Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料及其生产方法,其特征在于由下列组分组成:水性UV树脂,消泡剂,消光剂,增稠剂,助溶剂,光引发剂,润湿剂,水性纳米蜡乳液,pH调节剂,水,所述的光引发剂由下列组分组成:异丙醇,羟基环己基苯基甲酮(184),二苯甲酮(BP),三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(TPO),本发明的低固含低光水性UV木器涂料有如下优点:低VOC,几乎无味,用水稀释,紫外光固化,效率高,固含低,适合于开放效果涂装;光泽低,得到的漆膜效果自然。涂膜除了有很好的物化性能外,还有极好的抗划伤性和硬度。

Description

一种用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料及其涂装工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料及其生产方法,特指一种使用脂肪族不饱和聚氨酯水性分散体在紫外光固化条件下的水性木器涂料及其生产方法。
背景技术
UV及水性木器涂料是涂料发展的一个重要趋势,但是,传统的油性UV在应用时存在着局限性:首先一般的UV涂料都是百分百固含,很难制得很薄的漆膜,不能满足家具厂一些开放效果的涂装需求;其实油性UV一般只适合于辊涂,淋涂等,很难用于喷涂,这样对涂装的工件特别有局限性,对于一些异形件很难涂装;另外油性UV产品一般都通过快速紫外光固化,哑粉不能充分的排布消光,油性UV产品一般能难制得低光泽的涂装产品。对于传统UV的这些缺点,水性UV都能很好的弥补,水性UV涂料以水为溶剂,能制得低固含,不同粘度的产品,而且其光泽可以降到很低的程度,特别适合于低光开放效果的涂装。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中油性UV涂料在涂装上所存在的上述问题,提供一种用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料及其生产方法。本发明设计用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料,其特征在于由下列组分及重量百分比组成:
水性UV树脂          60%~70%,
消泡剂               0.1%~1.0%,
消光剂                2~3%,
增稠剂                0.1%~1.0%,
助溶剂               1%~5%,
光引发剂              8.0%~10%,
润湿剂                0.1%~0.5%,
水性纳米蜡乳液        1%~5%,
PH调节剂             0.1%~0.3%,
水                    10%~15%,
上述各个组分的百分比之和为100%;
所述的光引发剂,下列组分及重量百分比组成:
异丙醇                            80%~85%,
羟基环己基苯基甲酮(184)         6.0%~8.0%,
二苯甲酮(BP)                    6.0%~8.0%,
三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(TPO) 1.5%~4%,
上述各个组分的百分比之和为100%。
所说的水性UV树脂是含双键的水性聚氨酯分散体或含双键的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸共聚物。所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述消光剂为气相二氧化硅类型,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或两种,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酯类溶剂,所述润湿剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述乙组分(光引发剂)主要成分为二苯甲酮、羟基环己基苯基甲酮、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦,所述水性纳米蜡乳液为氧化聚乙烯纳米蜡乳液,所述pH值调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。制备所述的用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(1)制备乙组分,将乙组分各成分加入一容器中,搅拌直至粉体完全溶解,混合液呈透明状;(2)在另一容器中加入水性UV树脂,并在搅拌状态下加入消光剂和增稠剂,并高速搅拌分散;(3)然后加乙组分(光引发剂)、润湿剂、水性纳米蜡乳液和pH调节剂,搅拌分散,最后用增稠剂和水调整黏度至40〞~50〞(T-4杯)/25℃即获得产品。本发明的低固含低光水性UV木器涂料有如下优点:低VOC,几乎无味,用水稀释,紫外光固化,效率高,固含低,适合于开放效果涂装;光泽低,得到的漆膜效果自然。涂膜除了有很好的物化性能外,还有极好的抗划伤性和硬度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取水性UV树脂60千克,消泡剂1.0千克,消光剂3千克,增稠剂1千克,助溶剂5千克,光引发剂 10千克,润湿剂0.5千克,水性纳米蜡乳液5千克,PH调节剂0.3千克,水14.2千克,其中光引发剂取异丙醇8千克,羟基环己基苯基甲酮(184)0.8千克,二苯甲酮(BP)0.8千克,三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(TPO)0.4千克,共10千克。
先制备光引发剂,将光引发剂的各成分加入一容器中,搅拌直至粉体完全溶解,混合液呈透明状;然后在另一容器中加入水性UV树脂,并在搅拌状态下加入消光剂和增稠剂,并高速搅拌分散;最后加光引发剂、润湿剂、水性纳米蜡乳液和pH调节剂,搅拌分散,最后用增稠剂和水调整黏度至40〞~50〞(T-4杯)/25℃即获得产品。
实施例2
取水性UV树脂65千克,消泡剂1.0千克,消光剂3千克,增稠剂1千克,助溶剂5千克,光引发剂 8千克,润湿剂0.5千克,水性纳米蜡乳液5千克,PH调节剂0.3千克,水11.2千克,其中光引发剂取异丙醇6.4千克,羟基环己基苯基甲酮(184)0.64千克,二苯甲酮(BP)0. 64千克,三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(TPO)0.32千克,共8千克。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
取水性UV树脂70千克,消泡剂0.1千克,消光剂2千克,增稠剂0.1千克,助溶剂1千克,光引发剂 9千克,润湿剂0.5千克,水性纳米蜡乳液5千克,PH调节剂0.3千克,水12千克,其中光引发剂取异丙醇7.65千克,羟基环己基苯基甲酮(184)0.54千克,二苯甲酮(BP)0. 54千克,三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(TPO)0.27千克,共9千克。
制备方法同实施例1。
所说水性不饱和树脂是含双键的水性聚氨酯分散体或含双键的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸共聚物,其主要作用是在光引发剂产生的自由基作用下发生自由基聚合反应,重量固含30%~40%,可采用拜耳的脂肪族聚氨酯分散体2282;
所述消泡剂优选聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,可采用TEGO公司的牌号为TEGO902W的产品;
所述消光剂优选无表面的不定型气相二氧化硅,其消光效率高,对漆膜透明度影响小。特选定德固赛的牌号为TS100的产品;
所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或两种,其化学组分大致为缔合型聚氨酯,可采用德国明凌公司的PU40;
所述光引发剂是将三种不同类型光引发剂二苯甲酮、羟基环己基苯基甲酮、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦以合适的比例溶于异丙醇溶剂中,这些引发剂搭配充分考虑了表层,深层的固化能力;将这些引发剂溶于醇用于水性体系,既考虑了环保性,又考虑到引发剂的效率和成本。
所述润湿剂优选聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,可采用TEGO公司的牌号为TEGO245的产品;所说的消泡剂和润湿剂均为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,但是,其中的不同之处在于,前者亲水性要差,后者亲水性要好;
所述水性纳米蜡乳液,以改善涂膜的手感,如抚顺文爱公司的5001氧化聚乙烯纳米蜡乳液;
所述pH值调节剂,pH值调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇,如美国安格斯公司的AMP-95;
本发明的使用方法是刷涂或喷涂。
本发明的低固含低光水性UV木器涂料有如下优点:低VOC,几乎无味,用水稀释,紫外光固化,效率高,固含低,适合于开放效果涂装;光泽低,得到的漆膜效果自然。涂膜除了有很好的物化性能外,还有极好的抗划伤性和硬度。
检测结果如下:

