Abstract

Le procédé de fabrication d'un noyau céramique pour aube mobile comportant une partie inférieure formant un corps de noyau, une partie supérieure formant une baignoire et un ensemble de tiges permettant de maintenir la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure solidaires, comporte : · une étape d'enduit des tiges par une matière ayant un point éclair inférieur à 1000°C; · une étape de positionnement des tiges dans un moule; · une étape de moulage des parties supérieure et inférieure par une injection céramique; · une étape de cuisson du noyau céramique.
