本发明提供了一种循环喷雾机,包括机架、设在机架上的药箱、宽度调节油缸、顶部弹性遮挡、壁面罩盖、平板端面罩盖、药液回收箱和喷头,所述的喷雾机的喷头选用扁扇喷头;所述的喷雾机的喷嘴选用陶瓷喷嘴;所述的陶瓷喷嘴采用如下步骤制备而成:1)以SiC和W、Ti、C粉末为原料,进行强化球磨,球磨后的料浆进行干燥;2)对粉料进行烧结,制备陶瓷喷嘴。本发明的循环喷雾机,由于带有耐磨损的陶瓷喷嘴,因此能够长久使用,不需要经常更换喷嘴。

本发明涉及一种循环喷雾机,属于机床技术领域。
背景技术
喷雾机是将液体分散成为雾状的一种机器,是机械的一种,分农用、医用和其它用途(如工业用),农用分类为农业机械的植保机械。一般称人力驱动的为喷雾器,动力(发动机、电动机)驱动的为喷雾机。 喷雾机按工作原理分液力、气力和离心式喷雾机。按携带方式分手持式、背负式、肩挎式、踏板式、担架式、推车式、自走式、车载式、悬挂式等,还有航空喷雾机。
由于喷雾机的喷嘴使用频繁,易磨损,更换麻烦,影响了喷雾机的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种循环喷雾机。
本发明的循环喷雾机,包括机架、设在机架上的药箱、宽度调节油缸、顶部弹性遮挡、壁面罩盖、平板端面罩盖、药液回收箱和喷头,
所述的喷雾机的喷头选用扁扇喷头;
所述的喷雾机的喷嘴选用陶瓷喷嘴;
所述的陶瓷喷嘴采用如下步骤制备而成:
1)以SiC和W、Ti、C粉末为原料,进行强化球磨,球磨后的料浆进行干燥;
2)对粉料进行烧结,制备陶瓷喷嘴。
优选地,
所述的烧结温度为1800摄氏度;烧结压力为25MPa;保温时间为30min。
本发明的循环喷雾机,由于带有耐磨损的陶瓷喷嘴,因此能够长久使用,不需要经常更换喷嘴。
