本实用新型涉及一种轴承，特别是关于一种双列球面滚子轴承。
背景技术
随着机械设备加工精度的提高，对轴承的承载能力和转速、寿命的要求也越来越高，传统的CA型轴承在其结构上受内圈挡边的限制，在轴承的有限空间无法加长滚子和增加数量。为满足和提高轴承的性能要求，现多采用CC型调心滚子轴承技术，其特点是内圈无挡边，中挡边用活挡圈代替，每套轴承中装有2个钢板冲压保持架，而在传统设计中，保持架多采用中间带单锁点，轴承带中隔圈结构，此种设计由于中隔圈的限制，当轴承承受重载时，在设计时滚子大小和长度无法再进一步优化,并存在着滚子由于内部摩擦力导致的歪斜、打滑现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足，本实用新型旨在提供一种使得滚动体结构得到最优化的新型球面滚子轴承。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种新型球面滚子轴承，包括外圈、内圈、两列滚子和两个相应的保持架；所述的保持架每个兜孔内设有四个锁点。
本实用新型的有益效果是：此种结构设计，使得滚动体结构得到最优化，从而增加了轴承的承载能力，由于取消了隔圈，避免滚动体与隔圈接触，降低了摩擦阻力，提高了轴承的转速及寿命。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步地说明。
新型球面滚子轴承，包括外圈1、内圈2、两列滚子3和两个相应的保持架4；所述的保持架4每个兜孔5内设有四个锁点6。保持架4采用钢板冲压、单面双锁点结构，保证了滚子3在轴承中的平稳运转，避免了滚子3由于内部摩擦力导致的歪斜、打滑现象，在非负载区的滚子3可控，使滚子3在进入负载区时处于正确位置，如果轴承失效，也可以降低抱轴风险。
