一种高速单向离合器轴承,涉及轴承技术领域,包括外圈(1)、内圈(6)、滚子(2)、滚动体(4)、楔形保持架(3)和保持架(5),其特征是:在内圈(6)的外部设置有外圈(1),所述的滚子(2)设置在外圈(1)和内圈(6)之间的楔形滚道(7)内,所述的滚动体(4)设置在外圈(1)和内圈(6)之间的球滚道内,所述的楔形保持架(3)将滚子(2)均匀分隔开,所述的保持架(5)将滚动体(4)均匀分隔开;本发明适应高速、且能够承受径向和轴向联合载荷的工况条件,在轴承转动时滚子始终受弹簧力的作用,使轴承转动平稳,有效提高了家用电器的高速性能。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,具体地说本发明涉及一种适用于承受径向、轴向联合载荷及高速工况的单向离合器轴承。
【背景技术】
公知的,单向离合器轴承一般以球轴承和楔块式单向离合器组成,由球轴承承受径向力,楔块承受扭矩,组合起来实现单向旋转、摆动分度及正逆和超越的功能;随着科技的不断发展,对单向离合器轴承的性能提出了更高的要求,在家用电器领域,传统的单向离合器轴承已经不能满足工况条件的需要,需要提供更高转速、能够承受径向和轴向联合载荷的单向离合器轴承。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开了一种高速单向离合器轴承,所述的高速单向离合器轴承通过将滚子2设置在外圈1和内圈6之间的楔形滚道7内,将滚动体4设置在外圈1和内圈6之间的球滚道内,所述外圈1内表面的楔形滚道7与楔形保持架3保证了轴承的单向旋转;本发明适应高速、且能够承受径向和轴向联合载荷的工况条件,在轴承转动时滚子始终受弹簧力的作用,使轴承转动平稳,有效提高了家用电器的高速性能。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高速单向离合器轴承,包括外圈、内圈、滚子、滚动体、楔形保持架和保持架,在内圈的外部设置有外圈,所述的滚子设置在外圈和内圈之间的楔形滚道内,所述的滚动体设置在外圈和内圈之间的球滚道内,所述的楔形保持架将滚子均匀分隔开,所述的保持架将滚动体均匀分隔开。
所述的高速单向离合器轴承,在内圈的外表面依次设有球滚道和楔形滚道,在外圈的内表面依次设有球滚道和楔形滚道。
所述的高速单向离合器轴承,所述的楔形保持架的材质为塑料材质。
所述的高速单向离合器轴承,所述楔形保持架的兜孔带有弹簧片。
所述的高速单向离合器轴承,所述滚动体的材质为陶瓷球。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有如下优越性:
本发明所述的高速单向离合器轴承通过将滚子2设置在外圈1和内圈6之间的楔形滚道7内,将滚动体4设置在外圈1和内圈6之间的球滚道内,所述外圈1内表面的楔形滚道7与楔形保持架3保证了轴承的单向旋转;本发明适应高速、且能够承受径向和轴向联合载荷的工况条件,在轴承转动时滚子始终受弹簧力的作用,使轴承转动平稳,有效提高了家用电器的高速性能。

通过下面的实施例可以更详细的解释本发明,本发明并不局限于下面的实施例;
结合附图1和附图2所述的高速单向离合器轴承,包括外圈1、内圈6、滚子2、滚动体4、楔形保持架3和保持架5,在内圈6的外部设置有外圈1,在内圈6的外表面依次设有球滚道和楔形滚道7,在外圈1的内表面依次设有球滚道和楔形滚道7;所述的滚子2设置在外圈1和内圈6之间的楔形滚道7内,所述的滚动体4设置在外圈1和内圈6之间的球滚道内,所述的楔形保持架3将滚子2均匀分隔开,所述的楔形保持架3的材质为塑料材质;所述楔形保持架3的兜孔带有弹簧片;所述的保持架5将滚动体4均匀分隔开;所述滚动体4的材质为陶瓷球。
实施本发明所述的高速单向离合器轴承,在安装时将滚子2设置在外圈1和内圈6之间的楔形滚道7内,将所述的滚动体4设置在外圈1和内圈6之间的球滚道内,由楔形保持架3和保持架5分别将滚子2和滚动体4均匀分隔开,所述的楔形保持架3的兜孔带有弹簧片,在轴承运转时滚子2承受弹簧力作用,始终与内圈6和外圈1紧密接触,主要通过内圈6和外圈1之间的楔形空间以及塑料的楔形保持架3来控制轴承单向旋转,使轴承转动平稳;本发明适应高速、且能够承受径向和轴向联合载荷的工况条件,在轴承转动时滚子始终受弹簧力的作用,使轴承转动平稳,有效提高了家用电器的高速性能。

1.一种高速单向离合器轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(6)、滚子(2)、滚动体(4)、楔形保持架(3)和保持架(5),其特征是:在内圈(6)的外部设置有外圈(1),所述的滚子(2)设置在外圈(1)和内圈(6)之间的楔形滚道(7)内,所述的滚动体(4)设置在外圈(1)和内圈(6)之间的球滚道内,所述的楔形保持架(3)将滚子(2)均匀分隔开,所述的保持架(5)将滚动体(4)均匀分隔开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速单向离合器轴承,其特征是:在内圈(6)的外表面依次设有球滚道和楔形滚道(7),在外圈(6)的内表面依次设有球滚道和楔形滚道(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高速单向离合器轴承,其特征是:所述的楔形保持架(3)的材质为塑料材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速单向离合器轴承,其特征是:所述楔形保持架(3)的兜孔带有弹簧片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高速单向离合器轴承,其特征是:所述滚动体(4)的材质为陶瓷球。
