本发明公开了一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,包含如下重量份的材料:PVC树脂80-90份、钙锌稳定剂1-1.5份、负离子添加剂1-10份、增韧剂2-4份、PE蜡1.5-2.5份、光稳定剂0.5-1.5份、耐老化剂1-2.5份,碳酸钙6-8份、抗冻剂1-3、增强剂4-8。本发明生产的塑料件不会因天气的寒冷干燥放生断裂,提高了材料韧性和伸长率,降低了PVC管脆性开裂的缺陷,加工性能优异、无毒、粉尘污染小;同时配方设有负离子释放剂,因此具有抗菌、防毒、祛味的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保型材技术领域,具体属于一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方。
背景技术
当前,随着科技的发展,PVC材料也随着广泛应用于众多领域,如排水管道,门窗型材等等,因其材质轻、阻燃及耐酸碱性好、价格低廉、安装方便等优质特点,现有家庭或办公场所用到的塑料件越来越多,塑料件在冬天寒冷的情况下,容易发生断裂,从而影响使用效果。其中一些塑料件使用在室内,如果能释放负离子那就能提高室内空气质量,因为人体健康与周边环境负离子含量多少关系成正比。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,生产的塑料件不会因天气的寒冷干燥放生断裂,提高了材料韧性和伸长率,降低了PVC管脆性开裂的缺陷,加工性能优异、无毒、粉尘污染小;同时配方设有负离子释放剂,因此具有抗菌、防毒、祛味的功效。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,包含如下重量份的材料:PVC树脂80-90份、钙锌稳定剂1-1.5份、负离子添加剂1-10份、增韧剂2-4份、PE蜡1.5-2.5份、光稳定剂0.5-1.5份、耐老化剂1-2.5份,碳酸钙6-8份、抗冻剂1-3、增强剂4-8。
所述改性塑料型材配方包含如下重量份的材料:PVC树脂85份、钙锌稳定剂1份、负离子添加剂3份、增韧剂3份、PE蜡2.5份、光稳定剂1.5份、耐老化剂2.5份,碳酸钙6份、抗冻剂2、增强剂6。
所述的负离子添加剂分别将含有负离子的矿物原料进行粉碎,经过物料粉碎至矿物颗粒直径为0.6μm~2.0mm,干燥、过筛、分级或400℃下烧结消毒,即可得到负离子添加剂。
所述增韧剂为氯化聚乙烯。
所述抗冻剂为甲醇。
所述增强剂为DH-22。

一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,包含如下重量份的材料:PVC树脂95份、钙锌稳定剂1份、负离子添加剂3份、增韧剂3份、PE蜡2.5份、光稳定剂1.5份、耐老化剂2.5份,碳酸钙6份、抗冻剂2、增强剂6。所述的负离子添加剂分别将含有负离子的矿物原料进行粉碎,经过物料粉碎至矿物颗粒直径为0.6μm~2.0mm,干燥、过筛、分级或400℃下烧结消毒,即可得到负离子添加剂。所述增韧剂为氯化聚乙烯。所述抗冻剂为甲醇。所述增强剂为DH-22。使用本发明材料生产的塑料件不会因天气的寒冷干燥放生断裂,提高了材料韧性和伸长率,降低了塑料件脆性开裂的缺陷,加工性能优异、无毒、粉尘污染小;同时配方设有负离子释放剂,因此具有抗菌、防毒、祛味的功效。

1.一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,其特征在于,包含如下重量份的材料:PVC树脂80-90份、钙锌稳定剂1-1.5份、负离子添加剂1-10份、增韧剂2-4份、PE蜡1.5-2.5份、光稳定剂0.5-1.5份、耐老化剂1-2.5份,碳酸钙6-8份、抗冻剂1-3、增强剂4-8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,其特征在于:所述改性塑料型材配方包含如下重量份的材料:PVC树脂85份、钙锌稳定剂1份、负离子添加剂3份、增韧剂3份、PE蜡2.5份、光稳定剂1.5份、耐老化剂2.5份,碳酸钙6份、抗冻剂2、增强剂6。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,其特征在于:所述的负离子添加剂分别将含有负离子的矿物原料进行粉碎,经过物料粉碎至矿物颗粒直径为0.6μm~2.0mm,干燥、过筛、分级或400℃下烧结消毒,即可得到负离子添加剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,其特征在于:所述增韧剂为氯化聚乙烯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,其特征在于:所述抗冻剂为甲醇。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种添加有负离子释放剂的塑料配方,其特征在于:所述增强剂为DH-22。
