本实用新型涉及一种洗衣机离合器单向轴承，包括内圈和外圈，内圈与外圈之间设置滚子保持器，滚子保持器上设置滚子，且滚子连接弹簧片，所述的内圈与外圈之间还设置钢球保持器，所述的钢球保持器上设置钢球，楔角为10°～11°。本实用新型通过对轴承结构的改进，即保留了制动性能，又减小了轴承正向旋转时的扭矩，提高了轴承寿命。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种专用于洗衣机上的单向轴承。
(二)背景技术
目前所使用的单向轴承为单向单列滚子轴承，由于滚子数量较多，设计中存在若楔角过大，正转时扭矩过大，电机电流过高，容易发热导致烧坏电机。楔角是滚子在外侧接触点的切线与在内侧接触点的切线的夹角，若楔角过小，反转时不容易制动，或制动寿命短的问题。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的上述不足，本实用新型提供一种能延长轴承制动寿命的洗衣机离合器单向轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：
一种洗衣机离合器单向轴承，包括内圈和外圈，内圈与外圈之间设置滚子保持器，滚子保持器上设置滚子，且滚子连接弹簧片，其特征在于：所述的内圈与外圈之间还设置钢球保持器，所述的钢球保持器上设置钢球，楔角为10°～11°。
作为优选，楔角为10.3°。
作为优选，滚子的长度与宽度之比为1.1～1.5。
将原有的单向单列滚子轴承更改为单向复合轴承，轴承内圈沟道受钢球定位，保留了深沟球轴承的特性，提供了旋转精度，减小了正转扭矩。楔角和滚子的尺寸合理设置，即保留了制动性能，又减小了轴承正向旋转时的扭矩，提高了轴承寿命。本实用新型适当增大了楔角角度，保证其制动性能，并缩短了滚子长度，即减小了长度与宽度之比，这样减小了滚子的摩擦力。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：本实用新型通过对轴承结构的改进，即保留了制动性能，又减小了轴承正向旋转时的扭矩，提高了轴承寿命。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图1-3所示，现有技术中，洗衣机离合器单向轴承为单向单列滚子轴承，为了避免正转时扭矩过大，楔角一般不宜过大，为9°左右，但是制动效果不佳。如图4-5所示，一种洗衣机离合器单向轴承，包括内圈2和外圈4，内圈与外圈之间设置滚子保持器6，滚子保持器上设置滚子5，且滚子连接弹簧片，内圈与外圈之间还设置钢球保持器3，钢球保持器上设置钢球1，楔角为10°～11°。适当增大楔角增加制动效果，优选楔角为10.3°，适当更改滚子尺寸，缩短滚子的长度，优选滚子的长度与宽度之比为1.1～1.5，这样可减小摩擦力。
