背景技术
随着工业生产的不断发展以及居民生活水平的提高,人们对于家装材在视觉和触觉上的要求也越来越高,地板作为家居装修不可或缺的材料,尤其是实木地板,具有质朴自然、绿色环保、脚感舒适的特点,应用在居室环境中显得有档次,能够体现主人的品位和个性。对于漆饰木质地板来说,漆面作为直接与人接触的部位,给人的感觉十分重要,因此,开发不同于普通漆饰效果的地板意义重大。
此外,木地板产业的技术发展已经进入到了一个瓶颈阶段,目前市面上销售的实木地板、实木复合地板、强化地板、竹地板、软木地板、地热采暖地板等地板类别,除去颜色、外形、材质、规格上有些不同外,几乎没什么大的区别,地板产品同质化已经是一个人尽皆知的事实。而且大多数中小型企业尚不具备研发创新的能力,基本上都是通过购买半成品再加工,加剧了地板产品同质化速度。因此为了适应消费的需求变化,推进地板行业与时俱进,不断创新,使企业能够在竞争激烈的市场中脱颖而出,必须从产品的新功能上着手深入,因此研发一款具有独特漆面质感,且耐磨效果优越的油漆,成为了亟待解决的课题。

5)将双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯、活性稀释剂、光引发剂、流平剂、消泡剂、分散剂、消光剂、阻聚剂、滑石剂、玻璃纤维、PP蜡和SiO2按比例搅拌混合至均匀,制得耐磨麻面地板用油漆。
本发明和已有技术相比,本发明经过创造性的劳动,改进了麻面木地板的油漆涂覆工艺以及麻面地板的配比组成,使得本发明得到的木地板独特的麻面质感,而且具有优越的耐磨性能,取得了预料不到的技术效果。进一步地,申请人优选了麻面油漆的配比及制备工艺,以及改进了双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯的制备方法,进一步地提高了产品的性能,而且经检测,本发明还具有以下性能特点:
具体实施方式
实施例1:耐磨麻面木地板,该地板的上漆工艺具体包括以下步骤:
1、对地板表面进行第一道抛光;第一道抛光由180-320目的布砂带和320-320目的布砂带两道抛光构成。
2、涂覆水性着色漆;水性着色漆可以通过市售购得,或者采用型号为FG10905M的油漆。
3、进行擦色;擦色时地板四边擦拭干净,表面擦拭均匀。
4、红外流平干燥;红外流平干燥的温度为120-130℃。
5、第一道UV干燥;优选采用全干。
6、第二道抛光;采用2道杜邦丝进行抛光。
7、涂覆附着力底漆;附着力底漆可以通过市售购得,或者采用型号为FG129116的油漆。
8、第二道UV干燥;优选采用半干。
9、涂覆UV砂光底漆;UV砂光底漆可以通过市售购得,或者采用型号为128030511的油漆。
10、第三道UV干燥;优选采用半干。

1)按质量份将双酚A型环氧树脂和对苯二酚加入到含有温度计、冷凝回流管、搅拌器的四口烧瓶中加热并搅拌,通入干燥的氮气进行保护;
2)当温度升高到85~90℃,缓缓滴加丙烯酸和季铵盐的混合物,控制反应温度100℃,滴加速度控制在1~1.5h内滴加完毕;
3)升温至115℃,反应约5.5h,至反应体系内的酸值降低至4~5mgKOH/g后终止反应;
4)冷却至70℃,加入对苯二酚,搅拌均匀得成品。

