нанесение барьерного слоя (40), прилегающего по меньшей мере к одному внутреннему каналу (50) в полости (70) заготовки (102) лопатки из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей,
заполнение (603) по меньшей мере части полости (70) керамической пеной (80), причем керамическую пену (80) наносят на барьерный слой (40) и она пригодна для образования заглушки (32),
обработку (605) частично отвержденной заготовки (102) лопатки из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей и заглушки (32) для образования лопатки (20) из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей.
9. Способ (600) по п.8, в котором стадия (605) обработки включает инфильтрацию в частично отвержденную заготовку (102) лопатки из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей и керамическую пену (80) заглушки (32) для получения лопатки (20) из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей.
10. Способ (600) по п.8, в котором барьерный слой (40) содержит по меньшей мере один петлевой элемент (42), и этот петлевой элемент (42) прикреплен к форме (72) образованного керамического элемента (90).
11. Способ (600) по п.8, в котором барьерный слой (40) имеет гофрированную геометрию.
12. Способ (600) по п.8, в котором керамическая пена (80) содержит материал, выбранный из оксида алюминия, муллита, диоксида кремния, диоксида циркония, циркона, кремнеуглеродного материала, кремнеборового материала и их сочетания.
13. Деталь (10) из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей, содержащая:
образованный керамический элемент (90), содержащий полость (70),
барьерный слой (40), нанесенный на полость (70) образованного элемента (90), и
керамическую пену (80), нанесенную на барьерный слой (40), и заполняющую полость (70),
где образованный керамический элемент (90), содержащий керамическую пену (80), обработан для образования детали (10) из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей.
14. Деталь (10) из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей по п.13, в которой барьерный слой (40) содержит по меньшей мере один петлевой элемент (42), и этот петлевой элемент (42) прикреплен к полости (70) образованного керамического элемента (90).
15. Деталь (10) из композиционного материала с керамической матрицей по п.13, в которой барьерный слой (40) имеет гофрированную геометрию.
