背景技术
非晶磁环是用非晶材料加工的磁性元件。根据所用非晶带材的材质不同,可分为铁基非晶,钴基非晶等等。根据材料的形状,可分为带材型磁环和粉末型磁环。非晶磁环的特点的饱和磁密远高于普通铁氧体和粉末磁芯。非晶磁环或称为金属玻璃,它是20世纪70年代问世的一种新型材料,是利用急冷技术将钢液一次成型为厚度为30微米的薄带,然后通过薄带绕制而成。
在非晶磁环加工过程中,喷嘴是关键部件,熔融状态的合金从喷嘴的狭缝中喷出,被移动的冷却基质快速冷却凝固,从而生产出连续的非晶带材。由于喷嘴的工作条件苛刻,要求抗瞬时热震、抗高速气流冲击、抗高温熔融金属的冲刷、耐化学腐蚀以及抗氧化。现有的陶瓷喷嘴材料普遍存在韧性不足、使用寿命短的缺陷,难以满足市场对喷嘴性能日益提高的需求。

一种高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅70-75份、氮化硼26-32份、纳米碳化硅13-17份、氟化镁10-14份、碳化铬18-22份、氧化铝15-19份、二硼化钛13-17份、高岭土5-8份、埃洛石3-6份、轻质碳酸钙1-5份、氧化镁9-13份、水玻璃1-3份、乙酸正丁酯5.3-6.0份、羧甲基纤维素3.5-4.8份、环烷酸铅0.8-1.6份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅71-74份、氮化硼27-31份、纳米碳化硅14-16份、氟化镁11-13份、碳化铬19-21份、氧化铝16-18份、二硼化钛14-16份、高岭土6-7份、埃洛石4-5份、轻质碳酸钙2-4份、氧化镁10-12份、水玻璃1.5-2.4份、乙酸正丁酯5.5-5.8份、羧甲基纤维素3.7-4.6份、环烷酸铅0.9-1.4份。

1)称取氟化镁、碳化铬和高岭土,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合2-3h,获得第一混合粉料;
2)将第一混合粉料投入至煅烧炉中,在960-1000℃下煅烧处理1-2h,水淬,获得煅烧料;
3)将煅烧料粉碎后,获得煅烧粉末,备用;
4)称取氮化硅、氮化硼、纳米碳化硅、氧化铝、二硼化钛、埃洛石和轻质碳酸钙,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合5-6h,获得第二混合粉料;
5)将第二混合粉料在100Mpa下进行等静压处理,获得等静压产物;
6)将等静压产物放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、10-15Mpa、1350-1400℃下进行预烧结处理0.5-1h,获得预烧结产物;
7)将预烧结产物粉碎后,获得预烧结粉末;
8)将预烧结粉末与煅烧粉末混合,称取并加入氧化镁、水玻璃、乙酸正丁酯、羧甲基纤维素和环烷酸铅,投入至干法球磨机中,球磨混合10-13h,获得坯料;

本发明制备的陶瓷喷嘴强度高、韧性好,能够大大提高陶瓷喷嘴的抗变形能力,致密度高,提高了喷嘴的耐冲刷性能,增加了喷嘴对高温金属的耐腐蚀性能,减少喷嘴的堵包现象,延长了喷嘴的使用寿命。

一种高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅70份、氮化硼26份、纳米碳化硅13份、氟化镁10份、碳化铬18份、氧化铝15份、二硼化钛13份、高岭土5份、埃洛石3份、轻质碳酸钙1份、氧化镁9份、水玻璃1份、乙酸正丁酯5.3份、羧甲基纤维素3.5份、环烷酸铅0.8份。

1)称取氟化镁、碳化铬和高岭土,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合2h,获得第一混合粉料;

