Abstract
本发明公开了一种羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色工艺,包括步骤:(1)配制预处理液:将乙酸‑乙酸钠缓冲液、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物置于乙醇和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成预处理液;(2)羊毛/涤纶混纺织物纺织品预处理;(3)配制染液:将毛用活性染料置于乙醇和水的混合液中,边搅拌边加入匀染剂,搅拌均匀后配制成染液;(4)染色:将经步骤(2)处理后的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(3)配制的染液中,染液的初始温度为10~20℃,然后染液以5~6℃/分钟的升温速率升温至40~50℃,接着以2~3℃/分钟的升温速率升温至60~90℃,对羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色完后,经洗涤、皂洗、洗涤和烘干,得到成品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种染色工艺,具体涉及一种羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色工艺。属于纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
羊毛是一种优良的天然蛋白质纤维,其优良的吸湿性、弹性、透气性、保暖性、舒适性以及独特的成衣效果深受人们的喜爱。但是在毛纺织品的加工过程中,如果处理不当,这些优良的性能就会受到影响,羊毛纤维的损伤就是其中的一种。众所周知,羊毛损伤的结果会导致纤维强力下降、延伸度降低、拉伸性能恶化、纤维可纺性下降,以及纤维弹性降低容易脆化、蓬松度下降等问题。
目前染色过程中减少羊毛损伤的方法主要有两种:低温染色工艺和保护剂存在下的高温染色工艺,其中低温染色工艺最受推崇,但是其色牢度等染色指标并不理想。
羊毛/涤纶混纺织物由于其中羊毛和涤纶成分的差异,染色效果更是难以把握。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)配制预处理液:将乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物置于乙醇和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成预处理液,其中,预处理液的浴比为1:7~20,预处理液中乙醇和水的体积比为19~1:1,预处理液的pH为4~6,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的浓度为1~5g/L;
(2)羊毛/涤纶混纺织物纺织品预处理:
将待染色的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(1)配制的预处理液中浸泡,浸泡后羊毛/涤纶混纺织物的带液率为50~100%,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物中羊毛纤维的重量比不低于30%;
(3)配制染液:将毛用活性染料置于乙醇和水的混合液中,边搅拌边加入匀染剂,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:20~50,乙醇和水的体积比为19~1:1,毛用活性染料的用量为羊毛纺织品重量的0.1~5%;
(4)染色:将经步骤(2)处理后的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(3)配制的染液中,染液的初始温度为10~20℃,然后染液以5~6℃/分钟的升温速率升温至40~50℃,接着以2~3℃/分钟的升温速率升温至60~90℃,对羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色,其中,染色时间为30~60分钟,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色完后,经洗涤、皂洗、洗涤和烘干,得到成品。
步骤(3)中的匀染剂是由以下重量份的组分制成的:N,N-二甲基乙醇胺25份,三乙醇胺0.2份,乙氧基化羊毛脂5.5份,十八烷基异氰酸酯80份,氯化苄35份,甲苯120份。
所述匀染剂是将配方比的各组分混匀共沸得到的。
步骤(4)中染液的初始温度优选为15℃。
步骤(4)中染液的升温过程优选为:以6℃/分钟的升温速率升温至40℃,接着以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温至80℃。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物的染色工艺步骤简单,色牢度高,染色过程对羊毛纤维的损伤小,并且,具有良好的染色重现性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述,应该说明的是,下述说明仅是为了解释本发明,并不对其内容进行限定。
实施例1:
本发明的一种羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)配制预处理液:将乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物置于乙醇和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成预处理液,其中,预处理液的浴比为1:7,预处理液中乙醇和水的体积比为19:1,预处理液的pH为4,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的浓度为1g/L;
(2)羊毛/涤纶混纺织物纺织品预处理:
将待染色的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(1)配制的预处理液中浸泡,浸泡后羊毛/涤纶混纺织物的带液率为50%,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物中羊毛纤维的重量比为30%;
(3)配制染液:将毛用活性染料置于乙醇和水的混合液中,边搅拌边加入匀染剂,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:20,乙醇和水的体积比为19:1,毛用活性染料的用量为羊毛纺织品重量的0.1%;匀染剂是将以下各组分混匀后共沸得到的:N,N-二甲基乙醇胺25kg,三乙醇胺0.2kg,乙氧基化羊毛脂5.5kg,十八烷基异氰酸酯80kg,氯化苄35kg,甲苯120kg;
(4)染色:将经步骤(2)处理后的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(3)配制的染液中,染液的初始温度为10℃,然后染液以5℃/分钟的升温速率升温至40℃,接着以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温至60℃,对羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色,其中,染色时间为30~60分钟,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色完后,经洗涤、皂洗、洗涤和烘干,得到成品。
实施例2:
本发明的一种羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)配制预处理液:将乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物置于乙醇和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成预处理液,其中,预处理液的浴比为1:20,预处理液中乙醇和水的体积比为1:1,预处理液的pH为6,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的浓度为5g/L;
(2)羊毛/涤纶混纺织物纺织品预处理:
将待染色的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(1)配制的预处理液中浸泡,浸泡后羊毛/涤纶混纺织物的带液率为100%,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物中羊毛纤维的重量比为40%;
(3)配制染液:将毛用活性染料置于乙醇和水的混合液中,边搅拌边加入匀染剂,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:50,乙醇和水的体积比为1:1,毛用活性染料的用量为羊毛纺织品重量的5%;匀染剂是将以下各组分混匀后共沸得到的:N,N-二甲基乙醇胺25kg,三乙醇胺0.2kg,乙氧基化羊毛脂5.5kg,十八烷基异氰酸酯80kg,氯化苄35kg,甲苯120kg;
(4)染色:将经步骤(2)处理后的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(3)配制的染液中,染液的初始温度为20℃,然后染液以6℃/分钟的升温速率升温至50℃,接着以3℃/分钟的升温速率升温至90℃,对羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色,其中,染色时间为60分钟,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色完后,经洗涤、皂洗、洗涤和烘干,得到成品。
实施例3:
本发明的一种羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)配制预处理液:将乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物置于乙醇和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成预处理液,其中,预处理液的浴比为1:15,预处理液中乙醇和水的体积比为10:1,预处理液的pH为5,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的浓度为3g/L;
(2)羊毛/涤纶混纺织物纺织品预处理:
将待染色的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(1)配制的预处理液中浸泡,浸泡后羊毛/涤纶混纺织物的带液率为70%,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物中羊毛纤维的重量比为50%;
(3)配制染液:将毛用活性染料置于乙醇和水的混合液中,边搅拌边加入匀染剂,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:30,乙醇和水的体积比为10:1,毛用活性染料的用量为羊毛纺织品重量的2%;匀染剂是将以下各组分混匀后共沸得到的:N,N-二甲基乙醇胺25kg,三乙醇胺0.2kg,乙氧基化羊毛脂5.5kg,十八烷基异氰酸酯80kg,氯化苄35kg,甲苯120kg;
(4)染色:将经步骤(2)处理后的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(3)配制的染液中,染液的初始温度为15℃,然后染液以6℃/分钟的升温速率升温至40℃,接着以2℃/分钟的升温速率升温至80℃,对羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色,其中,染色时间为50分钟,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色完后,经洗涤、皂洗、洗涤和烘干,得到成品。
试验例
对实施例1~3染色得到的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物的色牢度指标进行了测试,结果见表1。

