本发明涉及一种涡旋空压机密封结构、空压机及交通工具。涡旋空压机密封结构主要包括:动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘,所述动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘均设有涡旋齿;动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘相啮合;所述动涡旋盘和/或静涡旋盘上具有涂层;且所述动涡旋盘和静动涡旋盘的旋齿端部具有凹槽,凹槽内设置有密封条。本发明所提供的涡旋空压机密封结构,具有良好的密封性效果,且噪音较低。

一种涡旋空压机密封结构、空压机及交通工具
技术领域
本发明涉及机械工程及车辆工程相关技术领域,具体的说,是涉一种涡旋空压机密封结构、空压机及交通工具。
背景技术
涡旋空压机具有结构简单、低噪声、效率高、可靠性好等优点,目前大多数涡旋空压机在工作过程中采用油润滑,润滑油对于油润滑涡旋空压机是至关重要的,其作用有冷却密封和润滑3个方面,但是有油润滑涡旋空压机不能用于需要使用无油污染的纯净压缩气体的一些场合,虽然在空压机出口处增加辅助油气分离系统可以降低气体产品中润滑油的浓度,但气体产品中仍含有少量润滑油成分,而且增加了辅机设备的投资。
无油润滑涡旋空压机压缩腔内没有润滑油,不能实现冷却密封和润滑功能。为实现涡旋空压机的无油润滑,采用自润滑材料制造相关的摩擦件,以取代这些摩擦面工作所需的润滑油。
无油润滑涡旋空压机涡旋齿端面与涡旋盘底部相互运动过程中,由于不能形成油膜,齿端面的密封和润滑功能都会受到影响。在涡旋齿端面容易产生径向间隙和轴向间隙,在无油的情况下通过径向间隙的周向泄漏和轴向间隙的径向泄漏很严重,同时涡旋齿端面与涡旋盘底部的摩擦功率损失增加,这些将严重影响无油润滑涡旋空压机的工作性能。
因此,如何设计一种具有良好密封效果的涡旋空压机,是本领域技术人员亟需解决的。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中无油涡旋空压机密封性差,噪音较大的问题,本发明提供了一种涡旋空压机密封结构。以达到降低齿合磨损、保证密封性能和提高涡旋空压机的使用寿命的效果。
为了达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种涡旋空压机密封结构,包括:
动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘,所述动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘均设有涡旋齿;
动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘相啮合;
所述动涡旋盘和/或静涡旋盘上具有涂层。
优选的,所述动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘的涡旋齿端部具有凹槽,凹槽内设置有密封条。
优选的,所述涂层为阳极氧化层和耐磨层或耐磨层。
优选的,所述涂层为化学气相沉积涂层。
优选的,所述化学气相沉积涂层包括STAR涂层。
优选的,所述涂层为耐磨硬质合金层。
优选的,所述耐磨硬质合金层包括钨、镍、硅、碳、钠的至少一种。
优选的,所述钨的含量为10%-25%或镍的含量为8%-35%或硅的含量为12%-28%或碳的含量为13%-38%或钠的含量为8%-36%。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)在涡旋齿上增加了耐磨涂层,减小了动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘之间的碰撞噪音和震动同时解决了空压机的泄露问题,使涡旋空压机实现较高的工作压力。
(2)具有密封条,使得动涡旋盘和静涡旋盘在工作状态下利用密封条受到的压力变化而达到自密封的作用。

下面将结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:如图1和图2所示,一种涡旋空压机密封结构,包括动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2,其中动涡旋盘1上设有动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1,动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1上设有一定宽度和深度的动涡旋盘凹槽1-2,动涡旋盘凹槽1-2内安装有动涡旋盘密封条1-3。
作为较佳的结构,在静涡旋盘涡轮齿2-1的顶部也设置有静涡旋盘凹槽2-2,凹槽内具有静涡旋盘密封条2-3。
其中动涡旋盘凹槽1-2与动涡旋盘密封条1-3间隙配合。
涡旋空压机运行时,当气体通过动涡旋盘密封条1-3或静涡旋盘2-3顶部间隙时,受到节流作用压力由Pi将至Pi+1
在高压一侧动涡旋盘密封条1-3与动涡旋盘凹槽1-2产生侧间隙,动涡旋盘密封条1-3底部由于被高压气体浮起而产生间隙,在动涡旋盘密封条1-3底部间隙处有大小约等于Pi的背压作用,动涡旋盘密封条1-3顶部作用的气体力是变化的。

