背景技术
脊柱、肩周、关节疼痛的发病原因很复杂，但主要由四个方面的原因所引起，一是内力伤害，二是外力伤害，三是饮食、药物不当，四是外邪侵袭所至(外邪系指风、寒、湿、热、燥、毒)。长期不愈，导致椎间盘突出、膨出症、椎棘上韧带增厚、挛缩、条状剥离、骨质增生及肩周炎、关节炎和风湿性疼痛，严重地影响工作和学习及家庭生活，重者造成功能性障碍或丧失工作和劳动能力。
目前市场上用于筋骨疼痛的外用搽剂很多，但大多数存在三个方面的问题，一是过敏性；许多患者的肌肤搽药后容易发生红肿、燥痒，二是刺激性；许多搽剂对皮肤的刺激很大，特别是粘膜破损后不能用药，如红花油、麝香止痛搽剂等。三是适应症状与功效的局限性；所以适应范围受到限制，使用效果也不理想。

用于筋骨疼痛的外用搽剂，由以下中药重量组份泡制而成：破骨风20g，皂角刺35g，花椒40g，苍术15g，草乌头18g，川乌头18g，木瓜12g，千年健20g，牛膝15g，大血藤25g，秦艽15g，川芎12g，羌活15g，白芷15g，威灵仙18g，独活15g，透骨草25g，延胡索15g，石南藤25g，桑寄生15g，香加皮15g，姜黄15g，三棱18g，蓬莪术20g，降香15g，三七15g，续断25g，红花18g，桂枝15g，桑枝20g，肉桂15g，木香12g，赤芍药15g，桃仁15g，鸡血藤20g，刘寄奴15g，白鲜皮15g，泽兰15g，当归15g，土鳖虫18g，狗脊20g，细辛12g，松节25g，蛇床子20g，丁公藤25g，千里光20g，蒲公英20g，巴戟天20g，土茯苓30g；碎成30目粗粉，粗粉与浓度为75％的医用酒精浸泡30天，其粗粉∶酒精等于1∶4。用200目的过滤网过滤药渣，静置10小时后，再次过滤剩余药渣后的酒精溶液搽剂为3000ml，同时浸泡7组，共计21000ml搽剂，治疗患者400例。其中男性285例，女性115例，年龄最大的82岁，最小的12岁，平均年龄58.5岁。病症：腰部疼痛酸胀者185例，颈椎疼痛或不适者105例，肩周疼痛，手臂手指麻木者42例，膝关节疼痛者68例。用本发明搽剂结合按摩和温透疗法，每天坚持1至2次，每次60至80分钟，坚持10至20天后，治愈率达81.5％，有效率达100％，无一例无效。
实施例2
用于筋骨疼痛的外用搽剂，由下述重量组份的原料泡制而成：
破骨风15g，皂角刺25g，花椒30g，苍术12g，草乌头15g，川乌头15g，木瓜12g，千年健15g，牛膝12g，大血藤18g，秦艽15g，川芎10g，羌活12g，白芷10g，威灵仙15g，独活12g，透骨草18g，延胡索12g，石南藤18g，桑寄生15g，香加皮12g，姜黄15g，三棱15g，蓬莪术15g，降香12g，三七12g，续断15g，红花12g，桂枝12g，桑枝15g，肉桂12g，木香12g，赤芍药15g，桃仁12g，鸡血藤15g，刘寄奴15g，白鲜皮12g，泽兰15g，当归15g，土鳖虫15g，狗脊20g，细辛10g，松节18g，蛇床子15g，丁公藤20g，千里光15g，蒲公英15g。巴戟天18g，土茯苓25g，加工成30目粗粉，粗粉与浓度为75％的医用酒精浸泡35天，其粗粉∶酒精等于1∶4。用200目过滤网过滤药渣，静置12小时后，再次过滤酒精溶液中剩余的药渣后的酒精溶液既为本发明的外用搽剂，取2500ml。同时浸泡7组，搽剂17500ml，治疗患者300例。其中男性210例，女性90例，年龄最大的76岁，最小的15岁，平均年龄56.5岁，腰部疼痛者145例，颈椎疼痛或不适者86例，肩周疼痛者45例，膝关节疼痛者24例，用本发明搽剂结合按摩和温透疗法，每天1至2次，每次时间60至80分钟，坚持10至20天后，治愈率达83.5％，有效率达100％，无一例无效。
实施例3
用于筋骨疼痛的外用搽剂，由下述重量组份的原料泡制而成：
破骨风20g、皂角刺50g、花椒30g、苍术10g、草乌头25g、川乌头25g、木瓜10g、千年健15g、牛膝12g、大血藤25g、秦艽15g、川芎10g、羌活12g、白芷12g、威灵仙15g、独活15g、透骨草25g、延胡索20g、石南藤15g、桑寄生15g、香加皮15g、姜黄15g、三棱15g、蓬莪术15g、降香15g、三七10g、续断15g、红花15g、桂枝12g、桑枝15g、肉桂12g、木香15g、赤芍药15g、桃仁15g、鸡血藤25g、刘寄奴15g、白鲜皮15g、泽兰15g、当归15g、土鳖虫15g、狗脊15g、细辛15g、松节20g、蛇床子25g、丁公藤25g、千里光20g、蒲公英20g、巴戟天20g、土茯苓35g，加工成30目粗粉，粗粉与浓度为75％的医用酒精浸泡40天，其粗粉∶酒精等于1∶4。用200目过滤，静置15小时后，取成品3000ml。同时浸泡7组，搽剂21000ml，共治疗患者360例。其中男性245例，女性115例，年龄最大的78岁，最小的19岁，平均年龄57.5岁，腰部疼痛者186例，颈椎病者75例，肩周炎64例，膝关节炎35例。用本发明搽剂结合按摩和温透疗法，每天1至2次，每次时间60至80分钟，坚持10至20天后，治愈率达85.4％，有效率达100％，无一例无效。
