本实用新型涉及一种单向旋转深沟球轴承,其包括:内圈、第一外圈、设于内圈与第一外圈之间一侧的数个钢球、设于钢球外侧的第一保持架、设于第一保持架外侧的密封圈、设于内圈与第一外圈之间另一侧的数个滚子、设于滚子与第一外圈之间的第二外圈、设于滚子外侧的第二保持架、设于第二保持架上用于抵住滚子的弹簧;所述第二外圈的内侧设有用于限位滚子的多个契形槽。本实用新型所述的单向旋转深沟球轴承,在原深沟球轴承的基础上进行了单向旋转的改进,因而具备深沟球轴承高极限转速、低摩擦系数等优点,而且该轴承具备良好的限位能力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种单向旋转深沟球轴承。
背景技术
深沟球轴承适用于高转速甚至极高转速的运行,而且非常耐用,无需经常维护。该类轴承摩擦系数小,极限转速高,结构简单,制造成本低,易达到较高制造精度。尺寸范围与形式变化多样,应用在精密仪表、低噪音电机、汽车、摩托车及一般机械等行业,是机械工业中使用最为广泛的一类轴承。主要承受径向负荷,也可承受一定量的轴向负荷。
在一些领域需要用到单向轴承,而普通的单向轴承承载能力有限,没有深沟球轴承高极限转速、低摩擦系数等优点,因此,提供一种单向旋转深沟球轴承是本领域所要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、极限转速高的单向旋转深沟球轴承。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种单向旋转深沟球轴承,其包括:内圈、第一外圈、设于内圈与第一外圈之间一侧的数个钢球、设于钢球外侧的第一保持架、设于第一保持架外侧的密封圈、设于内圈与第一外圈之间另一侧的数个滚子、设于滚子与第一外圈之间的第二外圈、设于滚子外侧的第二保持架、设于第二保持架上用于抵住滚子的弹簧。
所述第二外圈的内侧设有用于限位滚子的多个契形槽,所述契形槽由半径不同、弧度不同的三个弧度段构成,第一弧度段半径小、弧度小,因此坡度较深,第二弧度段半径较大、弧度较大,因此坡度较平,第三弧度段的半径即为第二外圈无契形槽时的内半径,弧度可根据契形槽数量调整,在弹簧的配合下,契形槽用于限位滚子,使滚子只能单向旋转,逆向旋转时被卡住。
本实用新型的技术效果:本实用新型所述的单向旋转深沟球轴承,在原深沟球轴承的基础上进行了单向旋转的改进,因而具备深沟球轴承高极限转速、低摩擦系数等优点,而且该轴承具备良好的限位能力。

具体实施方式
如图1-3,本实施例的单向旋转深沟球轴承包括:内圈1、第一外圈2、设于内圈1与第一外圈2之间一侧的数个钢球3、设于钢球3外侧的第一保持架4、设于第一保持架4外侧的密封圈5、设于内圈1与第一外圈2之间另一侧的数个滚子6、设于滚子6与第一外圈2之间的第二外圈7、设于滚子6外侧的第二保持架8、设于第二保持8架上用于抵住滚子的弹簧9。
所述第二外圈7的内侧设有用于限位滚子的多个契形槽7-1,所述契形槽7-1由半径不同、弧度不同的三个弧度段构成,第一弧度段半径为r1=1.7±0.05mm、弧度为α=3.5°,因此坡度较深,第二弧度段半径为r2=37.2±0.05mm、弧度为β=11°,因此坡度较平,第三弧度段的半径即为第二外圈无契形槽时的内半径,为r3=38±0.05mm,弧度γ=8°, γ可根据契形槽数量调整,在弹簧的配合下,契形槽7-1用于限位滚子,使滚子只能单向旋转,逆向旋转时被卡住。

1.一种单向旋转深沟球轴承,其特征在于包括:内圈、第一外圈、设于内圈与第一外圈之间一侧的数个钢球、设于钢球外侧的第一保持架、设于第一保持架外侧的密封圈、设于内圈与第一外圈之间另一侧的数个滚子、设于滚子与第一外圈之间的第二外圈、设于滚子外侧的第二保持架、设于第二保持架上用于抵住滚子的弹簧;
所述第二外圈的内侧设有用于限位滚子的多个契形槽。
