Abstract

本发明涉及单向离合器轴承。外圈和内圈在轴向上分为滚动体安装段和滚针安装段,在滚动体安装段的外圈内壁和内圈外壁上设有滚道,若干个滚动体设置在外圈和内圈上的滚道内,滚动体保持架将若干个滚动体均匀分隔开;若干组滚针组设置在滚针安装段的外圈内壁和内圈外壁之间,滚针保持架将若干组滚针组均匀分隔开;每个滚针组均包括第一滚针和第二滚针,第一滚针和第二滚针装在滚针保持架上的保持槽内,第一滚针和第二滚针的中心连线与内圈接触压力方向有一个压力角;第一滚针位于保持槽径向内端,第一滚针与内圈外壁接触,第二滚针位于保持槽径向外端,第二滚针与外圈内壁接触。本发明结构简单紧凑,加工工艺性好,精度高,产品质量有保证。

Description

单向离合器轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种单向离合器轴承。
背景技术
单向离合器轴承是轴承的一个种类,其特点是有单向转动逆向止动的功能,被广泛应用于洗衣机的单向离合器、汽车的单向离合器以及电动自动车的单向离合器。目前国内外的单向离合器轴承实现单向功能的基本原理主要有以下几种方案:一种结构如图1所示,该单向离合器轴承的内外圈滚道是圆,中间的止动是靠外形成抛物线形状的挚子;另一种结构如图2所示,该单向离合器轴承的内圈和滚动体外圆是圆形,外圈滚道是多契形;还有一种结构如图3所示,其外圈滚道和滚动体外径是圆形,内圈滚道做成多契形,其实现单向的原理是靠内圈滚道上的契形部位来实现止动的,这个奇形怪状的特点给生产工艺带来了很大的困难。综上所述,在上述几种结构中,无论是在内圈或外圈上设置多契槽,还是将滚动体做成抛物线状,其加工工艺都很复杂,而且精度差,产品质量不能保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种单向离合器轴承,其结构简单紧凑,加工工艺性好,加工精度高,产品质量有可靠保证,是一个原创性的设计方案。
按照本发明提供的技术方案:单向离合器轴承,包括外圈、内圈和设置在二者之间的滚动支承结构,其特征在于:所述滚动支承结构包括滚动体、滚动体保持架、滚针保持架和滚针组,所述外圈和内圈在轴向上分为滚动体安装段和滚针安装段,在滚动体安装段的外圈内壁和内圈外壁上设有滚道,若干个滚动体设置在外圈和内圈上的滚道内,所述滚动体保持架将若干个滚动体均匀分隔开;若干组滚针组设置在滚针安装段的外圈内壁和内圈外壁之间,所述滚针保持架将若干组滚针组均匀分隔开;每个滚针组均包括第一滚针和第二滚针,所述第一滚针和第二滚针装在滚针保持架上的保持槽内,所述保持槽的走向是由径向内端向径向外端逐渐向顺时针方向倾斜,所述第一滚针和第二滚针的外径之和大于滚针安装段的外圈内壁与内圈外壁间的径向距离,第一滚针和第二滚针的中心连线与内圈接触压力方向有一个压力角;所述第一滚针位于保持槽径向内端,第一滚针与内圈外壁接触,第一滚针外径与保持槽径向内端的宽度匹配;所述第二滚针位于保持槽径向外端,第二滚针与外圈内壁接触,第二滚针外径小于保持槽径向外端的宽度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述滚针组还包括弹簧,所述弹簧设置在第二滚针顺时针方向的一侧,弹簧与第二滚针外表面接触。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹簧采用U形弹簧,所述滚针保持架上的保持槽内设有U形槽口,所述U形弹簧对应装配在所述U形槽口内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述U形弹簧与第二滚针外表面接触的一面设为凹弧形面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,内圈外壁上位于滚动体安装段和滚针安装段之间的部位设有定位槽,所述滚针保持架内端设有定位台,所述定位台与所述定位槽对应嵌配合,所述滚针保持架外端的外径大于外圈内孔的内径,滚针保持架外端内侧面与外圈端面配合。