Claims (8)
- 複合材料から多孔部材(10)を製造する方法であって、該方法が、
・重合セラミック前駆体樹脂を含浸させた繊維テキスチャ(100)を含むプリフォーム(110)上にサンドブラスト用マスク(250)を位置決めし、前記サンドブラスト用マスクが、該プリフォーム(110)内に形成されるべき孔に相当する複数の開口(251)を有する、工程と、
・前記サンドブラスト用マスクの前記開口内で露出した該プリフォーム(110)に穿孔を施すように、該マスク(250)の表面に対して研磨粒子を高速で発射する工程と、
・該多孔繊維テキスチャ内にセラミックマトリックスを形成するように、該多孔プリフォームを熱分解する工程とを含む、複合材料から多孔部材(10)を製造する方法。 - 前記熱処理工程の後、前記方法が、炭化ケイ素の化学蒸気浸透によって実施される、前記多孔プリフォーム(110)を緻密化する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記研磨粒子が、鋭利なエッジを有する角張った形状の炭化ケイ素粒であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記研磨粒子が、45°〜60°の角度で前記サンドブラスト用マスクの表面に対して発射されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 複合材料から多孔部材(10)を製造する方法であって、該方法が、
・耐火性酸化物粒子を含有する繊維テキスチャ(100)を含むプリフォーム(110)上にサンドブラスト用マスク(250)を置き、前記サンドブラスト用マスクが、該プリフォーム(110)内に形成されるべき孔に相当する複数の開口(251)を含む、工程と、
・前記サンドブラスト用マスクの開口内で露出した該プリフォーム(110)に穿孔を施すように、該マスク(250)の表面に対して研磨粒子を高速で発射する工程と、
・該多孔プリフォーム内に耐火性酸化物マトリックスを形成するように、該耐火性酸化物粒子を焼結する工程とを含む、複合材料から多孔部材(10)を製造する方法。 - 前記熱処理工程の後、前記方法が、炭化ケイ素の化学蒸気浸透によって実施される、前記多孔プリフォーム(110)を緻密化する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記研磨粒子が、鋭利なエッジを有する角張った形状の白色コランダム粒又は炭化ケイ素粒であることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 前記研磨粒子が、45°〜60°の角度で前記サンドブラスト用マスクの表面に対して発射されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
