负离子添加剂的作用主要体现为:(1)恒久的空气负离子发生功能:空气中气体分子电离的机理,主要靠外界催离素对气体作用的结果,催离素有紫外线、放射线、光电效应等。负离子添加剂中的成分具有热电性和压电性,因此在有温度和压力变化的情况下(即使微小的变化)即能引起成分晶体之间的电势差,这静电高达100万电子伏特,从而使空气发生电离,被击中的电子附着于邻近的水和氧气分子并使它转化为空气负离子,即负氧离子。(2)较强的远红外发射功能:负离子添加剂中的成分是以含硼为特征的铝、钠、铁、锂环状结构的硅酸盐物质,类质同象发育,因其热电性和压电性,使其极性离子在平衡位置振动而引起偶极矩变化产生远红外波段的电磁辐射,若按一定比例添加到产品中(例如纤维),使其通过自身的自由离子、不纯物离子和离子性物质,杂质和二、三声子共鸣产生辐射,牵动有机与无机分子交链的离子键极性振动,形成了较强的辐射宽带,据测试负离子添加剂对远红外的发射率为90%以上。负离子添加剂的远红外性能对人体的保健及其它作用主要有以下几个方面(1)远红外可加速水分子运动,使普通水变成活性水,从而使水的渗透力、扩散力、溶解力、代谢力增强,并产生水保护膜。(2)远红外对于循环系统,可起到扩张毛细血管,增强血液循环,促进新陈代谢,增强淋巴循环的作用。(3)远红外对于细胞组织,可使细胞活化,使老死细胞排泄或赋予再生能力,可增强细胞能量,增强细胞的功能和活力等作用。(4)优良的抗菌杀菌功能:负离子添加剂中产生的负氧离子具有较高的活性,有很强的氧化还原作用,能破坏细菌的细胞膜或细胞原生质活性酶的活性,从而达到抗菌杀菌的目的。
远红外线有较强的渗透力和辐射力,具有显著的温控效应和共振效应,被人体吸收后,可使体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强其分子间的结合力,提高身体的含氧量,细胞因而能恢复活力。这种作用强度,使毛细血管扩张,改善微循环系统,促进血液循环,强化各组织的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,平衡身体的酸碱度,从而起到医疗保健的作用。
目前国内外远红外纤维产品,用于批量生产的多是合成纤维,合成纤维可用来制作运动服、风衣等秋冬防寒外用服装或窗帘、地毯、睡袋等物品,不适合做成贴身衣物。而现有普通远红外棉织品,远红外材料的有效性和持久性不能保证,并且功能单一,不具备抗菌、抗紫外线等功能,不能满足现代人对于棉纤维制品的不同需求。
在现有技术中,己有不少国外文献对保健纤维或远红外纤维或它们的混合功能纤维及其织物进行了深入的论述和探讨,具备这方面功能的纤维和织物也己进入市场,但是其产品产生的功效不持久。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺的纱线,该纱线具有纯天然、抗菌、健康、保健等功效。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:一种含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺的纱线,所述的纱线由具有负离子与远红外功能的复合纤维和麻棉丝混纺而成,其中,所述的具有负离子与远红外功能的复合纤维包括制备步骤如下:
1)混合纤维的制备
将麻纤维置于果胶酶溶液中常温浸泡15~30分钟;然后将处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡1~3小时,脱水、烘干;将制得的麻纤维以及竹纤维、羊毛纤维和天丝纤维置于丙酮中浸泡2~6小时,同时进行超声震荡处理,浸泡、洗涤后脱水烘干,制得混合纤维;
2)负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料的配制
将钛白粉、聚乙二醇加入到去离子水中,超声分散,调节溶液pH为8~9,制得钛白粉分散液;将远红外陶瓷粉料、电气石粉料和羟甲基纤维素醚置于砂磨机中进行混合制得复合粉料,所述复合粉料的粒径为10~30μm;在搅拌条件下,将复合粉料与钛白粉分散液混合,制得负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料;
3)负离子与远红外功能复合纤维的制备
将步骤1)制得的混合纤维浸扎在步骤2)制得的负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料中,浸扎后烘干即制得负离子与远红外功能复合纤维,所述纳米浆料的温度为40~60℃,浸扎时间为1~3小时,烘干温度为100~120℃。
优选的,将负离子与远红外功能复合纤维与棉麻纤维按质量比1:(1~3)混匀并捻成混合纱线。
