技术领域
本发明涉及车桥的车轮轴承装置,其带有包含至少两个滚动体列的、用于支承能由驱动元件驱动的或不被驱动的轮毂的车轮轴承。
背景技术
用于车辆车轮的车轮轴承装置包括旋转的轮毂,该轮毂将车轮轴承与车辆车轮以及制动盘连接,并且在车轮被驱动时额外与例如实施为铰链罩的驱动元件连接。车轮轴承还通过位置固定地定位的外圈与行走机构的轮架连接。车轮轴承在轮毂上的固定尤其借助轮毂容纳部的在末端的滚压铆接卷边实现。

用于持久地固定车轮轴承内圈的滚压铆接卷边使得能够提供如下的车轮轴承装置,它们在制造厂中就已经被预紧并在车辆用户那里能直接安装在轮架上。因此避免了可能引起故障的对车轮轴承的安装,例如其中预紧力没有被正确地调整。因为车轮轴承的预紧力对使用寿命而言是决定性的,所以滚动轴承制造商可以通过滚压铆接卷边或铆接装置控制且最佳地调整预紧力以及因此为产品提供广泛的保障。

发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供用于能简单地制造的车轮轴承装置的一种灵活的、优化结构空间的设计的构思,用该构思还能实现更佳的构件刚性。
按照本发明,车轮轴承装置的内圈在径向呈阶梯式地实施,该内圈在此具有两个彼此不同的内直径。在装配的状态下,内圈与轮毂的和内圈的内轮廓互补地构造的容纳部装配,并且在端侧被轮毂的滚压铆接卷边位置固定。
内圈的按本发明的带有局部在内侧加厚的设计方案促成了对内圈的有利的明显的加固,其因此有效地提供了防止在滚动铆接时不利的扩开。
通过缩短的内圈同时也减小了沿轮毂轴向方向的所需的结构空间。因此按本发明的构思实现了车轮轴承装置自身在预定滚动铆接直径或轮毂的端侧的齿部的齿部直径情况下的一种灵活的、优化结构空间的设计方案。通过内圈在最小的钻孔直径范围内的径向的加固,可以在内圈的外径的区域中取消材料。因此带来的额外的结构空间可以被用于优化周边结构,例如优化车轮轴承的密封件。

Claims (7)

1.车桥的车轮轴承装置,所述车轮轴承装置带有包含至少两个滚动体列的、用于支承能通过驱动元件驱动的或未被驱动的轮毂(30)的车轮轴承(22),其中,车轮轴承(22)的滚动体(23)在位置固定的外圈(25)的滚道(24、26)和旋转的轮毂(30)以及配属于所述轮毂(30)的单独的内圈(27a至27d)中受导引,且所述驱动元件经由齿部与所述轮毂(30)处于作用连接,其特征在于,所述内圈(27a至27d)带有在径向呈阶梯式的、具有两个彼此不同的内直径(D1、D2)的内轮廓(28),所述内轮廓装配到轮毂(30)的互补地设计的容纳部(29)中并且还在端侧由所述轮毂(30)的滚压铆接卷边(31)位置固定,所述内圈(27a至27d)在装配状态下以最小的内直径(D2)朝着所述滚压铆接卷边(31)取向地装配。
2.按权利要求1所述的车轮轴承装置,其特征在于,内圈(27d)形成搭接所述滚压铆接卷边(31)的且在轴向突出的、与密封件配合作用的凸缘(40)。
3.按权利要求2所述的车轮轴承装置,其特征在于,在外圈(25)与内圈(27d)的轴向突出的凸缘(40)之间设有盒式密封装置(42)作为密封件。
4.按权利要求1所述的车轮轴承装置,其特征在于,内圈(27b)的沿径向取向的壁(33)向外圈(25)的内壁(35)导引直至环形间隙(34)。
5.按权利要求1所述的车轮轴承装置,其特征在于,在外圈(25)上固定有盘形设计的遮盖元件(38),所述遮盖元件搭接或遮盖所述轮毂(30)的滚压铆接卷边(31)。
6.按权利要求5所述的车轮轴承装置,其特征在于,遮盖元件(38)具有用于传感器(37)的容纳部(39),所述传感器与布置在内圈(27b、27c)上的编码器(36)配合作用,所述传感器和编码器共同地为用于测量车轮轴承(22)的转动运动的装置的一部分。
7.按权利要求1所述的车轮轴承装置,其特征在于,所述轮毂(30)经由形状锁合的正齿部(32)或内齿部与所述驱动元件连接。