一种高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅72份、氮化硼32份、纳米碳化硅15份、氟化镁14份、碳化铬18份、氧化铝16份、二硼化钛14份、高岭土8份、埃洛石3份、轻质碳酸钙2份、氧化镁13份、水玻璃1份、乙酸正丁酯5.5份、羧甲基纤维素4.8份、环烷酸铅0.8份。
本实施例中所述高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取氟化镁、碳化铬和高岭土,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合3h,获得第一混合粉料;
2)将第一混合粉料投入至煅烧炉中,在970℃下煅烧处理2h,水淬,获得煅烧料;
3)将煅烧料粉碎后,获得煅烧粉末,备用;
4)称取氮化硅、氮化硼、纳米碳化硅、氧化铝、二硼化钛、埃洛石和轻质碳酸钙,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合5h,获得第二混合粉料;
5)将第二混合粉料在100Mpa下进行等静压处理,获得等静压产物;
6)将等静压产物放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、10Mpa、1400℃下进行预烧结处理1h,获得预烧结产物;
7)将预烧结产物粉碎后,获得预烧结粉末;
8)将预烧结粉末与煅烧粉末混合,称取并加入氧化镁、水玻璃、乙酸正丁酯、羧甲基纤维素和环烷酸铅,投入至干法球磨机中,球磨混合11h,获得坯料;
9)将坯料在150Mpa下压制成型,获得素坯;
10)将素坯放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、45Mpa、1860℃下进行烧结处理,冷却后获得成品。
实施例3
一种高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅72.5份、氮化硼29份、纳米碳化硅15份、氟化镁12份、碳化铬20份、氧化铝17份、二硼化钛15份、高岭土6.4份、埃洛石4.7份、轻质碳酸钙3份、氧化镁11份、水玻璃1.8份、乙酸正丁酯5.7份、羧甲基纤维素4.2份、环烷酸铅1.1份。
本实施例中所述高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取氟化镁、碳化铬和高岭土,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合2.5h,获得第一混合粉料;
2)将第一混合粉料投入至煅烧炉中,在980℃下煅烧处理1.5h,水淬,获得煅烧料;
3)将煅烧料粉碎后,获得煅烧粉末,备用;
4)称取氮化硅、氮化硼、纳米碳化硅、氧化铝、二硼化钛、埃洛石和轻质碳酸钙,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合5.5h,获得第二混合粉料;
5)将第二混合粉料在100Mpa下进行等静压处理,获得等静压产物;
6)将等静压产物放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、13Mpa、1380℃下进行预烧结处理1h,获得预烧结产物;
7)将预烧结产物粉碎后,获得预烧结粉末;
8)将预烧结粉末与煅烧粉末混合,称取并加入氧化镁、水玻璃、乙酸正丁酯、羧甲基纤维素和环烷酸铅,投入至干法球磨机中,球磨混合12h,获得坯料;
9)将坯料在150Mpa下压制成型,获得素坯;
10)将素坯放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、42Mpa、1860℃下进行烧结处理,冷却后获得成品。
实施例4
一种高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅74份、氮化硼28份、纳米碳化硅17份、氟化镁12份、碳化铬18份、氧化铝16份、二硼化钛17份、高岭土6份、埃洛石6份、轻质碳酸钙2份、氧化镁9份、水玻璃2份、乙酸正丁酯6.0份、羧甲基纤维素3.8份、环烷酸铅0.9份。
本实施例中所述高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取氟化镁、碳化铬和高岭土,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合3h,获得第一混合粉料;
2)将第一混合粉料投入至煅烧炉中,在970℃下煅烧处理2h,水淬,获得煅烧料;
3)将煅烧料粉碎后,获得煅烧粉末,备用;
4)称取氮化硅、氮化硼、纳米碳化硅、氧化铝、二硼化钛、埃洛石和轻质碳酸钙,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合5.5h,获得第二混合粉料;
5)将第二混合粉料在100Mpa下进行等静压处理,获得等静压产物;
6)将等静压产物放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、11Mpa、1390℃下进行预烧结处理0.5h,获得预烧结产物;
7)将预烧结产物粉碎后,获得预烧结粉末;
8)将预烧结粉末与煅烧粉末混合,称取并加入氧化镁、水玻璃、乙酸正丁酯、羧甲基纤维素和环烷酸铅,投入至干法球磨机中,球磨混合10h,获得坯料;
9)将坯料在150Mpa下压制成型,获得素坯;
10)将素坯放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、45Mpa、1880℃下进行烧结处理,冷却后获得成品。
实施例5
一种高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅75份、氮化硼32份、纳米碳化硅17份、氟化镁14份、碳化铬22份、氧化铝19份、二硼化钛17份、高岭土8份、埃洛石6份、轻质碳酸钙5份、氧化镁13份、水玻璃3份、乙酸正丁酯6.0份、羧甲基纤维素4.8份、环烷酸铅1.6份。
本实施例中所述高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称取氟化镁、碳化铬和高岭土,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合3h,获得第一混合粉料;
2)将第一混合粉料投入至煅烧炉中,在1000℃下煅烧处理2h,水淬,获得煅烧料;
3)将煅烧料粉碎后,获得煅烧粉末,备用;
4)称取氮化硅、氮化硼、纳米碳化硅、氧化铝、二硼化钛、埃洛石和轻质碳酸钙,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合6h,获得第二混合粉料;
5)将第二混合粉料在100Mpa下进行等静压处理,获得等静压产物;
6)将等静压产物放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、15Mpa、1400℃下进行预烧结处理1h,获得预烧结产物;
7)将预烧结产物粉碎后,获得预烧结粉末;
8)将预烧结粉末与煅烧粉末混合,称取并加入氧化镁、水玻璃、乙酸正丁酯、羧甲基纤维素和环烷酸铅,投入至干法球磨机中,球磨混合13h,获得坯料;
9)将坯料在150Mpa下压制成型,获得素坯;
10)将素坯放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、45Mpa、1880℃下进行烧结处理,冷却后获得成品。
对实施例1-5所制备的陶瓷喷嘴材料进行性能测试,测试结果如下表所示。

