本发明提供一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,其步骤如下:(1)酸洗,排液;采用酸液恒温反应15min,然后加入亚氯酸钠升温加热,并保温60min,排液;(2)碱洗,排液;采用碱液与双氧水进行混合打料,然后恒温反应60min,排液;(3)双氧漂白;加入双氧水升温反应30min,然后恒温水洗循环10min,溢流19min,排液。本发明采用非次氯化工料,非荧光剂漂白,使得产品符合当今环保要求,对人体更加有益,同时缩短了工艺流程,节约能源。

一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺
技术领域
本发明属于漂白技术领域,具体涉及一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺。
背景技术
亚麻纤维是一种纯天然纤维,具有吸湿性强,散热透气性好,抗霉防蛀,无静电,无化学成分,以及独特的抑制细菌生长和高效阻隔紫外线穿透的特性。但由于亚麻纤维是以束纤维的形式存在,虽然经过前期的梳理仍有大量的果胶、木质素等非纤维素成分的存在,影响了纺纱效率,所以在纺纱前需要对纤维进行脱胶处理,以提高纤维分裂度,清洁纤维,并能够顺利地纺制纱线。
现有技术中,传统的脱胶工艺是对亚麻粗纱先进行亚氯酸钠处理再用高温双氧水漂白(90℃-100℃)。由于氧漂温度高、时间长,对纤维造成损伤大,同时由于温度高使麻纤维中的蜡质去除太多而造成纤维手感硬,不仅耗时耗电,同时也造成生产成本的上升。
中国专利号201110273595公开了名称为“亚麻短纤维脱胶漂白工艺”的专利,此专利在一般工艺的水洗步骤之前,还依次包括酸洗和亚漂两道工艺步骤,脱胶漂白效果好;但是,此专利的氧漂步骤温度需要85℃-95℃,浸泡45-55分钟,温度高、时间长,对纤维造成损伤大,没有克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
现有技术中工艺流程长,含有次氯化学残留,加工时间长,消耗能源多等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,本发明采用非次氯化工料,非荧光剂漂白,使得产品符合当今环保要求,对人体更加有益,同时缩短了工艺流程,节约能源。
一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)酸洗,排液;采用酸液恒温反应15min,然后加入亚氯酸钠升温加热,并保温60min,排液
(2)碱洗,排液;采用碱液与双氧水进行混合打料,然后恒温反应60min,排液;
(3)双氧漂白;加入双氧水升温反应30min,然后恒温水洗循环10min,溢流19min,排液。
所述步骤(1)的酸液采用硫酸,所述酸液恒温温度为30℃。
所述步骤(1)中的亚氯酸钠的使用温度为40℃。
所述步骤(1)中的硫酸与亚氯酸钠的质量比为5:4。
所述步骤(2)中的碱液为纯碱、火碱和硅酸钠的混合液,所述碱液与双氧水的配比为:双氧水∶纯碱∶火碱∶硅酸钠=12∶9∶1∶6。
所述步骤(2)中的打料温度为40℃,保温温度为60℃。
所述步骤(3)中的升温温度为85℃。
所述步骤(3)中的水洗循环温度为60℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用非次氯化工料,非荧光剂漂白,使得产品符合当今环保要求,对人体更加有益,同时缩短了工艺流程,节约能源;采用恒温酸洗后漂白,能够提供酸性低层次漂白,采用混合碱与双氧水的混合,能够进入深层次内,最后采用双氧水漂白,具有良好的持续稳定性,且采用双氧水升温循环,并水洗循环和溢流,具有良好的环保特性,节能减排,效率高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例1
一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)酸洗,排液;采用酸液恒温反应15min,然后加入亚氯酸钠升温加热,并保温60min,排液
(2)碱洗,排液;采用碱液与双氧水进行混合打料,然后恒温反应60min,排液;
(3)双氧漂白;加入双氧水升温反应30min,然后恒温水洗循环10min,溢流19min,排液。
所述步骤(1)的酸液采用硫酸,所述酸液恒温温度为30℃。
所述步骤(1)中的亚氯酸钠的使用温度为40℃。
所述步骤(1)中的硫酸与亚氯酸钠的质量比为5∶4。
所述步骤(2)中的碱液为纯碱、火碱和硅酸钠的混合液,所述碱液与双氧水的配比为:双氧水∶纯碱∶火碱∶硅酸钠=12∶9∶1∶6。
所述步骤(2)中的打料温度为40℃,保温温度为60℃。
所述步骤(3)中的升温温度为85℃。
所述步骤(3)中的水洗循环温度为60℃。
本发明采用非次氯化工料,非荧光剂漂白,使得产品符合当今环保要求,对人体更加有益,同时缩短了工艺流程,节约能源;采用恒温酸洗后漂白,能够提供酸性低层次漂白,采用混合碱与双氧水的混合,能够进入深层次内,最后采用双氧水漂白,具有良好的持续稳定性,且采用双氧水升温循环,并水洗循环和溢流,具有良好的环保特性,节能减排,效率高。

Claims (8)

1.一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)酸洗,排液;采用酸液恒温反应15min,然后加入亚氯酸钠升温加热,并保温60min,排液
(2)碱洗,排液;采用碱液与双氧水进行混合打料,然后恒温反应60min,排液;
(3)双氧漂白;加入双氧水升温反应30min,然后恒温水洗循环10min,溢流19min,排液。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的酸液采用硫酸,所述酸液恒温温度为30℃。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的亚氯酸钠的使用温度为40℃。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的硫酸与亚氯酸钠的质量比为5∶4。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保白亚麻双氧漂白工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的碱液为纯碱、火碱和硅酸钠的混合液,所述碱液与双氧水的配比为:双氧水∶纯碱∶火碱∶硅酸钠=12∶9∶1∶6。
