Claims (14)

1. Способ изготовления мультиперфорированного изделия из композиционного материала (10), включающий в себя следующие стадии:
- наложение трафарета для пескоструйной обработки(250) на заготовку (110), имеющую волокнистую текстуру (100), пропитанную смолой, являющейся предшественником полимеризованной керамики, при этом трафарет содержит множество отверстий (251), соответствующих перфорационным отверстиям, которые должны быть выполнены в заготовке (110),
- бомбардировка абразивными частицами с высокой скоростью поверхности трафарета (250) таким образом, чтобы перфорировать обрабатываемую заготовку (110) в отверстиях указанного трафарета,
- пиролиз мультиперфорированной заготовки с образованием керамической матрицы в мультиперфорированной волокнистой текстуре.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором после стадии термообработки проводят стадию уплотнения мультиперфорированной заготовки (110), осуществляемую химической инфильтрацией из паровой фазы карбида кремния.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором абразивные частицы представляют собой зерна карбида кремния, находящиеся в угловой форме с острыми гранями.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором абразивные частицы бомбардируют поверхность трафарета для пескоструйной обработки под углом, находящимся в интервале от 45° до 60°.
5. Способ изготовления мультиперфорированного изделия из композиционного материала (10), включающий в себя следующие стадии:
- наложение трафарета для пескоструйной обработки (250) на заготовку (110), имеющую волокнистую текстуру (100), содержащую частицы тугоплавкого оксида, при этом трафарет содержит множество отверстий (251), соответствующих перфорационным отверстиям, которые должны быть выполнены в заготовке (110),
- бомбардировка абразивными частицами с высокой скоростью поверхности трафарета (250) таким образом, чтобы перфорировать обрабатываемую заготовку (110) в отверстиях трафарета,
- спекание частиц тугоплавкого оксида таким образом, чтобы образовать матрицу из тугоплавкого окида в мультиперфорированной заготовке.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором после стадии термообработки проводят стадию уплотнения мультиперфорированной заготовки (110), осуществляемую химической инфильтрацией из паровой фазы карбида кремния.
7. Способ по п.5, в котором абразивные частицы представляют собой зерна белого корунда или карбида кремния, имеющие угловую форму с острыми гранями.
8. Способ по п. 5, в котором абразивные частицы бомбардируют поверхность трафарета для пескоструйной обработки под углом, находящимся в интервале от 45° до 60°.
