在石榴树的生长过程中,因整形修剪的需要要人为地剪掉一些较粗的枝条,从而会留下较大的伤口,这些伤口若不进行妥善处理,会导致树体内营养成分的流失,病毒细菌随伤口进入树体造成病菌感染和害虫滋生等后果,影响石榴树的正常生长,从而导致石榴的产量降低、品质下降。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种高效石榴树伤口愈合剂,不但能够有效快速的促进石榴树伤口的愈合,有效驱逐和杀害伤口处的害虫,避免有害细菌和致病霉菌通过伤口对树体进行侵染,而且为树体的生长提供营养成分,提高树体细胞的生物活性,促进其健壮生长;原料中加入九水偏硅酸钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,使得愈合剂在伤口处形成一层生物膜且有效增加药物的渗透作用,增强药物的作用效果;原料中加入氨基甲酸酯、茉莉酮酸和山梨酸钠,能够有效抑制细菌和霉菌的生长,有效杀灭侵害伤口的害虫,从而有效避免树体腐烂、病害和虫害的发生;原料中加入玉米素和6-糖基氨基嘌呤,能够有效促进细胞分裂,促进愈伤组织发芽,从而加快伤口的愈合;原料中加入十水焦磷酸钠、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨基甲酸酯和焦亚硫酸钠,不但能够有效提高愈合剂的保湿性,减少水分流失,而且能够有效增强愈合剂的粘性和附着性,避免雨水冲刷造成药剂的浪费;原料中加入杀虫粉,营养成分丰富,气味穿透力强,能够为石榴树的生长提供营养物质,但对害虫有特殊的驱逐和杀灭功能,能有效降低树体的虫害率,从而提高石榴的品质。

(1)将香茅、四楞蒿和夜来香加入香茅重量13-15倍量的纯净水中,置于温度为5-7℃的条件下浸泡26-28h,大火煮沸,文火熬煮12-14min,室温冷却至温度为44-46℃,继续文火熬煮19-21min,过滤,得植物渣一和植物提取液一;将植物渣一投入转速为6900-6950r/min的粉碎机粉碎500-510s,过260-270目筛,得植物渣粉一;向植物渣粉一中加入其重量6.5-7倍量的纯净水,大火煮沸,文火熬煮23-25min,置于转速为16500-16700r/min的离心机离心780-790s,得植物渣粉二和植物提取液二;合并植物提取液一和植物提取液二,减压浓缩至无水分,投入转速为7250-7300r/min的粉碎机粉碎540-550s,过260-270目筛,得植物提取粉;将植物渣粉二投入温度为41-43℃的烘干箱烘干至无水分备用,与植物提取粉一起投入转速为140-150r/min的混合机混合搅拌880-890s,得植物粉,备用;
(2)将桉树叶、薄荷叶和西红柿叶投入转速为7850-7900r/min的粉碎机粉碎630-640s,得叶片浆;向叶片浆中加入其重量6.3-6.5倍量、质量分数为40-42%的乙醇溶液,大火煮沸,文火熬煮17-19min,过滤,得叶片渣一和叶片提取液一;向叶片渣一中加入其重量7.2-7.4倍量、质量分数为55-57%的乙醇溶液,大火煮沸,文火熬煮24-26min,过滤,得叶片渣二和叶片提取液二;合并叶片提取液一和叶片提取液二,减压浓缩至无水分,投入转速为8250-8300r/min的粉碎机粉碎500-510s,过260-270目筛,得叶片粉;
(3)将梧桐树皮、喜树皮、梓树皮和槭树皮投入温度为55-57℃的炒锅大火翻炒470-480s,升高温度至76-78℃大火翻炒470-480s,投入转速为7600-7650r/min的粉碎机粉碎550-560s,过260-270目筛,投入温度为48-50℃的炒锅文火翻炒360-370s,室温自然冷却,得树皮粉,备用;
(4)将植物粉、叶片粉和树皮粉投入转速为180-190r/min的混合机混合搅拌820-830s,得杀虫粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高效石榴树伤口愈合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体的包括以下步骤:向九水偏硅酸钠、十水焦磷酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、玉米素、6-糖基氨基嘌呤和山梨酸钠中加入九水偏硅酸钠重量650-700倍量、温度为56-58℃的水中,用转速为3300-3400r/min的搅拌器搅拌18-20min,将温度降低至43-45℃,加入氨基甲酸酯和茉莉酮酸,用转速为3000-3100r/min的搅拌器搅拌15-17min,加入杀虫粉继续搅拌20-22min,将温度降低至30-32℃,加入丙烯酸树脂、聚氨基甲酸酯和焦亚硫酸钠,用转速为4300-4400r/min的搅拌器搅拌23-25min,得伤口愈合剂。
