗效观察：
本发明临床疗效观察：在患者自愿的情况下，本实施例以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法临床观察例共120人，有效率达96.8％。
Claims (9)
1.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：按威灵仙12份、透骨草15份、川芎10份、巴戟天9份、怀牛膝12份、肉桂8份、桂枝8份、乳香5份、没药5份、细辛3份、丁香3份，远红外陶瓷粉10份的比例进行备料。
2.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：权利要求1中除远红外陶瓷粉以外的11味中药材进行混合粉碎(粉碎细度≥100目)，后与远红外陶瓷粉进行混合，达到最终混合粉。
3.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：按权利要求2中最终混合粉量分别称取其32％甘油、32％凡士林、32％蜂蜜、2％食用胶、1％氮酮、1％冬青油混合制成膏料。
4.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：将权利要求3中的膏料压制成片材，切成规则的方形或圆形膏贴。
5.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：选取医用胶带或透气PU膜胶带做膏贴固定物，胶带内应含有比胶带小3-4cm防渗层和同胶带同尺寸大小的保护层离型纸或离型膜，另外应随胶带配备有比胶带小3-4cm护扶无纺布。
6.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：权利要求4中膏贴贴于权利要求5中防渗层中央，并在膏贴上加盖护肤层无纺布后盖上保护层离型纸或离型膜，即制成膏贴。
7.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：权利要求6中膏贴的用法用量为，洗净擦干患处，撕去膏贴保护层离型纸或离型膜直接贴于患处，每贴贴敷12小时内揭下，间隔10小时左右再进行下次贴敷，5天为一个贴敷疗程。
8.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：权利要求4中膏贴为方形或圆形。
9.本发明所述的以威灵仙透骨草为主的灵仙透骨止痛膏的药物及制法，其特征在于：凡是与本发明思路相同或相近的方案均在本发明保护范围之内。