典型病例说明：
病例1；吴某，男，42岁，株洲县人，农民。2010年9月在自家房屋装修时因挑200斤水泥，负重压扎坐地而不能站立，经人民医院核磁共振检查，腰L3/4，L4/5，突出、膨出，L4/5椎髓核膨出压于左侧神经根，无法行走，生活不能自理，市多家医院认为只有立即手术，否则就会有瘫痪的危险。2010年9月18日经本发明搽剂配合按摩，正脊复位和透骨疗法，25天即可站立起来行走，30天后生活完全自理，目前没有复发。
病例2；王某，女，46岁，株洲市茨菇塘办事处会计。经CT检查：腰L3/4，L4/5，L5/S1椎突出，伴有多发性骨质增生，患病10多年来，每年都住院治疗。2008年9月经本发明搽剂配合按摩，正脊复位和透骨疗法，30天后痊愈，至今没有复发。
病例3；曾某，男，61岁，湖南株洲铁路车辆工厂退休工人。经CT检查：腰椎L2/3，L3/4，L4/5椎间盘突出，压迫左侧神经根，左腿麻木，左膝关节和足踝处疼痛，13年来经常住院治疗。2009年8月用本发明搽剂配合按摩和透骨疗法，2个疗程治愈，至今未复发。
病例4；李某，男，59岁，株洲市荷塘区司法局干部。经核磁共振检查：颈椎C5/6，C6/7椎间盘突出，C4，C5，C6椎骨质增生，左肩活动受限，疼痛难忍，已有10余年病史。2009年11月经本发明搽剂配合按摩和透骨疗法，25天后已愈，至今未复发。
疗效标准
治愈：其症状或疼痛完全消失，经一年临床观察未复发。
有效：患者症状有改善，但不彻底。
无效：经一段时间治疗，症状无改善。
疗效观察：
腰椎病患者230例，治愈率81.6％，有效率100％，无效为零。
颈椎病患者191例，治愈率76％，有效率100％，无效为零。
肩周炎患者87例，治愈率84.1％，有效率100％，无效为零。
膝关节患者92例，治愈率85.4％，有效率100％，无效为零。
本发明所述药材按《中国药典》和《中药大辞典》及《中药材手册》的标准及文献记载使用。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于筋骨疼痛的中药外用搽剂，其特征在于：它是由下述重量组份的原料配制而成：破骨风15～30份，花椒30～50份，皂角刺25～50份，苍术10～20份，草乌头15～35份，川乌头15～40份，木瓜10～20份，千年健15～25份，牛膝10～20份，大血藤15～30份，秦艽15～30份，川芎10～20份，羌活10～20份，白芷10～25份，威灵仙15～25份，独活10～20份，透骨草15～50份，延胡索12～25份，石南藤15～25份，桑寄生15～25份，香加皮12～20份，姜黄15～25份，三棱15～25份，蓬莪术15～25份，降香12～25份，三七10～40份，续断15～35份，红花12～30份，桂枝10～25份，桑枝15-25份，肉桂10-25份，赤芍药15-25份，木香12-25份，桃仁12～25份，鸡血藤15～45份，刘寄奴15～25份，白鲜皮12～25份，泽兰15～30份，当归15～30份，土鳖虫15～30份，狗脊15～35份，细辛10～20份，松节15～35份，蛇床子15～25份，丁公藤15～40份，千里光15～30份，蒲公英15～40份，巴戟天15～25份，土茯苓15～50份；碎成30目粗粉与浓度为75％的医用酒精混合浸泡而成，其比例为粗粉∶酒精等于1∶4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于筋骨疼痛的中药外用搽剂，其特征在于：它是由下述重量组份的原料配制而成：破骨风20份，花椒45份，皂角刺45份，苍术15份，草乌头15份，川乌头15份，木瓜15份，千年健18份，牛膝15份，大血藤25份，秦艽18份，川芎15份，羌活15份，白芷15份，威灵仙15份，独活15份，透骨草15份，延胡索18份，石南藤20份，桑寄生18份，香加皮15份，姜黄15份，三棱20份，蓬莪术20份，降香15份，三七20份，续断20份，红花20份，桂枝15份，桑枝20份，肉桂15份，赤芍药20份，木香15份，桃仁15份，鸡血藤30份，刘寄奴20份，白鲜皮18份，泽兰20份，当归20份，土鳖虫25份，狗脊25份，细辛15份，松节25份，蛇床子20份，丁公藤35份，千里光25份，蒲公英30份，巴戟天20份，土茯苓30份；碎成30目粗粉与浓度为75％的医用酒精混合浸泡而成，其比例为粗粉∶酒精等于1∶4。