在动涡旋盘密封面1-4和静涡旋盘密封面2-4上覆有涂层,所述涂层为耐磨层1-6或阳极氧化层1-5和耐磨层1-6的至少一种。所述耐磨层1-6的厚度为0.005-0.08mm,阳极氧化层1-5的厚度为1-50um,所述耐磨层可以为化学气相沉积层,该化学气相沉积层其中一个示例为STAR涂层,化学气相沉积层可以降低动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2之间的摩擦,从而降低涡旋空压机的工作噪音。
本发明中,
利用动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1和静涡旋盘涡旋齿2-1的相对公转运动,使一对涡旋齿壁间所行程的月牙形容积连续的由大到小变化,从而实现压缩气体的目的。
其中的一个应用示例是在所述动涡旋齿1-1的两侧面设有涡旋齿涂层1-7,在涡旋空压机运行时,涡旋空压机的泄露包括径向泄露和轴向泄露,且主要为轴向泄露,在动涡旋齿1-1上覆有的涂层,所述涂层为橡胶覆层或尼龙覆层,所述涡旋齿内覆层厚度为0.01-2mm,涡旋齿外覆层厚度为0.01-1mm,由于橡胶具有较大的弹性和自恢复功能,因此该结构减小了动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2之间的碰撞噪音同时解决了空压机的泄露问题,使涡旋空压机实现较高的工作压力。
作为另一种情形,也可以在动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2之一涂覆涂层,使其实现软硬结合的良好密封。
实施例2:如图3所示,一种涡旋式空压机密封结构,包括动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2,所述动涡旋盘上设有动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1,在所述动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1覆有涂层,所述涂层为橡胶覆层或尼龙覆层,所述橡胶或尼龙覆层的厚度为0.01-2mm,该结构直接在动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1上直接覆有橡胶层或尼龙层,避免加工动涡旋齿1-1上的动涡旋盘凹槽1-2及动涡旋盘密封条1-3的安装,降低了加工难度和产品成本,且在动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1上覆有涂层,降低了动、静涡旋盘运动时的震动及轴向碰撞产生的噪音,该结构可将涡旋空压机的工作噪音降低5-8dB左右,满足使用舒适性的要求。
实施例3:如图4和图5所示,所述动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1的高度随回旋半径的增加呈下降趋势,所述凹槽的深度不变;更进一步的,动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1的高度随回旋半径的增加而成线性减小或阶梯减小的趋势;其中,动涡旋盘1中心位置的动涡旋盘涡旋齿高度为h1,沿回旋半径增大的方向,涡旋齿的高度分别为h2和h3,其中h1>h2>h3,高度h1比高度h2高5-10um,高度h2比h3高15-20um,在涡旋空压机工作时,越靠近涡旋空压机的中心位置(出气口位置),压缩空气的气体压力越大,气体泄漏越严重,密封条的磨损越严重。因此,回旋半径越小,密封性能要求越高。所述动涡旋盘涡旋齿1-1的高度随回旋半径的增加,涡旋齿的高度呈下降趋势,所述凹槽的深度不变,使回旋半径小的位置,动涡旋盘1和静涡旋盘2的间隙越小(即涡旋齿的高度随涡旋线形状在轴向同步变化),从而使涡旋空压机的密封性能越好,提高了涡旋空压机的使用寿命。

19.根据权利要求18所述的橡胶或尼龙覆层,其特征在于,所述涡旋齿的橡胶或尼龙覆层的厚度为0.01mm-2mm。
20.根据权利要求1所述的涡旋空压机密封结构,其特征在于,所述涂层为聚碳酸酯。
21.根据权利要求2所述的涡旋空压机密封结构,其特征在于,所述动涡旋盘上的涡旋齿高度随回转半径的增加而降低或所述涡旋齿的高度随回转半径的增加呈阶梯状降低,且所述凹槽的深度不随涡旋齿高度的变化而变化。
22.根据权利要求2所述的涡旋空压机密封结构,其特征在于,所述凹槽的深度随回旋半径的减小而减小但涡旋齿的高度不变。
23.根据权利要求2所述的涡旋空压机密封结构,其特征在于,所述密封条的厚度随回旋半径的减小而增大。
24.根据权利要求2所述的涡旋空压机密封结构,其特征在于,所述涡旋齿的高度不变,所述密封条的厚度随回旋半径的减小而呈线性增加或呈阶梯状增加。
25.一种涡旋空压机,该涡旋空压机具有相啮合的动涡旋齿及静涡旋齿,其特征在于,该涡旋空压机具有权利要求1-24任一项所述的涡旋空压机密封结构。
26.一种交通工具,该交通工具具有涡旋空压机,其特征在于,该交通工具上安装有权利要求25所述的涡旋空压机;
其中,所述交通工具为三轮汽车或汽车。