更优选的,步骤1)中所述的果胶酶溶液的浓度为10~50g/L,所述的壳聚糖水溶液浓度为10~20g/L,所述的麻纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维与天丝纤维的质量比为(3~5):(1~3):1:(0.5~1)。
进一步地,步骤2)中所述的钛白粉、聚乙二醇与去离子水的质量体积比为1g:(3~6mL):(10~30mL),所述的远红外陶瓷粉料、电气石粉料和羟甲基纤维素醚的质量比为1:(1~3):(3~6)。特别的,步骤2)中所述的复合粉料与钛白粉分散液按质量体积比1g:5mL。
本发明的技术优点在于:
本发明所制得的纱线是由含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺而成,纱线中含有大麻纤维、负离子和远红外添加剂,使得产品具有远红外效果好、负离子健康功能、良好的天然抗菌性和抗紫外线功能等特点,用此织造衣物穿着在人身时,能够源源不断地向人体激发负离子,使人体保持精力充沛;另一方面又能不断地为人体消除体内所排出的各种体内垃圾,同时,具有这种功能服饰不会因为洗涤多的原因,而降低它的作用,满足人们对高端纺织品的需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
本发明一种含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺的纱线,该纱线由具有负离子与远红外功能的复合纤维和麻棉丝混纺而成,其中,所述的具有负离子与远红外功能的复合纤维包括制备步骤:1)混合纤维的制备;2)负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料的配制;3)负离子与远红外功能复合纤维的制备。
实施例1
1)将麻纤维置于浓度为10g/L果胶酶溶液中常温浸泡30分钟;然后将处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到浓度为20g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡1小时,脱水、烘干;将制得的麻纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维、天丝纤维按质量比3:1:1:0.5置于丙酮中浸泡,同时进行超声震荡处理,浸泡2小时,洗涤后脱水烘干;制得混合纤维。
2)按质量体积比1g:3mL:10mL分别将钛白粉、聚乙二醇加入到去离子水中,超声分散,调节溶液pH为8,制得钛白粉分散液;按质量比1:1:3分别将远红外陶瓷粉料、电气石粉料和羟甲基纤维素醚置于砂磨机中进行混合制得复合粉料,所述复合粉料的粒径约为10μm;在搅拌条件下,按质量体积比1g:5mL将复合粉料与钛白粉分散液混合,制得负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料;
3)按质量体积比1g:5mL将制得的混合纤维浸扎在制得的负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料中,纳米浆料温度40℃,浸扎3小时后在100℃下烘干,即制得负离子与远红外功能复合纤维。
4)将负离子与远红外功能复合纤维与棉麻纤维按质量比1:1混匀并捻成混合纱线。
实施例2
1)将麻纤维置于浓度为50g/L果胶酶溶液中常温浸泡15分钟;然后将处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到浓度为10g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡3小时,脱水、烘干;将制得的麻纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维、天丝纤维按质量比5:3:1:1置于丙酮中浸泡,同时进行超声震荡处理,浸泡6小时,洗涤后脱水烘干。
2)按质量体积比1g:5mL:20mL分别将钛白粉、聚乙二醇加入到去离子水中,超声分散,调节溶液pH为8,制得钛白粉分散液;按质量比1:2:5分别将远红外陶瓷粉料、电气石粉料和羟甲基纤维素醚置于砂磨机中进行混合制得复合粉料,所述复合粉料的粒径约为20μm;在搅拌条件下,按质量体积比1g:5mL将复合粉料与钛白粉分散液混合,制得负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料。
