Abstract
本发明涉及一种PVC改性剂配方,以重量份数计:润滑粉2~4份、氯化聚乙烯4~8份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物5~13份、钛白粉2~6份、增白剂0.2~0.8份、树脂粉85~115份、重钙120~160份。相对现有技术,本发明能增强PVC水管的高抗冲击性和改善流动性,与大多数树脂和液体增塑剂完全相容,抗化学品和生物降解,提高其韧性和耐候性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及排水管技术领域,特别涉及一种PVC改性剂配方。
背景技术
由于纯PVC抗冲性能差、特别是低温冲击性能差,耐候性差,在很多领域应用受限。因此需要加入抗冲改性剂提高其韧性和耐候性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种PVC改性剂配方,利用此配方制成的改性剂能增强PVC水管的高抗冲击性和改善流动性,与大多数树脂和液体增塑剂完全相容,抗化学品和生物降解,提高其韧性和耐候性能。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种PVC改性剂配方,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉8~10份、氯化聚乙烯13~20份、钛白粉41~50份、增白剂4~8份、磷酸三聚氰胺28~35份、重钙150~160份。
本发明的有益效果是:磷酸三聚氰胺含量高,能增强PVC水管的耐压性能,高抗冲击性和改善流动性,润滑粉含量高,能增强排水管光滑度,排水来的流畅度高,增白剂含量高,能增强管体的亮度,使得管体更加美观;氯化聚乙烯能增强PVC水管的耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉9.5份、氯化聚乙烯15份、钛白粉46份、增白剂5份、磷酸三聚氰胺30份、重钙125份。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:钛白粉46份能增强增白剂的增白效果,能增强管体的亮度,使得管体更加美观。
进一步,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉10份、氯化聚乙烯20份、钛白粉50份、增白剂8份、磷酸三聚氰胺35份、重钙160份。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:磷酸三聚氰胺35份能增强PVC水管的耐压性能,抗冲击性能和抗拉伸强度性能,延长使用寿命。
进一步,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉8份、氯化聚乙烯13份、钛白粉41份、增白剂4份、磷酸三聚氰胺28份、重钙150份。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:氯化聚乙烯13份能增强PVC水管的耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能。

一种PVC改性剂配方,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉9.5份、氯化聚乙烯15份、钛白粉46份、增白剂5份、磷酸三聚氰胺30份、重钙125份;钛白粉46份能增强增白剂的增白效果,能增强管体的亮度,使得管体更加美观。
实施例2:
一种PVC改性剂配方,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉10份、氯化聚乙烯20份、钛白粉50份、增白剂8份、磷酸三聚氰胺35份、重钙160份;磷酸三聚氰胺35份能增强PVC水管的耐压性能,抗冲击性能和抗拉伸强度性能,延长使用寿命。
实施例3:
一种PVC改性剂配方,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉8份、氯化聚乙烯13份、钛白粉41份、增白剂4份、磷酸三聚氰胺28份、重钙150份;氯化聚乙烯13份能增强PVC水管的耐候性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性及着色性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC改性剂配方,其特征在于,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉9.5份、氯化聚乙烯15份、钛白粉46份、增白剂5份、磷酸三聚氰胺30份、重钙125份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC改性剂配方,其特征在于,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉10份、氯化聚乙烯20份、钛白粉50份、增白剂8份、磷酸三聚氰胺35份、重钙160份。
