本发明涉及一种200排水管配方,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉2~4份、氯化聚乙烯4~8份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物5~13份、钛白粉2~6份、增白剂0.2~0.8份、树脂粉85~115份、重钙120~160份。相对现有技术,本发明制成的PVC排水管具有优良的耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能,同时稳定剂能增强排水管的稳定性,延长使用寿命长。

本发明涉及排水管技术领域,特别涉及一种200排水管配方。
背景技术
普通管道耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能不强,管道容易损坏,光滑度不够高,管道不平滑影响排水功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种200排水管配方,利用此配方制成的PVC排水管具有优良的耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能,同时稳定剂能增强排水管的稳定性,延长使用寿命长。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种200排水管配方,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:稳定剂2~3份、石蜡1~2份、硬脂酸0.5~1.2份、氯化聚乙烯1~5份、增白剂0.01~0.03份、树脂粉46~53份、重钙43~51份、氢钙43~51份。
本发明的有益效果是:利用此配方制成的PVC排水管聚具有优良的耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能,同时稳定剂能增强排水管的稳定性,延长使用寿命长。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:稳定剂2.8份、石蜡1.4份、硬脂酸0.9份、氯化聚乙烯4份、增白剂0.02份、树脂粉50份、重钙50份、氢钙50份。
