本发明公开了一种注塑模具的压合控制装置,包括有上模和下模,所述下模固定在工装台上,上模固定在支架上,并由气缸带动上模升降移动,所述工装台上设置有工装板,下模通过螺栓安装在工装板上,所述工装板与工装台之间设置有升降柱,所述气缸的气管上设置有气压检测表和控制阀,所述控制阀以及升降柱的控制开关与电脑相连接;通过控制上模和下模的升降来控制模具的压合时间,本发明结构简单、操作方便、提高了工件的注塑成型效果。

注塑模具的压合控制装置
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具技术领域,尤其涉及一种对注塑模具的压合时间进行控制的装置。
背景技术
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具,将受热融化的材料由高压射入模腔,经冷却固化后,得到成形品,其中压模的压合时间是工件成型的重要影响因素,现有的注塑模较为昂贵,并不适用于中小企业,而简单的注塑模具的工件成型效果由低,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种注塑模具的压合控制装置,通过控制上模和下模的升降来控制模具的压合时间,以解决现有模具压合不易控制的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种注塑模具的压合控制装置,包括有上模和下模,所述下模固定在工装台上,上模固定在支架上,并由气缸带动上模升降移动,所述工装台上设置有工装板,下模通过螺栓安装在工装板上,所述工装板与工装台之间设置有升降柱,所述气缸的气管上设置有气压检测表和控制阀,所述控制阀以及升降柱的控制开关与电脑相连接。
进一步改进在于:所述升降柱内设置有通孔,在通孔上设置有定位感应器。
进一步改进在于:所述气缸的推杆连接在上模的上端,在所述推杆上设置有限位柱。
进一步改进在于:所述上模的外侧设置有计时器,所述计时器上设置有报警器,所述计时器与电脑相连接。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在下模的下面设置有升降柱,可以带动下模进行升降位移的调整,并且通过设置有定位感应器可以进一步的提高调整的精确度,再通过设置有气压检测表和控制阀,使得电脑可以控制气缸对上模进行精确的压合操作,同时设置有计时器,使得工人可以根据不同的工件设置不同的注塑时间,本发明结构简单、操作方便、提高了工件的注塑成型效果。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种注塑模具的压合控制装置,包括有上模1和下模2,所述下模2固定在工装台3上,上模1固定在支架4上,并由气缸5带动上模1升降移动,所述工装台3上设置有工装板6,下模2通过螺栓安装在工装板6上,所述工装板6与工装台3之间设置有升降柱7,所述气缸5的气管8上设置有气压检测表9和控制阀10,所述控制阀10以及升降柱7的控制开关与电脑相连接。所述升降柱7内设置有通孔11,在通孔11上设置有定位感应器12。所述气缸5的推杆13连接在上模1的上端,在所述推杆13上设置有限位柱14。所述上模1的外侧设置有计时器15,所述计时器15上设置有报警器16,所述计时器与电脑相连接。
通过在下模2的下面设置有升降柱7,可以带动下模2进行升降位移的调整,并且通过设置有定位感应器12可以进一步的提高调整的精确度,再通过设置有气压检测表9和控制阀10,使得电脑可以控制气缸对上模1进行精确的压合操作,同时设置有计时器15,使得工人可以根据不同的工件设置不同的注塑时间,本发明结构简单、操作方便、提高了工件的注塑成型效果。

1.一种注塑模具的压合控制装置,包括有上模(1)和下模(2),所述下模(2)固定在工装台(3)上,上模(1)固定在支架(4)上,并由气缸(5)带动上模(1)升降移动,其特征在于:所述工装台(3)上设置有工装板(6),下模(2)通过螺栓安装在工装板(6)上,所述工装板(6)与工装台(3)之间设置有升降柱(7),所述气缸(5)的气管(8)上设置有气压检测表(9)和控制阀(10),所述控制阀(10)以及升降柱(7)的控制开关与电脑相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具的压合控制装置,其特征在于:所述升降柱(7)内设置有通孔(11),在通孔(11)上设置有定位感应器(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具的压合控制装置,其特征在于:所述气缸(5)的推杆(13)连接在上模(1)的上端,在所述推杆(13)上设置有限位柱(14)。
4.如权利要求1所述的注塑模具的压合控制装置,其特征在于:所述上模(1)的外侧设置有计时器(15),所述计时器(15)上设置有报警器(16),所述计时器与电脑相连接。
