本发明公开了一种高强度聚氯乙烯管材,由以下重量份的成分组成:丙烯酸树脂40~50;增塑剂2~6;丙烯酸酯橡胶10~12;轻质碳酸钙10~20;润滑助剂2~5;天然硬石膏6~12;抗冲击剂5~10;滑石粉1~2。本发明采用偶氮二甲酰胺作为聚氯乙烯管生产发泡剂,与传统工艺相比,可显著降低PVC树脂以及碳酸钙的使用量,使产品成本更低。同时,生产的聚氯乙烯管产品质量得到大大提高,材质更轻,耐压,耐冲击,隔音效果更好。

本发明涉及一种高强度聚氯乙烯管材。
背景技术
现有的PVC 管材生产,消耗PVC 树脂量较大,对企业成本有着较大的影响,因此,研
究一种可以降低PVC 树脂使用量,对聚氯乙烯管材产量不产生影响的理想替代物,是时下
研究的热点。聚氯乙烯材料制备的管材因其具有重量轻、成本低和耐腐蚀性好的优点,被广泛使用,但其不足之处在于,低温情况下其韧性较差,随着温度降低,其抗冲击性越来越差,受冲击时极易破碎。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种成本低廉、提高管材韧性和抗冲击性的高强度聚氯乙烯管材。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种高强度聚氯乙烯管材,由以下重量份的成分组成:
丙烯酸树脂                     40~50;
增塑剂                         2~6;
丙烯酸酯橡胶                    10~12;
轻质碳酸钙                      10~20;
润滑助剂                        2~5;
天然硬石膏                      6~12;
抗冲击剂                        5~10;
滑石粉                          1~2。
本发明高强度聚氯乙烯管材的优点是:本发明采用偶氮二甲酰胺作为聚氯乙烯管生产发泡剂,与传统工艺相比,可显著降低PVC 树脂以及碳酸钙的使用量,使产品成本更低。同时,生产的聚氯乙烯管产品质量得到大大提高,材质更轻,耐压,耐冲击,隔音效果更好。
