本发明公开了一种果蔬护色清洁剂,其由清洁粉和护色液两部分组成,其中,以丝瓜瓤粉、油茶渣提取物、黄豆粉、甜菜碱为原料制成清洁粉,以橘皮提取物、甘草提取物、魔芋甘露聚糖、紫菀提取物、椰子油、维生素C、去离子水为原料制成护色液。本发明所得果蔬护色清洁剂具有良好清洗、护色、保鲜的效果,可有效减少果蔬表面农药残留,保持果蔬色泽,延长果蔬存放时间,适用于果蔬采摘后及食品加工企业等对新鲜果蔬的清洗处理。

本发明属于日化用品领域,具体涉及一种果蔬护色清洁剂。
背景技术
果蔬的外观色泽是果蔬生命活力和健康的体现,在吸引消费者和提高市场竞争力方面有着重要作用。但传统的化学保鲜剂中所含的杀菌剂和有机溶剂对人体有一定毒害作用。同时,随着近年来人们对食品安全问题的日益关注,使得果蔬的食用安全,尤其是果蔬农药残留成为广大消费者最为关心的问题之一。因此,开发一种无化学毒害、无残留的果蔬护色清洗剂,以满足目前市场的大量需求显得十分紧迫。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种果蔬护色清洁剂,其具有良好清洗、护色、保鲜的效果,可有效减少果蔬表面农药残留,保持果蔬色泽,延长果蔬存放时间。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种果蔬护色清洁剂,由清洁粉和护色液两部分组成,其中,清洁粉中所用原料按重量份计包括:丝瓜瓤粉8-10份、油茶渣提取物5-8份、黄豆粉5-6份、甜菜碱3-5份;
护色液中所用原料按重量份计包括:橘皮提取物6-8份、甘草提取物6-8份、魔芋甘露聚糖5-8份、紫菀提取物3-5份、椰子油3-5份、维生素C 2-3份、去离子水30-40份。
所述丝瓜瓤粉是将新鲜丝瓜瓤粉碎后,于1200-1500W条件下微波处理30-50s。
所述油茶渣提取物是将油茶渣加入到其重量2-3倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取2次,每次20-30min,然后过滤,合并2次滤液,经真空干燥制得。
所述橘皮提取物是将阴干的橘皮加入到其重量2-3倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取30-50min,然后过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得。
所述甘草提取物是在甘草中加入其重量2-3倍、质量浓度为60-80%的乙醇溶液,80-90℃回流提取30-50min,过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得。
所述紫菀提取物是在紫菀中加入其重量2倍、质量浓度为60-80%的乙醇溶液,常温下振荡提取30-50min,然后过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得。
所述果蔬护色清洁剂的使用方法为:将所述清洁粉加入其重量2倍的水搅拌混匀,然后在振荡条件下,将果蔬浸于所得混合液中清洗3-5min,取出,用水反复冲洗干净,再将洗净的果蔬于护色液中浸泡20-30s后取出,通风处晾干;当清洗水果时,也可蘸取所述清洁粉在水果表面直接搓揉2-3min后,用水反复冲洗干净,再浸入护色液浸泡20-30s,然后取出,通风处晾干。
丝瓜瓤具有良好的清洁效果,常用于餐具的清洗。本发明将新鲜丝瓜瓤粉碎后进行微波处理,不仅可起到干燥的作用,更重要的是,将其于1200-1500W条件下进行短时微波处理,可使部分丝瓜瓤发生碳化,以提高其吸附性能,有效避免洗出的残留农药重新流入果蔬中,从而达到双重清洁的效果。
油茶渣中含有的茶皂素成分,不仅具有良好的清洁、杀菌作用,还具有良好湿润、乳化、发泡的功能,可与黄豆粉共同提高清洁成分在果蔬表面的附着力,达到有效去除农药残留的效果。同时,油茶渣中的茶油成分可促进脂溶性农药的溶解,进一步达到去除农药残留的目的。
护色液配方中加入魔芋甘露聚糖除可起到增稠、稳定的作用外,更重要的是,魔芋甘露聚糖可在晾干的果蔬表面形成一层保护薄膜,与紫菀提取物共同起到减少污染及抑制细菌侵染的效果;而橘皮提取物、甘草提取物、维生素C及椰子油等抗氧化成分的使用,可有效抑制果蔬表面氧化,从而起到良好的护色效果,有利于延长产品的货架期。
本发明果蔬护色清洁剂无人工合成的添加剂,绿色安全,并具有良好清洁、护色、保鲜的效果,可有效减少果蔬表面农药残留,保持果蔬色泽,延长果蔬存放时间,适用于果蔬采摘后及食品加工企业等对新鲜果蔬的清洗处理。