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述内圈内孔壁和/或外圈外周壁上开设有用于传递力矩的键槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二滚针外表面与保持槽逆时针一侧的侧面之间在轴承不工作时留有间隙。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述滚动体为钢球或滚柱。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述滚针保持架外侧设有防尘圈。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
1)、本发明结构简单紧凑,加工工艺性好,加工精度高,产品质量有可靠保证,是一个原创性的设计方案。
2)、本发明适用范围广泛,可用于汽车单向离合器、电动车单向离合器、洗衣机单向离合器等领域。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
如图4~图6所示,实施例中的单向离合器轴承主要由外圈1、内圈2和设置在二者之间的滚动支承结构组成,所述滚动支承结构主要由滚动体3、滚动体保持架4、滚针保持架5和滚针组组成。
如图4~图6所示,所述外圈1和内圈2在轴向上分为滚动体安装段a和滚针安装段b,在滚动体安装段a的外圈1内壁和内圈2外壁上设有滚道,若干个滚动体3设置在外圈1和内圈2上的滚道内,所述滚动体保持架4将若干个滚动体3均匀分隔开。
如图4~图6所示,若干组滚针组设置在滚针安装段b的外圈1内壁和内圈2外壁之间,所述滚针保持架5将若干组滚针组均匀分隔开;每个滚针组均包括第一滚针6和第二滚针7,所述第一滚针6和第二滚针7装在滚针保持架5上的保持槽5a内,所述保持槽5a的走向是由径向内端向径向外端逐渐向顺时针方向倾斜,所述第一滚针6和第二滚针7的外径之和大于滚针安装段b的外圈1内壁与内圈2外壁间的径向距离,第一滚针6和第二滚针7的中心连线与内圈2接触压力方向有一个压力角α;所述第一滚针6位于保持槽5a径向内端,第一滚针6与内圈2外壁接触,第一滚针6外径与保持槽5a径向内端的宽度匹配;所述第二滚针7位于保持槽5a径向外端,第二滚针7与外圈1内壁接触,第二滚针7外径小于保持槽5a径向外端的宽度。
工作时,当内圈2静止、外圈1顺时针方向旋转时,压力角α增大,第一滚针6与内圈2外壁的接触压力N1、第二滚针7与外圈1内壁的接触压力N2为零,轴承可灵活转动。当逆向旋转时,压力角α减小,这时第一滚针6与内圈2外壁的接触压力N1、第二滚针7与外圈1内壁的接触压力N2逐渐增大,形成止动力矩;这就是实现单向止动的关键技术。
如图4~图6所示,本实施例中,所述滚针组还包括弹簧8,所述弹簧8设置在第二滚针7顺时针方向的一侧,弹簧8与第二滚针7外表面接触。所述弹簧8的功能是让第二滚针7有足够的保证系数,当外圈1顺时针旋转时,第一滚针6和第二滚针7可能松开;当外圈1逆时针旋转时,在弹簧8作用下,能保证第一滚针6和第二滚针7a0%的进入工作状态。
所述弹簧8优选采用U形弹簧8,所述滚针保持架5上的保持槽5a内设有U形槽口,所述U形弹簧8对应装配在所述U形槽口内。并且所述U形弹簧8与第二滚针7外表面接触的一面优选设为凹弧形面。
如图5所示,本实施例中,所述内圈2外壁上位于滚动体安装段a和滚针安装段b之间的部位设有定位槽c,所述滚针保持架5内端设有定位台,所述定位台与所述定位槽c对应嵌配合,所述滚针保持架5外端的外径大于外圈1内孔的内径,滚针保持架5外端内侧面与外圈1端面配合。本发明通过定位槽c和定位台的配合,以及滚针保持架5外端内侧面与外圈1端面的配合,可以保证滚针保持架5的轴向定位。
