Abstract

本发明涉及一种结皮低发泡硬质PVC管材及其制作工艺,所述结皮低发泡硬质PVC管材的配方由下述份量的原料组成:100份PVC、4份三盐、1.8份硬脂酸钡、0.2-0.6份偶氮二甲酰胺、2-5份ACR、1-3份活化剂、5-15份成核剂、2-4份分散剂、4-6份改性剂和2-3份润滑剂。其加工方法为原料混合-挤出机部分-挤出模头部分-定型、冷却-管材牵引-切割-检验-产品入库以上步骤。用该加工工艺制作的结皮低发泡硬质PVC管材,不仅时具有低温韧性、刚性、环刚度以及抗蠕变能力均较好的,而且在长期使用过程中,不会因重力变形,从而延长产品的使用寿命,有助于广泛的推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材及其制作工艺,属于塑料管材加工技术领域。
背景技术
结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材相对密度低,保温性能好 ,耐酸碱腐蚀, 二次加工容易, 生产成本低,并具有普通硬质 PVC 管材的基本性能 ,近年来得到了较快的发展,被广泛用于建筑 、液体输送 、电线电缆套管领域 。现有的采用国产普通单螺杆或双螺杆设备生产结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材挤出成型技术。与两台或三台双螺杆共挤出芯层发泡管材相比,设备投资少 , 生产成本大幅度降低, 质量稳定 ,易于操作 。产品性能方面两者接近,在市场上有较强的竞争能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有技术的缺陷,提出了一种结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材及其制作工艺,用该加工工艺制作的结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材,不仅时具有低温韧性、刚性、环刚度以及抗蠕变能力均较好的,而且在长期使用过程中,不会因重力变形,从而延长产品的使用寿命,有助于广范的推广。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材,所述结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材的配方由下述份量的原料组成:
PVC( 平均聚合度 700~ 800)  :         100

硬脂酸钡                    :         1.8
偶氮二甲酰胺                :       0.2—0.6
ACR-401                      :        2—5
活化剂                       :        1—3
成核剂                       :        5—15

在本发明中:一种结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一步、原料混合:将PVC原料、硬脂酸钡、活化剂、分散剂、润滑剂等其他辅料按照比例和工艺先后加入干燥混合机内,去除水分,物料经充分干燥、混合后进入到挤出机的料斗,其中干燥的温度小于80度;
第二步、挤出机部分:螺杆在机筒内旋转时,将PVC混合料塑化后推向机头,从而达到压实、熔融、混炼均化并实现排气、脱水的目的;
第三步、挤出模头部分:经压实、熔融、混炼均化的PE,有后续物料经螺杆推向模头,挤出模头是型材成型的关键部件;
第四步、定型、冷却:PE真空定型冷却机用于型材的定型、冷却,真空定型冷却机上装有供定型和冷却的真空系统和水循环系统,不锈钢箱体,循环水环浸泡冷却,真空定型冷却机上装有前后移动装置和左右、高低调节手动装置;
第五步、管材牵引:牵引机用于连续、自动地将已冷却变硬的型材从机头处引出来,变频调速;
第六步、切割:由行程开关根据要求长度控制后,进行自动切割,并延时翻架,实行流水生产,切割机以定长工开关信号为指令,完成切割全过程,在切割过程中与型材运行保持同步,切割过程由电动和气动驱动完成,切割机设有吸尘装置,将切割产生的碎屑及时吸出并回收;
第七步、检验:将切割后的产品放入检验设备中检验产品是否有次品;
第八步、产品入库:将检验合格的产品包装入库。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:用该加工工艺制作的结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材,不仅时具有低温韧性、刚性、环刚度以及抗蠕变能力均较好的,而且在长期使用过程中,不会因重力变形,从而延长产品的使用寿命,有助于广范的推广。

下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材,所述结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材的配方由下述份量的原料组成:
PVC( 平均聚合度 700~ 800)  :         100

其中,ACR 做为硬质 PVC 的加工助剂可有效提高塑化速率, 降低塑化温度, 防止熔体破裂,提高流动性能,由于 ACR具有显著提高熔体强度和熔体伸长率的作用 , 在加工温度下使发泡剂能充分发泡、分散均匀 ,且有利于操作 ,便于定型牵引。
使用改性剂主要是解决硬质 PVC 制品本身的脆性问题 ,因其对缺口敏感性强 ,再加上制品发泡后微观结构差异很大 ,使得冲击性能特别是低温冲击性能急剧下降,因此应选择有效的改性剂来克服这个问题;与普通硬质 PVC 制品加工不同的是改性剂不能影响加工, 尤其不能影响发泡倍率及发泡的均匀性;在实际生产中使用 MBS 等改性剂效果较为理想。
对于本领域的技术人员而言,任何对本技术方案的同等修改和替代都是在本发明的范围之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围。

1.一种结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材,其特征在于:所述结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材的配方由下述份量的原料组成:
PVC( 平均聚合度 700~ 800)  :         100
三  盐                     :       4
硬脂酸钡                    :         1.8
偶氮二甲酰胺                :       0.2—0.6
ACR-401                      :        2—5
活化剂                       :        1—3
成核剂                       :        5—15
分散剂                       :        2—4

2.一种结皮低发泡硬质 PVC 管材的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
第一步、原料混合:将PVC原料、硬脂酸钡、活化剂、分散剂、润滑剂等其他辅料按照比例和工艺先后加入干燥混合机内,去除水分,物料经充分干燥、混合后进入到挤出机的料斗,其中干燥的温度小于80度;
