Abstract

本发明公开一种固体阳离子醚化剂均衡压滤、洗涤、干燥一体反应釜,通过压滤、洗涤、干燥一体化设置,解决了目前对固体阳离子醚化剂生产过程繁琐,人工劳力大,颗粒状固体阳离子醚化剂贴壁即化的问题。且操作简便、减少了劳动成本、提高了生产效率,生产出均匀颗粒状、高纯度、高品质的固体阳离子醚化剂。

一、技术领域
本发明设计精细化工,具体的说是一种固体阳离子醚化剂均衡压滤、洗涤、干燥一体反应釜。
二、背景技术
固体阳离子醚化剂(简称EPTAC)是一种多功能精细化工产品,它可以和多种物质如淀粉、纤维素、瓜尔胶、聚丙烯酰胺等反应生产多种产品,广泛应用于造纸工业、日用化学工业、石油工业和水处理工业等领域。在其生产过程中,为了得到均匀颗粒状、高纯度的固体阳离子醚化剂,需要对其进行压滤、洗涤、干燥。目前是对其分开处理,过程繁琐,人工劳力大,效率低;且应用的压滤机采用夹套组合,易使颗粒状固体阳离子醚化剂铁壁溶化,压滤效果差。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种固体阳离子醚化剂均衡压滤、洗涤、干燥一体反应釜,本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种固体阳离子醚化剂均衡压滤、洗涤、干燥一体反应釜,包括反应釜、进料口、出料口、排液渣口、旋转轴、旋转轴承、旋转齿轮、滤网、蒸汽盘管、氯气盘管,二相旋转接头、三相旋转接头、蒸汽进口、蒸汽出口、氯气进口、氯气出口、真空泵,进气口和出气口,其特征是在由顶部设置有出料口和底部设置有排液渣口的反应釜内部,釜体一侧设置进料口,中下部设置覆盖釜体横断面的水平滤网,滤网下方设置与之平行布排的氯气盘管和蒸汽盘管;在滤网和氯气盘管之间位置的釜体外面两侧设置架设在旋转轴上的旋转轴,一侧旋转轴上设置改变角度的旋转齿轮、启动反应釜,旋转轴内设计为套叠的中空管,分别与两端的两相旋转接头和三相旋转接头连接,形成任何角度都分别贯通的蒸汽进口管路、蒸汽出口管路、氯气进口管路、氮气出口管路和真空泵连接的进气口、出气口管路。
所述的固体阳离子醚化剂均衡压滤、洗涤、干燥一体反应釜,氮气盘管一面上设置有均匀、密麻的细孔。
所述的固体阳离子醚化剂均衡压滤、洗涤、干燥一体反应釜,排液渣口可作为维修人员的进出口,便于维修人员进入维修、清洗设备。
本发明一种固体阳离子醚化剂压滤、洗涤、干燥复合式反应釜与现有技术相比,将化合合成的固体阳离子醚化剂半成品,通过压滤、洗涤、干燥一体化反应釜完成产品的全部后整理工序,具有操作易控、简单、较少了劳动成本、效率高、安全、环保、与前后工序连续进行等显著特征特点,此外还具有以下诸多显著优点:
1、滤网水平覆盖反应釜横断面及与之水平布排的蒸汽盘管和氯气排管,特点是在反应釜倾斜和晃动中各管线畅通、功能不变,使布料、压滤、洗涤、干燥过程的气流和热能弥漫更均匀,无死角、效果更好,使成品的颗粒维持和形成中不会粘连、破碎。不但使产品杂质含量更低,理化性质更优、更稳定,且能保证其品相更完美。
2、解决了目前压滤机固体阳离子醚化剂贴壁即化的问题,生产出均匀颗粒状、高纯度、高品质的固体阳离子醚化剂。

五、具体实施方式
本发明的技术方案在山东省东营市山东国丰君达化工科技股份有限公司新建二号线中实施;
具体实施方式如下,摩尔比为1:4的三甲胺、环氧氯丙烷通过称重后在合成反应釜中化合生成初级固体阳离子醚化剂;
打料:在打入初级固体阳离子醚化剂之前,调节旋转齿轮6,通过旋转轴承5、旋转轴4,使反应釜1呈垂直状态,检查设备是否正常。开启真空泵16,调节三相旋转接头11,通过抽气口17、出气口18,抽真空15分钟,负压大于0.07MPa,打开进料口19,打入初级固体阳离子醚化剂置于过滤网7上方;
压滤:在氮气入口14处连接好干燥氮气管,调节三相旋转接头11,通过氮气入口14鼓入氮气,待反应釜1内压力为0.08MPa时,调节两相旋转接头10,通过蒸汽进口12鼓入蒸汽;氮气通过氮气盘管9下的气孔排出,气体通过蒸汽盘管8,通过过滤网7进行压滤;通过蒸汽出口13、氮气出口15进行排气调压,保持反应釜1内为微正压,开启排液渣口3,进行压滤,持续30-40分钟;
干燥:打开真空阀、微开干空阀,开始干燥,同时反复排放液渣,干燥2小时之后,加大干燥空气的进量,同时调节反应釜1内压力不超过0.05MPa,吹干半小时;
洗涤:调节反应釜1内压力大于0.05MPa,开启进料口19,打入甲醚,搅拌时间10-15分钟后,调节旋转齿轮6,通过旋转轴承5、旋转轴4,调节反应釜1为垂直状态,开启排液渣口3排放洗涤液,同样方法洗涤三遍;
干燥:调整反应釜1,开启真空泵16,开启干空气阀,调压为0.02MPa以下,进行干燥,时间3-4小时。
下料:装备好自动包装机,调节旋转齿轮6,通过旋转轴承5、旋转轴4,使反应釜1单向旋转180°,在出料口2处接好管线装袋。

2.根据权利要求1所述的固体阳离子醚化剂均衡压滤、洗涤、干燥一体反应釜,氮气盘管一面上设置有均匀、密麻的细孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固体阳离子醚化剂均衡压滤、洗涤、干燥一体反应釜,排液渣口可作为维修人员的进出口,便于维修人员进入维修、清洗设备。