3)按质量体积比1g:5mL将制得的混合纤维浸扎在制得的负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料中,纳米浆料温度50℃,浸扎2小时后在110℃下烘干,即制得负离子与远红外功能复合纤维。
4)将负离子与远红外功能复合纤维与棉麻纤维按质量比1:3混匀并捻成混合纱线。
实施例3
1)将麻纤维置于浓度为30g/L果胶酶溶液中常温浸泡20分钟;然后将处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到浓度为15g/L的壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡2小时,脱水、烘干;将制得的麻纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维、天丝纤维按质量比4:2:1:0.5置于丙酮中浸泡,同时进行超声震荡处理,浸泡4小时,洗涤后脱水烘干。
2)按质量体积比1g:6mL:30mL分别将钛白粉、聚乙二醇加入到去离子水中,超声分散,调节溶液pH为9,制得钛白粉分散液;按质量比1:3:6分别将远红外陶瓷粉料、电气石粉料和羟甲基纤维素醚置于砂磨机中进行混合制得复合粉料,所述复合粉料的粒径约为30μm;在搅拌条件下,按质量体积比1g:5mL将复合粉料与钛白粉分散液混合,制得负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料。
3)按质量体积比1g:5mL将制得的混合纤维浸扎在制得的负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料中,纳米浆料温度60℃,浸扎1小时后在120℃下烘干,即制得负离子与远红外功能复合纤维。
4)将负离子与远红外功能复合纤维与棉麻纤维按质量比1:2混匀并捻成混合纱线。
对实施例1~3进行测定,所得纱线的远红外线发射率约80~85%,纤维动态和静态的负离子总数约2500~2800个/立方厘米。
Claims (5)
1.一种含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺的纱线,所述的纱线由具有负离子与远红外功能的复合纤维和麻棉丝混纺而成,其特征在于:所述的具有负离子与远红外功能的复合纤维包括制备步骤如下:
混合纤维的制备
将麻纤维置于果胶酶溶液中常温浸泡15~30分钟;然后将处理后的麻纤维继续浸入到壳聚糖水溶液中浸泡1~3小时,脱水、烘干;将制得的麻纤维以及竹纤维、羊毛纤维和天丝纤维置于丙酮中浸泡2~6小时,同时进行超声震荡处理,浸泡、洗涤后脱水烘干,制得混合纤维;
负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料的配制
将钛白粉、聚乙二醇加入到去离子水中,超声分散,调节溶液pH为8~9,制得钛白粉分散液;将远红外陶瓷粉料、电气石粉料和羟甲基纤维素醚置于砂磨机中进行混合制得复合粉料,所述复合粉料的粒径为10~30μm;在搅拌条件下,将复合粉料与钛白粉分散液混合,制得负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料;
负离子与远红外功能复合纤维的制备
将步骤1)制得的混合纤维浸扎在步骤2)制得的负离子与远红外功能纳米浆料中,浸扎后烘干即制得负离子与远红外功能复合纤维,所述纳米浆料的温度为40~60℃,浸扎时间为1~3小时,烘干温度为100~120℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺的纱线,其特征在于:将负离子与远红外功能复合纤维与棉麻纤维按质量比1:(1~3)混匀并捻成混合纱线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺的纱线,其特征在于:步骤1)中所述的果胶酶溶液的浓度为10~50g/L,所述的壳聚糖水溶液浓度为10~20g/L,所述的麻纤维、竹纤维、羊毛纤维与天丝纤维的质量比为(3~5):(1~3):1:(0.5~1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺的纱线,其特征在于:步骤2)中所述的钛白粉、聚乙二醇与去离子水的质量体积比为1g:(3~6mL):(10~30mL),所述的远红外陶瓷粉料、电气石粉料和羟甲基纤维素醚的质量比为1:(1~3):(3~6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有负离子与远红外功能纤维和麻棉纤维混纺的纱线,其特征在于:步骤2)中所述的复合粉料与钛白粉分散液按质量体积比1g:5mL。
