Claims (3)
- 다수개의 튜브(111)가 용접 결합된 튜브유닛(110)을 다수 준비하는 튜브유닛 준비단계(S110)와;용접을 위해 상기 튜브유닛(S110)들을 인접 배치하는 인접 배치단계(S120)와;상기 튜브유닛(110)의 튜브들(111) 중 서로 인접 배치되어 용접될 튜브들(111a,111b) 내부로 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각수 공급단계(S130); 및상기 냉각수가 공급되는 상태에서 상기 인접하는 튜브들(111a,111b) 사이를 용접하는 용접단계(S140)를 포함하는 보일러 튜브 조립체의 용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브유닛 준비단계(S110)는다수개의 튜브(111)를 준비하는 단계(S111)와,상기 다수의 튜브(111)를 인접 배치하는 단계(S112)와,인접 배치되어 용접될 튜브들(111c,111d) 내부로 냉각수를 공급하는 단계(S113)와,상기 냉각수가 공급되는 상태에서 상기 인접하는 튜브들(111c,111d) 사이를 용접하여 결합하는 단계(S114)를 포함하는 보일러 튜브 조립체의 용접방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 튜브유닛(110)의 튜브들(111) 사이에는 상기 튜브들(111)을 연결하는 다수의 핀(120)이 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러 튜브 조립체의 용접방법.
