本发明涉及复合材料领域,具体地说是一种高强度的PE管材。该管材包括以下重量比的原料:PE树脂60份、聚丙烯酸酯26份,稳定剂7份,发泡剂5份,防老剂2份。本发明的PE管材能够有效地防止PE管材老化,韧性高,伸长率大,常温抗冲强度、拉伸强度高,材质更轻,耐压,耐冲击,隔音效果更好。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,具体地说是一种一种高强度的PE管材。
背景技术
现有的PE管材生产,消耗PE树脂量较大,对企业成本有着较大的影响,因此,研究一种可以降低PE树脂使用量,对PE管材产量不产生影响的理想替代物,是时下研究的热点。PE材料制备的管材因其具有重量轻、成本低和耐腐蚀性好的优点,被广泛使用,但其不足之处在于,低温情况下其韧性较差,随着温度降低,其抗冲击性越来越差,受冲击时极易破碎。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种高强度的PE管材。。
本发明的方案是通过这样实现的:
一种高强度的PE管材,包括以下重量比的原料:PE树脂70-90份、聚丙烯酸酯20-25份,稳定剂4-6份,发泡剂3-4份,防老剂3-5份。
优选的,该管材包括以下重量比的原料:PE树脂80份、聚丙烯酸酯25份,稳定剂5份,发泡剂4份,防老剂3份
优选的,所述稳定剂为钙锌复合稳定剂。
优选的,所述发泡剂为ACR发泡剂。
优选的,所述防老剂为MB防老剂。
本发明具备以下良好效果:
(1)本发明的高强度PE管材韧性高,伸长率大,常温抗冲强度、拉伸强度高。
(2)本发明的高强度PE管材能够有效地防止PE管材老化。
(3)本发明的高强度PE管材材质更轻,耐压,耐冲击,隔音效果更好的。
(4)本发明的高强度PE管材成本低廉、经济效益显著。

实施例1
一种高强度的PE管材,包括以下重量比的原料:PE树脂80份、聚丙烯酸酯25份,钙锌复合稳定剂5份,ACR发泡剂4份,MB防老剂3份。
实施例2
一种高强度的PE管材,包括以下重量比的原料:PE树脂70份、聚丙烯酸酯20份,钙锌复合稳定剂6份,ACR发泡剂4份,MB防老剂5份。
实施例3
一种高强度的PE管材,包括以下重量比的原料:PE树脂90份、聚丙烯酸酯23份,钙锌复合稳定剂4份,ACR发泡剂3份,MB防老剂4份。

1.一种高强度的PE管材,其特征在于,该管材包括以下重量比的原料:PE树脂70-90份、聚丙烯酸酯20-25份,稳定剂4-6份,发泡剂3-4份,防老剂3-5份。