如图4所示,本实施例中,所述内圈2内孔壁和/或外圈1外周壁上开设有用于传递力矩的键槽,这样可以实现大扭矩的传递。
如图4所示,本实施例中,所述第二滚针7外表面与保持槽5a逆时针一侧的侧面之间在轴承不工作时留有间隙d,这样可以保证第二滚针7有足够的变化空间来承载。
如图4、图5所示,本发明中的滚动体3主要用于保证轴承内圈2和外圈1的定位和滚动。实施例中的滚动体3为钢球,所述内圈2、外圈1上的滚道都是圆形。另外,所述滚动体3也可以是外周为圆柱形的滚柱,同样可以实现单向转动逆向止动的功能。
如图4所示,本实施例中,为了提高单向离合器轴承自身的防护能力,所述滚针保持架5外侧设有防尘圈9。为保证轴承运转顺畅,所述轴承内部设有润滑脂。

1.单向离合器轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)和设置在二者之间的滚动支承结构,其特征在于:所述滚动支承结构包括滚动体(3)、滚动体保持架(4)、滚针保持架(5)和滚针组,所述外圈(1)和内圈(2)在轴向上分为滚动体安装段(a)和滚针安装段(b),在滚动体安装段(a)的外圈(1)内壁和内圈(2)外壁上设有滚道,若干个滚动体(3)设置在外圈(1)和内圈(2)上的滚道内,所述滚动体保持架(4)将若干个滚动体(3)均匀分隔开;若干组滚针组设置在滚针安装段(b)的外圈(1)内壁和内圈(2)外壁之间,所述滚针保持架(5)将若干组滚针组均匀分隔开;每个滚针组均包括第一滚针(6)和第二滚针(7),所述第一滚针(6)和第二滚针(7)装在滚针保持架(5)上的保持槽(5a)内,所述保持槽(5a)的走向是由径向内端向径向外端逐渐向顺时针方向倾斜,所述第一滚针(6)和第二滚针(7)的外径之和大于滚针安装段(b)的外圈(1)内壁与内圈(2)外壁间的径向距离,第一滚针(6)和第二滚针(7)的中心连线与内圈(2)接触压力方向有一个压力角(α);所述第一滚针(6)位于保持槽(5a)径向内端,第一滚针(6)与内圈(2)外壁接触,第一滚针(6)外径与保持槽(5a)径向内端的宽度匹配;所述第二滚针(7)位于保持槽(5a)径向外端,第二滚针(7)与外圈(1)内壁接触,第二滚针(7)外径小于保持槽(5a)径向外端的宽度。
2.如权利要求1所述的单向离合器轴承,其特征在于:所述滚针组还包括弹簧(8),所述弹簧(8)设置在第二滚针(7)顺时针方向的一侧,弹簧(8)与第二滚针(7)外表面接触。
3.如权利要求2所述的单向离合器轴承,其特征在于:所述弹簧(8)采用U形弹簧(8),所述滚针保持架(5)上的保持槽(5a)内设有U形槽口,所述U形弹簧(8)对应装配在所述U形槽口内。
4.如权利要求3所述的单向离合器轴承,其特征在于:所述U形弹簧(8)与第二滚针(7)外表面接触的一面设为凹弧形面。
5.如权利要求1所述的单向离合器轴承,其特征在于:内圈(2)外壁上位于滚动体安装段(a)和滚针安装段(b)之间的部位设有定位槽(c),所述滚针保持架(5)内端设有定位台,所述定位台与所述定位槽(c)对应嵌配合,所述滚针保持架(5)外端的外径大于外圈(1)内孔的内径,滚针保持架(5)外端内侧面与外圈(1)端面配合。
6.如权利要求1所述的单向离合器轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈(2)内孔壁和/或外圈(1)外周壁上开设有用于传递力矩的键槽。
7.如权利要求1所述的单向离合器轴承,其特征在于:所述第二滚针(7)外表面与保持槽(5a)逆时针一侧的侧面之间在轴承不工作时留有间隙(d)。
8.如权利要求1所述的单向离合器轴承,其特征在于:所述滚动体(3)为钢球或滚柱。