表2示出了羊毛纤维的机械性能。

从表2可以看出,实施例1~3的羊毛纤维在染色后仍旧有较好的机械性能,说明染色工序对羊毛的损伤不大。
取羊毛纤维重量比为50%的6块完全相同的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物,即布样1~6,按照实施例3的条件进行染色重现性实验。染色重现性由重现率评价,计算方法如下:重现率=达到目标值的样品个数/样品总数×100%,目标样品:试样色差值ΔE分布密度集中(ΔE波动范围不超过±0.5)的样品,结果见表3。

从表3可以看出,本发明的染色工艺重现性好,最大色差值波动范围不超过±0.03,重现率可达到100%。
从实施例3染色后的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物上任取两点,在折痕处取第三点,用测色配色仪分别测定它们在最大吸收波长范围内的表观色深K/S值,测量值几乎没有差异,说明匀染性好。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。
Claims (5)
1.一种羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)配制预处理液:将乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲液、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物置于乙醇和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成预处理液,其中,预处理液的浴比为1:7~20,预处理液中乙醇和水的体积比为19~1:1,预处理液的pH为4~6,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的浓度为1~5g/L;
(2)羊毛/涤纶混纺织物纺织品预处理:
将待染色的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(1)配制的预处理液中浸泡,浸泡后羊毛/涤纶混纺织物的带液率为50~100%,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物中羊毛纤维的重量比不低于30%;
(3)配制染液:将毛用活性染料置于乙醇和水的混合液中,边搅拌边加入匀染剂,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:20~50,乙醇和水的体积比为19~1:1,毛用活性染料的用量为羊毛纺织品重量的0.1~5%;
(4)染色:将经步骤(2)处理后的羊毛/涤纶混纺织物置于步骤(3)配制的染液中,染液的初始温度为10~20℃,然后染液以5~6℃/分钟的升温速率升温至40~50℃,接着以2~3℃/分钟的升温速率升温至60~90℃,对羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色,其中,染色时间为30~60分钟,羊毛/涤纶混纺织物染色完后,经洗涤、皂洗、洗涤和烘干,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染色工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的匀染剂是由以下重量份的组分制成的:N,N-二甲基乙醇胺25份,三乙醇胺0.2份,乙氧基化羊毛脂5.5份,十八烷基异氰酸酯80份,氯化苄35份,甲苯120份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的染色工艺,其特征在于,所述匀染剂是将配方比的各组分混匀共沸得到的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的染色工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中染液的初始温度优选为15℃。
