本发明涉及排水管技术领域,特别涉及一种改性剂配方。
背景技术
普通改性剂对PVC性能改善不佳,容易导致PVC水管脆性强,光滑度下降,外观粗糙,所以有必要对这些问题进行解决。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改性剂配方,利用此配方制成的改性剂能增强PVC水管的耐压性能,抗冲击性能和抗拉伸强度性能,管材内壁光滑,外观漂亮。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种改性剂配方,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉10~15份、氯化聚乙烯11~18份、钛白粉36~65份、增白剂5~10份、磷酸三聚氰胺18~30份、轻钙121~152份。
本发明的有益效果是:磷酸三聚氰胺含量高,能增强PVC水管的耐压性能,抗冲击性能和抗拉伸强度性能,润滑粉含量高,能增强排水管光滑度,排水来的流畅度高,增白剂含量高,能增强管体的亮度,使得管体更加美观。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉12.8份、氯化聚乙烯15份、钛白粉50份、增白剂8份、磷酸三聚氰胺25份、轻钙140份。
采用上述进一步方案的有益效果是:钛白粉50份能增强增白剂的增白效果,能增强管体的亮度,使得管体更加美观。
进一步,由以下原料组成,以重量份数计:润滑粉15份、氯化聚乙烯18份、钛白粉65份、增白剂10份、磷酸三聚氰胺30份、轻钙152份。