实施例1
一种果蔬护色清洁剂,由清洁粉和护色液两部分组成,其中,所述清洁粉是将新鲜丝瓜瓤粉碎后,于1200W条件下微波处理50s,得丝瓜瓤粉;将油茶渣加入到其重量2倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取2次,每次30min,然后过滤,合并2次滤液,经真空干燥制得油茶渣提取物;然后将8重量份丝瓜瓤粉、5重量份油茶渣提取物、5重量份黄豆粉与3重量份甜菜碱混合均匀即得;
所述护色液是将阴干的橘皮加入到其重量2倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取50min,然后过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得橘皮提取物;在甘草中加入其重量2倍、质量浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,80℃回流提取50min,过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得甘草提取物;在紫菀中加入其重量2倍、质量浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,常温下振荡提取50min,然后过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得紫菀提取物;然后将6重量份橘皮提取物、6重量份甘草提取物、5重量份魔芋甘露聚糖、3重量份紫菀提取物、2重量份维生素C与30重量份去离子水混合,再在搅拌条件下加入3重量份椰子油,搅拌混匀即得。
实施例2
一种果蔬护色清洁剂,由清洁粉和护色液两部分组成,其中,所述清洁粉是将新鲜丝瓜瓤粉碎后,于1300W条件下微波处理40s,得丝瓜瓤粉;将油茶渣加入到其重量2倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取2次,每次25min,然后过滤,合并2次滤液,经真空干燥制得油茶渣提取物;然后将9重量份丝瓜瓤粉、6重量份油茶渣提取物、6重量份黄豆粉与4重量份甜菜碱混合均匀即得;
所述护色液是将阴干的橘皮加入到其重量2倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取40min,然后过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得橘皮提取物;在甘草中加入其重量2倍、质量浓度为70%的乙醇溶液,85℃回流提取40min,过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得甘草提取物;在紫菀中加入其重量2倍、质量浓度为70%的乙醇溶液,常温下振荡提取40min,然后过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得紫菀提取物;然后将7重量份橘皮提取物、7重量份甘草提取物6重量份魔芋甘露聚糖、4重量份紫菀提取物、2重量份维生素C与35重量份去离子水混合,再在搅拌条件下加入4重量份椰子油,搅拌混匀即得。
实施例3
一种果蔬护色清洁剂,由清洁粉和护色液两部分组成,其中,所述清洁粉是将新鲜丝瓜瓤粉碎后,于1500W条件下微波处理30s,得丝瓜瓤粉;将油茶渣加入到其重量3倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取2次,每次20min,然后过滤,合并2次滤液,经真空干燥制得油茶渣提取物;然后将10重量份丝瓜瓤粉、8重量份油茶渣提取物、6重量份黄豆粉与5重量份甜菜碱混合均匀即得;
所述护色液是将阴干的橘皮加入到其重量3倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取50min,然后过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得橘皮提取物;在甘草中加入其重量3倍、质量浓度为80%的乙醇溶液,90℃回流提取30min,过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得甘草提取物;在紫菀中加入其重量2倍、质量浓度为80%的乙醇溶液,常温下振荡提取30min,然后过滤,滤液经真空回收溶剂后制得紫菀提取物;然后将8重量份橘皮提取物、8重量份甘草提取物、8重量份魔芋甘露聚糖、5重量份紫菀提取物、3重量份维生素C与40重量份去离子水混合,再在搅拌条件下加入5重量份椰子油,搅拌混匀即得。
分别以苹果、油菜为样本,按GB/T 24691-2009附录A果蔬清洗剂对残留农药清除效果的验证方法测定实施例1-3所得清洗剂对残留农药的去除率,并将处理后的样品室温放置3天,观察其保存情况,结果见表1。
果蔬的清洗方法为:将清洁粉加入其重量2倍的水搅拌混匀,然后在振荡条件下,将果蔬浸于所得混合液中清洗3-5min,取出,用水反复冲洗干净,再将洗净的果蔬于护色液中浸泡20-30s后取出,通风处晾干。
表1 不同清洗方法对果蔬的清洗效果
由表1可见,与水洗对照相比,本发明所得护色清洗剂对农药的去除率均大于93%,且样品经放置3天后无明显腐烂,说明本发明护色清洗剂具有良好清洗、护色、保鲜的效果。

护色液中所用原料按重量份计包括:橘皮提取物6-8份、甘草提取物6-8份、魔芋甘露聚糖5-8份、紫菀提取物3-5份、椰子油3-5份、维生素C 2-3份、去离子水30-40份;
所述丝瓜瓤粉是将新鲜丝瓜瓤粉碎后,于1200-1500W条件下微波处理30-50s;
所述油茶渣提取物是将油茶渣加入到其重量2-3倍的无水乙醇中,常温下振荡提取2次,每次20-30min,然后过滤,合并2次滤液,经真空干燥制得;
