背景技术
从以往,在铁道车辆车轴用圆锥滚子轴承中,降低高速行驶下的支承车轴的轴承的旋转阻力就成为课题。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述课题,本实用新型提供一种铁道车辆车轴用圆锥滚子轴承,其具有与轴共同旋转的内圈、与所述内圈相对配置的多列外圈、滚动自如地组装至内圈与外圈之间的多个滚动体、和设有兜孔的保持架,该兜孔等间隔地保持多个所述滚动体,该铁道车辆车轴用圆锥滚子轴承使所述滚动体的旋转中心相对于所述轴承旋转中心轴倾斜,其特征在于,所述保持架呈与所述滚动体的配置对应的圆锥形状,保持架最外径D与真圆度P之比P/D以满足0.001≤P/D≤0.004的方式设置,由此,在铁道车辆的高速行驶中,能够提高支承车轴的轴承的构成部件、即保持架的精度,从而能够降低上述车轴的旋转阻力。

具体实施方式
本实施方式的铁道车辆车轴用圆锥滚子轴承20具有与轴50共同旋转的内圈22、与上述内圈相对配置的多列外圈21、滚动自如地组装至内圈与外圈之间的多个滚动体23、和设有兜孔24a的保持架24,该兜孔24a等间隔地保持多个上述滚动体,该铁道车辆车轴用圆锥滚子轴承使上述滚动体的旋转中心相对于上述轴承旋转中心轴倾斜。在上述内圈22上设有从两侧保持、引导多个滚动体的凸缘部22a,并且,铁道车辆车轴用圆锥滚子轴承20以夹持在外嵌压入至上述轴50上的前盖26和后盖30之间的状态,相对于上述轴50而被定位固定。而且,上述外圈21隔着垫圈11形成有多列。另外,上述保持架24与上述滚动体的配置对应地呈圆锥形状,保持架最外径D与真圆度P之比P/D以满足0.001≤P/D≤0.004的方式设置,由此,在铁道车辆的高速行驶中,能够提高支承车轴的轴承的构成部件、即保持架的精度,从而能够降低上述车轴的旋转阻力。