制板工艺:施工方式:手工喷涂
干燥条件:喷涂后再50℃红外流平机上15分钟,再进行UV光固化,光固化能量300-350mj/cm2
根据《GB 24410-2009 室内装饰装修材料 水性木器涂料中有害物质限量》和《Q/TOLD 30-2011水性紫外光(UV)固化木器涂料》检测,实际检测数值如下:

Claims (4)

1.用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料,其特征在于由下列组分及重量百分比组成:
水性UV树脂          60%~70%,
消泡剂               0.1%~1.0%,
消光剂                2~3%,
增稠剂                0.1%~1.0%,
助溶剂               1%~5%,
光引发剂              8.0%~10%,
润湿剂                0.1%~0.5%,
水性纳米蜡乳液        1%~5%,
PH调节剂             0.1%~0.3%,
水                    10%~15%,
上述各个组分的百分比之和为100%;
所述的光引发剂,下列组分及重量百分比组成:
异丙醇                            80%~85%,
羟基环己基苯基甲酮(184)         6.0%~8.0%,
二苯甲酮(BP)                    6.0%~8.0%,
三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦(TPO) 1.5%~4%,
上述各个组分的百分比之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料,其特征在于,所说的水性UV树脂是含双键的水性聚氨酯分散体或含双键的水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述消光剂为气相二氧化硅类型,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或两种,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酯类溶剂,所述润湿剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述乙组分(光引发剂)主要成分为二苯甲酮、羟基环己基苯基甲酮、三甲基苯甲酰基二苯基氧化膦,所述水性纳米蜡乳液为氧化聚乙烯纳米蜡乳液,所述pH值调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
4.制备权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于木器开放效果涂装的低光水性紫外光固化(UV)涂料的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备乙组分,将乙组分各成分加入一容器中,搅拌直至粉体完全溶解,混合液呈透明状;
(2)在另一容器中加入水性UV树脂,并在搅拌状态下加入消光剂和增稠剂,并高速搅拌分散;
(3)然后加乙组分(光引发剂)、润湿剂、水性纳米蜡乳液和pH调节剂,搅拌分散,最后用增稠剂和水调整黏度至40〞~50〞(T-4杯)/25℃即获得产品。
