      本实用新型涉及一种单列密封调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
 轴承内圈和滚道为球面的外圈之间,装配有凸起弧形滚子。 外圈滚道面的曲率中心与轴承中心一致,从而具有调心功能,在轴、外壳出现挠曲时,可以自动调整,不增加轴承负担。调心球轴承适用于承受重载荷与冲击载荷、精密仪表、低噪音电机、汽车、摩托车、冶金、轧机、矿山、石油、造纸、水泥、榨糖等行业及一般机械等。
双列调心滚子轴承在内圈结构中双列滚子要错位排列,两列滚子之间设计有中挡圈,这种结构设计占去了不少的有限空间的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有单列滚子、润滑性能好的单列密封调心滚子轴承。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现:单列密封调心滚子轴承,主要由外圈、内圈、密封圈、弹性挡圈、保持架和滚子组成,滚子安装在外圈与内圈之间,外圈和内圈的左右两端分别安装有一个密封圈;密封圈与外圈之间设置有弹性挡圈,对密封圈的位置固定;所述的内圈滚道与外圈滚道的纵向截面是弧形,与凸起弧形的滚子配合,具有自动调心性能。
所述的保持架为筒状结构。
所述的密封圈材料为丁腈橡胶。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本设计的单列密封滚子调心轴承结构简单,单列凸起弧形滚子的设计充分利用了轴承内部有效空间,筒状保持架提高了轴承工作稳定性,双端面的密封设计,保证轴承在恶劣环境条件下充分的润滑。