从上表可以看出,本发明制备的陶瓷喷嘴强度高、韧性好,能够大大提高陶瓷喷嘴的抗变形能力,致密度高,提高了喷嘴的耐冲刷性能,增加了喷嘴对高温金属的耐腐蚀性能,减少喷嘴的堵包现象,延长了喷嘴的使用寿命。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (3)

1.一种高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅70-75份、氮化硼26-32份、纳米碳化硅13-17份、氟化镁10-14份、碳化铬18-22份、氧化铝15-19份、二硼化钛13-17份、高岭土5-8份、埃洛石3-6份、轻质碳酸钙1-5份、氧化镁9-13份、水玻璃1-3份、乙酸正丁酯5.3-6.0份、羧甲基纤维素3.5-4.8份、环烷酸铅0.8-1.6份,
材料加工步骤如下:
1)称取氟化镁、碳化铬和高岭土,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合2-3h,获得第一混合粉料;
2)将第一混合粉料投入至煅烧炉中,在960-1000℃下煅烧处理1-2h,水淬,获得煅烧料;
3)将煅烧料粉碎后,获得煅烧粉末,备用;
4)称取氮化硅、氮化硼、纳米碳化硅、氧化铝、二硼化钛、埃洛石和轻质碳酸钙,投入干法球磨机中,球磨混合5-6h,获得第二混合粉料;
5)将第二混合粉料在100Mpa下进行等静压处理,获得等静压产物;
6)将等静压产物放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、10-15Mpa、1350-1400℃下进行预烧结处理0.5-1h,获得预烧结产物;
7)将预烧结产物粉碎后,获得预烧结粉末;
8)将预烧结粉末与煅烧粉末混合,称取并加入氧化镁、水玻璃、乙酸正丁酯、羧甲基纤维素和环烷酸铅,投入至干法球磨机中,球磨混合10-13h,获得坯料;
9)将坯料在150Mpa下压制成型,获得素坯;
10)将素坯放入热压烧结炉中,在惰性气体氛围、40-45Mpa、1850-1880℃下进行烧结处理,冷却后获得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅71-74份、氮化硼27-31份、纳米碳化硅14-16份、氟化镁11-13份、碳化铬19-21份、氧化铝16-18份、二硼化钛14-16份、高岭土6-7份、埃洛石4-5份、轻质碳酸钙2-4份、氧化镁10-12份、水玻璃1.5-2.4份、乙酸正丁酯5.5-5.8份、羧甲基纤维素3.7-4.6份、环烷酸铅0.9-1.4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高韧性陶瓷喷嘴材料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:氮化硅72.5份、氮化硼29份、纳米碳化硅15份、氟化镁12份、碳化铬20份、氧化铝17份、二硼化钛15份、高岭土6.4份、埃洛石4.7份、轻质碳酸钙3份、氧化镁11份、水玻璃1.8份、乙酸正丁酯5.7份、羧甲基纤维素4.2份、环烷酸铅1.1份。