实施例5:麻面油漆的制备方法,按质量份由下列原料制得:双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯(采用实施例2-4的成品,或者市售购得)62份,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯13份,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(型号沙多玛化学公司-1173)5份,1-羟基-环乙基苯酮(型号沙多玛化学公司184)2份,聚硅氧烷(型号德谦488)0.1份,聚硅氧烷(德谦5300)0.2份,低分子不饱和羧酸聚合物(毕克BYKP-105)0.5份,微粉化改性PP蜡(德谦11MW-611)4份,水合硅酸镁3份,玻璃纤维5份,PP蜡(即聚丙烯蜡)4份,SiO2(即二氧化硅)1份。
制备方法:将双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、1-羟基-环乙基苯酮、聚硅氧烷(型号德谦488、聚硅氧烷德谦5300、低分子不饱和羧酸聚合物、微粉化改性PP蜡、水合硅酸镁、玻璃纤维、PP蜡和SiO2按比例搅拌混合至均匀,制得麻面油漆。
实施例6:麻面油漆的制备方法,按质量份由下列原料制得:双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯70份,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯18份,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(型号沙多玛化学公司-1173)10份,聚硅氧烷(型号德谦488)0.05份,聚硅氧烷(德谦5300)0.5份,低分子不饱和羧酸聚合物(毕克BYKP-105)0.8份,微粉化改性PP蜡(德谦11MW-611)8份,水合硅酸镁2份,玻璃纤维9份,PP蜡(即聚丙烯蜡)8份,SiO2(即二氧化硅)1.3份。
制备方法:将双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、1-羟基-环乙基苯酮、聚硅氧烷(型号德谦488、聚硅氧烷德谦5300、低分子不饱和羧酸聚合物、微粉化改性PP蜡、水合硅酸镁、玻璃纤维、PP蜡和SiO2按比例搅拌混合至均匀,制得麻面油漆。
实施例7:麻面油漆的制备方法,按质量份由下列原料制得:双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯55份,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯18份,1-羟基-环乙基苯酮5份,聚硅氧烷(型号德谦488)0.15份,聚硅氧烷(德谦5300)0.3份,低分子不饱和羧酸聚合物(毕克BYKP-105)0.2份,微粉化改性PP蜡(德谦11MW-611)1份,水合硅酸镁5份,玻璃纤维1份,PP蜡(即聚丙烯蜡)9份,SiO2(即二氧化硅)0.6份。
制备方法:将双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、1-羟基-环乙基苯酮、聚硅氧烷(型号德谦488、聚硅氧烷德谦5300、低分子不饱和羧酸聚合物、微粉化改性PP蜡、水合硅酸镁、玻璃纤维、PP蜡和SiO2按比例搅拌混合至均匀,制得麻面油漆。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐磨麻面木地板,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)、对地板表面进行第一道抛光;
(2)、涂覆水性着色漆;
(3)、进行擦色;
(4)、红外流平干燥;
(5)、第一道UV干燥;
(6)、第二道抛光;
(7)、涂覆附着力底漆;
(8)、第二道UV干燥;
(9)、涂覆UV砂光底漆;
(10)、第三道UV干燥;
(11)、第一道砂光;
(12)、第二道底漆;
(13)、第三道UV干燥;
(14)、第二道砂光;
(15)、涂覆背漆;
(16)、涂覆第三道底漆;
(17)、第五道UV干燥;
(18)、第三道砂光;
(19)、涂覆耐磨底漆;
(20)、第六道UV干燥;
(21)、涂覆抗刮底漆;
(22)、第七道UV干燥;
(23)、第三道抛光;
(24)、涂覆麻面油漆;所述的麻面油漆按质量份由下列原料制成:
(25)、第八道UV干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨麻面木地板,其特征在于:步骤1中,第一道抛光由180-320目的布砂带和320-320目的布砂带两道抛光构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨麻面木地板,其特征在于:步骤4中,红外流平干燥的温度为120-130℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨麻面木地板,其特征在于:所述的第一道砂光、第二道砂光、第三道砂光和第三道抛光采用320目的纸砂带。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨麻面木地板,其特征在于:所述的麻面油漆按质量份由下列原料制成:

8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的耐磨麻面木地板,其特征在于:所述的活性稀释剂为三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯;所述的光引发剂包括5份2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮和2份1-羟基-环乙基苯酮;所述的流平剂为聚硅氧烷;所述的消泡剂为聚硅氧烷;所述的分散剂为低分子不饱和羧酸聚合物;所述的消光剂为微粉化改性PP蜡;所述的阻聚剂为对苯二酚;所述的滑石粉为水合硅酸。
9.根据权利要求5-9任一项所述的耐磨麻面木地板,其特征在于:所述的麻面油漆的制备方法:
1)按质量份将双酚A型环氧树脂和阻聚剂加入到四口烧瓶中加热并搅拌,通入干燥的氮气进行保护;
2)当温度升高到85~90℃,缓缓滴加丙烯酸和季铵盐的混合物,控制反应温度100℃,滴加速度控制在1~1.5h内滴加完毕;
3)升温至115℃,反应约5.5h,至反应体系内的酸值降低至4~5mgKOH/g后终止反应;
4)冷却至70℃,加入阻聚剂,搅拌均匀得到双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯;
5)将双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯、活性稀释剂、光引发剂、流平剂、消泡剂、分散剂、消光剂、阻聚剂、滑石剂、玻璃纤维、PP蜡和SiO2按比例搅拌混合至均匀,制得耐磨麻面地板用油漆。
