Abstract

本发明公开一种应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁。所有机组的水冷壁结构均为钢管和扁钢焊接组成。该结构在制造过程中需要进行大量的焊接工序、探伤力度以及制造成品,同时,由于管子和扁钢的焊接还会出现焊接缺陷主。一种应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁要包括新型翅片管结构部分,翅片管之间通过焊接进行连接。本发明的目的在于新型翅片管代替钢管+扁钢常规结构应用在超超临界机组锅炉的水冷壁中,翅片管材质为:15CrMoG、12Cr1MoVG、T23、T24、T91、T92、T93以及镍基合金。本发明用翅片管结构来制造水冷壁管屏,可以降低了焊接工序、探伤数量和提高产品的安全性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁。
背景技术:
水冷壁是锅炉的主要受热部分,它由数排钢管组成,分布于锅炉炉膛的四周。它的内部为流动的水或蒸汽,外界接受锅炉炉膛的火焰的热量。目前,所有机组的水冷壁结构均为钢管和扁钢焊接组成。该结构在制造过程中需要进行大量的焊接工序、探伤力度以及制造成品。同时,由于管子和扁钢的焊接还会出现焊接缺陷。
基于上述背景条件,发明出了一种新型翅片管,将翅片管应用于超(超)临界机组锅炉的水冷壁中。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁,包括翅片管,所述的水冷壁直接采用翅片管之间焊接组成。
所述的应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁,所述的翅片管材质为 15CrMoG 12Cr1MoVG T23 T24 T91 T92 T93 以及镍基合金。
所述的应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁,所述的翅片管之间焊接方式采用纵向焊缝进行连接。
有益效果:
1. 本发明为了减少超(超)临界机组锅炉水冷壁的焊接数量,降低锅炉制造成品,保证产品可靠性。本发明用翅片管代替传统管子加扁钢结构来制造水冷壁管屏,该结构大大降低了焊接工序和探伤数量。同时,整体翅片管结构大大提高了产品的安全性。

实施例 1
一种应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁,包括翅片管,所述的水冷壁直接采用翅片管之间焊接组成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁,其特征在于:所述的翅片管材质为15CrMoG、12Cr1MoVG、T23、T24、T91、T92、T93以及镍基合金。
3.根据权利要求2所述的应用于超超临界机组锅炉新型翅片管水冷壁,其特征在于:所述的翅片管之间焊接方式采用纵向焊缝进行连接。
