本发明提供了一种循环喷雾机，包括机架、设在机架上的药箱、宽度调节油缸、顶部弹性遮挡、壁面罩盖、平板端面罩盖、药液回收箱和喷头，所述的喷雾机的喷头选用扁扇喷头；所述的喷雾机的喷嘴选用陶瓷喷嘴；所述的陶瓷喷嘴采用如下步骤制备而成：1）以SiC和W、Ti、C粉末为原料，进行强化球磨，球磨后的料浆进行干燥；2）对粉料进行烧结，制备陶瓷喷嘴。本发明的循环喷雾机，由于带有耐磨损的陶瓷喷嘴，因此能够长久使用，不需要经常更换喷嘴。

本发明涉及一种循环喷雾机，属于机床技术领域。
背景技术
喷雾机是将液体分散成为雾状的一种机器，是机械的一种，分农用、医用和其它用途（如工业用），农用分类为农业机械的植保机械。一般称人力驱动的为喷雾器，动力（发动机、电动机）驱动的为喷雾机。 喷雾机按工作原理分液力、气力和离心式喷雾机。按携带方式分手持式、背负式、肩挎式、踏板式、担架式、推车式、自走式、车载式、悬挂式等，还有航空喷雾机。
由于喷雾机的喷嘴使用频繁，易磨损，更换麻烦，影响了喷雾机的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种循环喷雾机。
本发明的循环喷雾机，包括机架、设在机架上的药箱、宽度调节油缸、顶部弹性遮挡、壁面罩盖、平板端面罩盖、药液回收箱和喷头，
所述的喷雾机的喷头选用扁扇喷头；
所述的喷雾机的喷嘴选用陶瓷喷嘴；
所述的陶瓷喷嘴采用如下步骤制备而成：
1）以SiC和W、Ti、C粉末为原料，进行强化球磨，球磨后的料浆进行干燥；
2）对粉料进行烧结，制备陶瓷喷嘴。
优选地，
所述的烧结温度为1800摄氏度；烧结压力为25MPa；保温时间为30min。
本发明的循环喷雾机，由于带有耐磨损的陶瓷喷嘴，因此能够长久使用，不需要经常更换喷嘴。
